The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. suggestions about relieving pressure.

19：00-21：00看情况，作业多就再做作业或看电视

21：00洗漱(要每个星期洗一次澡)睡觉。

不过再好的计划不执行是没有用的，所以不能只说不做，那样一点用处都没有呢!
