5、 多布置作业，甚至抄作业做，对未完成作业的同学要严厉惩罚。

感悟：对最后一点我赞成，可前两点我有自己的看法。大概是小学的“题海

战术”功勋“卓著”，小学毕业考试的成绩让学生们体会到了它的巨大功能，令她们念念不忘。到初中之后学习的难度增加，他们又想起来对自己用这一狠招。我的可怜的学生！

6、 多讲课本上的课后习题。

感悟：自己的确对课后的“研讨与练习”关注不够，大部分是要求学生自己

完成，事后的检查也没有。学生是在提醒我不能丢了教材！

7、不能拖课，要将课间十分钟还给学生。

感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

True friends always come to you when their help is in need.They try their best to help you without thinking what they can get from it. This invariably wins them love and respect from otbers, for they devote themselves to the happiness of others.

Up to the time of my writing this article, Aero has been helping me with my selecting the courses with great effort. He is a friendly and zealous guy. I think he has been liked by others since long ago because of his characteristics. He is always brisk,enthusiastic, energetic and he is smiling no matter when or where you see him. However, I like him for some other reason.It seems that between us there is a special way to communicate and its not the usual way through which we communicate such as words and gestures. He has always been a friend of mine be cause I like the way he acts and lives and the way we communicate.

One morning a week ago, he came to me and asked if he could be of help. Actually I had been worrying about my course of this semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still I was totally caught off guard by Aeros offer though he had always been kind. I thought it was my own business and it had never occurred to me that some other individual would offer to help with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness.  The very next day, I got a cough and it later turned out to be a four-day high fever. In those days, I was extremely weak and lay in bed all day long and hardly had any strength even to eat. I lost the power to keep an eye on the possible vacancies of the English courses ever since I got a high fever. I began to regret declining Aeros offer. Just at that moment, Aero called,asking about my health and told me to have a good rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of selecting my English courses for me. Now I am writing this article as the homework of this writing course and Id like to re emphasize that it is all due to my friends effort that I have finally made it.

I was really grateful to him when he called and offered to help and it is hard to express my gratitude with words.  All I want to say about it is that at that moment, I realized that he had offered to help not because it made him feel he was important but because he meant business. Hes a man of integrity. I am proud of having such a friend.

1、祝老师讲课，幽默风趣，同学们听着都很轻松。记得有一次上数学课，祝老师迈着轻松的步伐走进教室说：“同学们，我们今天学习新课，在学习新课之前，同学们听我说一段话：从前有座山，山里有座庙，庙里有一个老和尚，从前有座山……。”同学们哈哈大笑起来，有同学说：“这根本说不完嘛！”说的好，我们通常把小数点后面的数字，依次不断地重复出现，这样的数字就叫做循环小数。还有一种比较典型的小数，比如3。58686，这个“5”是混进去的，没有循环，我们把这个小数叫做“混循环小数。”祝老师经常给我们举例子，讲故事，总能够在快乐中学到知识。

2、又是一堂作文课。今天，一向和蔼可亲的陈老师，忽然一把拉着陈俊同学拖出门外。我们都吓得大气也不敢喘一口。哪知陈老师关上门，转过身来笑眯眯地说："同学们，大家不要紧张，现在我要考考大家的眼力。你们熟悉陈俊吗""熟悉！"同学们异口同声地回答。陈老师接着问大家："你们说陈俊今天穿的是什么颜色，什么式样的服装

脚上穿的是皮鞋，布鞋，还是跑鞋

"这一问，大家都怔住了，谁也不吭声。过了一会儿，陈老师叫陈俊走进教室，我们这才打量起来：他上穿一件天蓝色拉链衫，下着海蓝色的裤子，脚穿一双解放球鞋。陈老师笑着对我们说："这就去观察校园的花圃。"这次我们看得可仔细了，对花圃的每种花草，从它们的颜色到形状，生活习性及生活规律，都进行深入的观察，有的还翻查有关参考书。这次作文，大家都写得较好。通过这件事，我们懂得：要仔细观察，才能写出好作文。

3、有一次上语文课，搞得我心里十分紧张，怕说错话，屈老师用慈祥的目光望着我，似乎在鼓励我说：“勇敢点儿，不要害怕。”我鼓起勇气把手举得高高的，屈老师要我发言，我站起来大声回答，我答对了，屈老师用赞许的目光看着我，好像在对我说：“这是好样的。”还有一次上语文课时，我做小动作，屈老师的眼睛盯了我一下，我从屈老师的目光中知道自己错了，马上坐好。

4、有一次，数学老师摆动着两只大手，在黑板前飞舞着，并指着一道题对我们说：“要记住，这道题到处都埋着地雷，只要一不小心，就会踩到地雷，整个题就会爆炸。要小心地沿着标题量，找出相等关系，才能走出这个地雷阵。”他刚讲完，全班同学就哄堂大笑起来。

5、有一次，老师讲《观潮》这一课，刚开始我对钱塘江大潮完全不感兴趣，但听老师讲着讲着，我渐渐入迷了，讲到“江面很平静，越往东越宽……”这一部分的时候，老师的表情很平静，声音很温柔，让我感觉到钱塘江江面很平静；念到“再近些，只见白浪……”老师的心情和语言都很激动，一张一合的嘴巴里发出一句比一句洪亮的声音，看着她激动的表情，脸涨得通红，我又进入了课文世界，觉得课室涌满了水。我的老师有一张神奇的嘴巴吧！能把课文变成电影，我总喜欢坐在那里听老师一会儿口若悬河，一会儿手舞足蹈……我的老师有一双锐利的眼睛，不放过一个做小动作的同学，老师只需要瞪一下那位同学，他就老实地坐在那里呆若木鸡了。

6、一开始我以为方老师会对我们很宽容，但相处久了才知道，她是那么的严格，

那么负责。每当我们有不懂的题目时，她总会不厌其烦地一遍一遍地给我们讲解，每当我们犯了错误，她总会耐心教导我们。她是一个赏罚分明的好老师！如今，我们在一起有2个月了，我又发现，她虽然课上严格，认真，课后却像一个孩子一样。

7、夏老师问我们：“你们知道什么叫春联吗？”“知道。”全班异口同声地说。“你们想听听春联的故事吗？”夏老师神秘地问。“想。”又是一片肯定的回答声。夏老师咽了一口唾沫，绘声绘色地讲了起来……夏老师一会儿扮演威严的皇帝，一会儿扮演委屈的屠夫。逗得大家哈哈直笑。我忍不住大笑起来。不好，夏老师注意到我了。我连忙闭上嘴巴，把头低了下去。

8、王老师还特别会鼓励人。有一次，王老师叫我们回答问题。当时我的胆子很小，所以站起来回答问题声音也很低，我觉得自己每读一个字，心就会抖一下，说完后，自己都觉得不满意，就把头低得更厉害了。心想：“这回王老师会狠狠地批评我吧。”可是，王老师却和蔼地对我说：“没事，下次多多努力，你一定会比这次有进步的。”当时，我感动极了。从那以后，一上语文课，我就把手举得高高的，生怕老师不叫我，王老师叫我读课文时，我的心里美滋滋的，读课文声音响亮，口齿清楚，又没有一点错误。这时，老师同学都给我鼓掌，我都快飘飘欲仙了。从那以后，我就更加自信了。有时候，王老师还和我们开玩笑呢！我们都很喜欢她。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”，眨眼间，一学期过完了。一个新的学期开始了。这学期我上四年级了，有了一个新的教室，有了一个新的老师。

那今天我来说说我的老师吧！我的老师姓陈，是陈老师。从报到的第一天起，陈老师走进教室，我就从她的眼光中看出她是一个和蔼可亲的老师。但仔细一看和蔼可亲中还带点严肃。我的老师不是很高，鼻梁上驾着一副眼镜，一头乌黑的短发。

我们的陈老师非常细心，改作业的速度也很快。有一次，我们在一次考试中，我就错了一个小小的标点符号，她就给我指出来了。另外，我们的陈老师也很温柔，只要有小朋友受伤了，她就会细心的安慰和照顾。同时也会惩罚打人的小朋友。

还有，我的陈老师和别的老师不一样，她的惩罚方式是背课文，陈老师每天晚上都会留一些同学来罚背课文。陈老师一直希望有一天没有小朋友留下来背课文，这样她就会很高兴。

我爱我的老师，因为她像我的第二个妈妈。
