7点--晚上18：00点，在校学习期间，一定在上课的时候认真听课。午休时一定要好好睡觉，因为早晨已经起床很早了，下午会困。但是要注重利用课间休息时间学习，除了上厕所，其他时间尽量不和同学闲聊，最好能做题，因为课间很乱，不适合背题，适合做数学题，只要你思路进去了，就不容易被影响，一般一个课间可以做3-5道题。但是一天下来就是20多道题。一个月天坚持下来，就比别人多做了300多道题，相当于多做了10多套卷子。记5个英语单词,预习下一章的数学课本,复习本章内容,做适量习题,加以巩固.背诵所有科目必背的课文.利用课外时间多阅读中外名著，加强写作，开阔视野上课前预习，找不懂的地方，上课时学习，解决不懂的地方，上课后复习，温故而知新。

在睡觉之前，最好把你觉的不好记忆的知识放在床边，一直观到睡着。在睡觉前看书很有效果。如果能养成睡觉前把一天所学知识想一遍，想不出来de时候观看书，早晨起来也想一遍是最好的，我个别的时候能做到。但是大部分时间坚持不下来，不过有的同学可以做到。能做到最好，观同学们的毅力了!

1、认真完成老师布置的任务

在数学总复习的时候，老师都会留些习题，先往返家做，做完第二天讲。一步步的往后做，相当于重读数学书。很多人以为数学就是做题，数学书几乎不看，这是非常不正确的。

因为最基础的定理、最典型的例题都在书上，不要因为观起来很简单，一观就会就懒的去理他们，书是一定要观的!最好的方法是，观完例题后，重新把例题答案遮起来，再用本子做一遍，你就会发现，你看起来会的题目，做起来却不那么顺利。这是一个夯实基础的过程，一定要认真做。

2、上课认真听课，认真复习

课后要把书上记下来的东西，连带的知识点都整理在一个本子里。不是为了拿本子再背这些知识，而是在整理de过程中，你已经可以把知识分类，分系统，形成一个整体，对你自己来说，是个提高

3、强化复习
