The pictures tell us the issue of hunting jobs for college students is increasingly and seriously important in current days. What’s more , individuals, organizations and even the whole society have been attaching due attention to this issue. On one hand, when facing the pressure of finding a job, students are struggling painfully. The burden can cause not only depression but also anxiety and such problems as isolation and solitude. One’s thought , creative thinking and exploration spirit, therefore, have been stifled by pursing measurable high scores and various certificates when confronting this harsh reality. On the other hand , that college students fail to change the conventional view on jobs and to adapt their goals to the reality deepens this problem. Were there no prompt and proper solution to this problem, never would we taste the happiness of the harmonious society.

Nowadays, the number of single-child family is increasingly growing under the Family Policy. It’s not surpring that the child, viewed as the apple of the parents’ eye, get so much attention that there is a lack of independence in the life. When I was very small, I was so envious about the adults, because they

阅读与写作密不可分，阅读是写作的基础，是搜集素材、学习词汇句型和新颖表达方式的源泉。因此，教师应想方设法把阅读与写作结合起来，利用教材训练学生的写作技能，在阅读能力的培养过程中融入多种形式的写作技能训练，将写作教学贯穿于阅读教学中。笔者采用了如下方法：

1.利用教材，开展改写

在完成阅读教学，学生基本掌握文章内容的基础上，笔者进一步指导学生改写文章。改写要求学生注意人称、时态、直接引语、间接引语、遣词造句和谋篇布局等方面的变化，充分理解课文内容，认真思考，写出语言得体、内容完整的文章。例如：《牛津高中英语》模块6 Unit 2What Is Happiness to You?的Reading部分是一篇以对话采访形式出现的课文，在采访过程中，嘉宾Dr.Brain以体操运动员桑兰的经历为例，谈到他对幸福的理解。在完成阅读教学后，笔者要求学生用第三人称写一篇介绍桑兰的作文，并鼓励学生引用课文中描述桑兰的经典词汇和例句。如：hard?鄄working, energet?鄄ic, stay optimistic/positive, in good spir?鄄its; She was happy to devote herself to gym?鄄nastics等。通过这些训练，学生既加深了对课文的理解，又运用了所学重点词汇，同时学生的写作技能得到了实际的锻炼。

2.模仿范文，鼓励仿写

写的过程实际上是模拟读者阅读的过程;而阅读也是模拟写作的行为(戴军熔，2002)。教师可给学生一篇与书面表达体裁和题材相同的范文，让学生通过阅读完成类似话题的写作任务。例如：《牛津高中英语》模块1 Unit 3 Looking Good，Feeling Good的写作话题是保持健康。笔者从英文报刊上选择一篇有关如何科学合理地减肥、健身的报道，先让学生在课堂上进行限时阅读，然后提问学生：Which do you think is more important，looking good or feeling good? How would you keep fit?Why?等。学生通过模仿阅读材料的结构进行写作。通过阅读带动写作，由知识的输入到知识的输出，提高了学生表达的条理性和连贯性，为学生提供了写作策略和技能。

四、培养学生用英语写作的习惯

“临渊羡鱼，不如退而结网。”如果仅仅掌握了写作技巧，熟背了大量文章，不亲自动手实践还是不行的，没有一成不变的文章让你照搬。《英语课程标准》指出：基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。因此，我们要遵循“一切为了运用”的原则，提倡和鼓励学生亲自实践，动手写作，用英语给亲人、朋友、老师写信，用英语写日记，或用英语写便条，写留言短信，还可以用英语与老师谈心或反映情况，或给老师写每周情况报告或总结。只有将所学内容适时地运用于实际生活，才能内化成自己的能力。

五、重视写作的规范化训练

起始阶段的写作训练，培养学生良好的写作习惯非常重要。首先，书写和文体格式要规范。严格要求学生正确、端正、熟练地书写字母、单词和句子，注意大小写和标点符号，养成良好的书写习惯。同时对各种文体特点、格式要清楚，使学生熟悉规范的书面表达形式，用正确的标准评析和规范自己的书面表达。其次，写作过程要规范。一般来说，短文写作都要有以下步骤：审清题目要求;确定写作要点;选好动词，搭好句子骨架;有效连接，使短文结构紧凑;认真检查，保证卷面整洁。对学生进行写作模式的训练，这样看起来比较麻烦，但避免了反复，养成了好的写作习惯。

总之，随着新课改的实施和近几年高考(微博)评分标准的完善，对学生的书面表达能力提出了新的要求。作为高中英语教师，在教学中要根据不同时期学生的具体情况采取相应的教学方法，灵活多样地开展英语写作教学，有效调动学生的积极性，定能使学生厚积薄发，写出行文通顺、流畅、有文采的佳篇妙作来。

When we talk about being independent, we often think about leaving our parents and living alone. The mental independence is always ignored by people, mental independence means the person can measure the things and make the right decision. As for the children, even they move out and stay far away from their parents, but sometimes they just can’t control themselves, they will get the bad behavior, like smoking and drinking, their life is losing control. The young people need to cultivate their independent spirit, they should think by themselves, learn to take care of the other people, thus they can be the real independent. When a person grows up, they can be strong enough to support their lives and at the same time, they can be mature enough to make their own decision. They can tell what is wrong and what is right.

当我们谈到成为独立，总是想要离开父母，独自居住。精神上的独立总是被人们忽略，精神上的独立意味着一个人能衡量事情，做出正确的决定。对于孩子来说，虽然他们搬出去，远离父母，但是有时候他们无法自控，养成不好的习惯。比如抽烟和喝酒，他们的生活会失控。年轻人需要养成独立精神，他们应该自己思考，学着去照顾别人，这样才能真正的独立。当一个人成长了，他们才能够足够的强大去养活自己，同时，也能够足够成熟去做决定。他们能区分什么是好，什么是坏。

Mother began to advise me: son! You dont know the hard work of military summer camp. You didnt do exercises since you were young. How can you join us?. I listened to my mothers blunt words and immediately replied, "Mom, dont try to persuade me. Im determined to finish.". Now say not long hard wings, how can fly up, if I go to the military summer camp, some said that I would be weak wings long hard, and I have before.

Mothers face, nose is not nose, mouth is not mouth, five Palace moved. Mother seemed to be angry, but she was still not angry. My mother walked, I can be happy, who knows grandmother came in again, I listen to grandmas word most in the life, I begin to be nervous, fortunately I prepare mentally, also calm down.

As soon as grandma comes in, she says, "my little grandson!"! Summer camp can be hard, or else, I take you to the mountains every day, so you can exercise. I listened to grandmas nagging, a grandmother said: grandma a stratagem comes to mind! You dont always want me to eat fat! I go to summer camp, activities for a whole day, although a little tired, but this way, appetite will be big, I finished eating bowl another bowl, ten days without seeing, will weigh several. Oh If so, I didnt wait until grandma finished saying, "grandma, you promised me to go to the summer camp."! Thank you, grandma! Grandma smiled and said, "lets go."!

Finally, I took part in the summer camp and became independent. I disagree with my mother in the summer camp, my mother said: "Mom!"! Im sorry. I need to be independent. I need some practice. Im sure youll see a brand new me when I come back. Then you dont like to be a stranger.

雄鹰只有学会飞行的本领，才能直击广袤无垠的苍穹；

野百合只有忍受孤独的寂寞，才能盛开漫山遍野的蓓蕾；

游鱼只有掌握生存能力的法则，才能徜徉无边无际的大海。

我们又何尝不是如此呢？只有学会生存能力，拥有生存能力的能力，才能立足于社会，立足于生活，拥有梦想，从而获得成功。生存能力能力即是生存能力本领。除了衣、食、住、行这些基本的事物之外，还有我们的身体、学习和能力。

学会生存能力能力，要求我们拥有良好的体质。也就是健康。健康是第一财富。合理的膳食、经常性的运动都是健康的保证。只有身体健康，我们才能有努力学习的前提和动力；也只有身体健康，我们才能有积极向上的态度。

学会生存能力能力，要求我们拥有乐观的心态。李白曾吟：“天生我才必有用，千金散尽还复来。”学习不应该成为一种负担。要主动学习，在学习中寻找快乐；要坚持不懈，在学习中发现真谛。态度固然重要，但要付之行动。我的座右铭是：“苟有恒，何必三更睡五更起；最无益，莫过一日暴十日寒”。我相信，成功一定属于那些付出努力的人。

学会生存能力能力，要求我们努力、努力、再努力。我们一定要争气，我们并不比别人差。作为学生，我们要在自己的学业上努力；作为儿女们，我们要在自己的生活中努力。面对成功，我们不能抬起骄傲的头颅；面对失败，我们不能放弃明天的希望。泰戈尔说：“当你因错过太阳而失声痛哭，你也将失去星期星”。胜利的果实固然甜蜜，但对挫折的坚守也固然美好。

岁月长河，几多风雨，几多欢乐；十里长亭，多少人放弃，多少人坚守。只有付出辛勤的汗水才能收获秋天的果实。只有努力学会生存能力的能力，才能叩响彼岸的大门。

时间一天一天的流逝，我也有一个蚕蛹慢慢的变成一只蝴蝶，步入了这个社会，可不知如何去生存能力。

我带着困惑往前飞。飞到一个教室的窗外。老师正在讲什么是真正的快乐。“卑鄙的人，为了个人的私立奔波，追逐，竞争，甚至不惜牺牲自己的人格，尊严，只要有利可图，他就感到快乐。卑鄙的人胸无大志，生活腐朽堕落，荒淫无度，花天酒地，以追求最大感官刺激为乐，为世人所不齿。

而高尚的人，凭着自己对幸福生活的深刻理解，超越时代和社会，不随波逐流，同流合污，始终不渝的追求理想和真理，忘我奋斗，默默奉献，以给大多数人快乐而快乐，从不言苦。”

原来生活是需要高尚的快乐。我继续往前飞，飞到了苏联，这是莫斯科保卫战打得正激烈的一天，朱可夫遇到一个意想不到的情况，德军伞兵已在苏军指挥部不到100米处降落，人数很少的苏军指挥部顿时一片混乱。正在地图上沉思的朱可夫得知这一情况后，连头都没抬，只是轻描淡写的说了一句：“给我拿只冲锋枪来。”主帅的神情和勇气使苏军士气大增，上下一心共同歼灭了这股伞兵。看到朱可夫，我明白了生存能力一定要有坚强的意志和勇猛的抗争精神，要有勇气和胆识。

我带着高尚的快乐和勇气继续往前飞，听到了马克思正在演讲“我们现在假定人就是人，而人同世界的关系就是一种人的关系，那么你只能用爱来交换爱，用信任来交换信任。你希望别人怎对待你自己，你就应该怎样对待别人。”我明白了生存能力需要信任。

要生存能力就得学会生存能力，要学会生存能力就要懂得什么是高尚的快乐，要有坚强的意志和勇气，用信任来交换信任。我相信我将会是一个生存能力的强者。
