The desire for good health is universal. In our competitive society it is important to maintain good health.

On the one hand, people with good health can do work with full confidence and their progress in work in turn contributes to their health and happiness.

On the other hand, a sick person is usually not interested in everything around him and therefore he loses many opportunities to become successful.

There are many ways to keep it. First, those who are always on the go from morning till night should find time to relax because too much stress will affect their health. Second, enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become rested and refreshed.

Finally, regular physical exercises benefit one‘s health a lot. So one should always keep in mind that a certain amount of exercise is not a waste of time.As for me, I like playing tennis in the morning. I also attach much

When I was in primary school, my mother sent me to learn ballet, like other

mothers, she hoped me to act like a princess, but I was not interested in

dancing, so I quit the class. Later my mother tried to send me to learn singing,

but I had no talent in it. When my mother’s friends were talking, they were so

proud of their children, because they had the talent in dancing and singing. I

felt a little loss, I must find my own talent and learn some skills. I found I

was very interested in painting, now I have learned it for four years, my

teacher speak highly of me.

在结束期末考试后 ，我深深的反思了一下我发现我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

我一向数学不错可这次竟然丢了7分，我一向语文不好经过我仔细的反思，我想可能是与阅读题目不认真都有着重大的关系，它使我在很多计算和语法上有差错，有时题只看了一半就把题答上了，这使我丢了许多不该丢的分还有答题不仔细，丢一个字母；少一个标点；差一位小数点，这都是我常犯的毛病。

我知道各科老师对我有着很大的期望的，可是我辜负了老师们对我的期望，没进入年组前50名，对于这点我有着无尽的歉意。但是犯了错就要勤于改正首先我要改正阅读不仔细的毛病，把一些不该丢的分挽救回来，然后再把答题不认真的毛病改正，这个毛病会影响各科成绩，少则一、两分多则五、六分如果这些分都加上怎么说也能进年组2、30名，这样我也高兴父母也乐呵，老师也欣慰，最后我还要加强语、数、外、政治、历史等7科的习题强化，通过考试我明白了人外有人、天外有天，平日里普通的试题感不到什么差别，而真正考试中我同桌把我远远落下。所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试中汲取教训、经验，化失败为力量，为下一次考试做好基础，这次考试幸好不是中考，我还手有机会的，争取不让对我有期望的人不失望。也希望各位老师不要对我失去信心。

我暗暗鼓励自己：“为了将来爸爸和我的奥迪；为了将来母亲和妻子迪奥；也为了将来我孩子的奥利奥，加油！你可以的！

若将高考比作人生大考，那么今天的中考就是人生小考。对于十五六岁的青少年们，今天的中考，才是他们涉足社会第一次真正意义上的考试。步入考场，警戒线、警力巡查、严格规定等等，使学子们倍感初战的来临。

人常说：十年磨一剑，那么今天可谓是：九年磨一刀。小试牛刀，方知刀之锋芒，方知知识的深奥、宽广与渊博。孔子曰：吾十有五而志于学。通过中考，学子们一定更加彻底地走向理性和成熟，更加懂得学习知识的重要性。

初生牛犊不怕虎!加油吧，学子们，挑战中考、冲刺第一关!要相信自己，在你们的背后，有着家人的无限关怀和爱护，有着社会的庞大支持和鼓励，未来是属于你们的!宝剑锋从磨砺出，三年后，你们还要迎来人生的大考!通过中考，你们初出茅庐，要放眼天下，自立自强，勇攀高峰。

那是一个秋天的黄昏，落日的余晖吻红了满树的枯叶，萧萧寒风中摇下片片枯黄的叶，光怪陆离的街灯明了，我心却暗了，想到明天的考试，心中阵阵惶恐不安，却又有一丝熬过去的兴奋，我想：与其从桌前熬夜挑灯夜读，不如给我一张试卷一决雌雄！早不耐烦的我草草洗漱便早早入睡了。

走入考场的那一刻，我的惶恐烟消云散，只剩下激动，早就按捺不住的我跃跃欲试，将手中的笔握得紧紧的像将冲向战场灭敌的士兵，不知不觉，手中竟出来一层薄汗。

一切都似乎很顺利，可一题确乎我是不会了，我像只蚂蚁在热锅上，无计可施，又像狗面对泰山，无从下口。思绪变得凌乱不堪，如窗外的秋色一般，无助彷徨。我的思维漫步在空白中，什么也没有，似曾相识，却那么陌生。我明白了，这是不努力的下场。

最终，我还是未填写，那洁白的一空答题卡那么扎眼，那么明显，在卷子中央，在我心中，它成了一口钟，时刻提醒着我，如果不努力，只有彷徨。
