10岁时，我变得成熟了，当我看到医生每天都救死扶伤，心里的敬佩又多了一分。于是一个伟大的梦想又在我的脑海里出现了。我幻想着：我正在帮一名孕妇做剖腹产，手术完成了，而且还非常顺利。孕妇的家人，好好的感谢了我一番，那时，我心里甭提有多高兴了。从那时开始，我就立志要像这个梦想进发!!!

从小时候起，我就喜爱画画。那时，我总是对着那些精美的图画慢慢地描摹着。每划过一笔，心里就想着：以后一定要当一个画家。后来我才知道这就是所谓梦想。

上幼儿园的时候，我也一直在画画。现在仍然保留着那些笔画稚嫩，无法理解其含义的画。尽管看起来“惨不忍睹”但那时的我看着自己的画十分骄傲与自豪。我也参加了一些小小的比赛，获得了一些名次。

进入了初中，我开始意识到自己的不足。我重新开始学习一些基础，例如：对线条的控制，对人体的结构掌握等等。渐渐地，原本那些“惨不忍睹”的画变得顺眼了。同学们也很喜欢我的画，美术课的成绩也一直是优异。

但是我知道这些对我来说并不是最终的目的。我的画仍然存在很多瑕疵，还有极大的进步空间。我不会放弃这些年来我所坚持的这些，一定要达到我的目的，成为一个漫画家!我时常会这么想。

有人学习美术是因为自身的主课学习跟不上，没有其他选择，仅作为一个以后能够糊口的技能，这些人多学素描。有的人学习水墨画，工笔画，是为了修身养性，陶冶自身的情操，使自己的气质增添一抹艺术。而我与他们皆有所不同，画画曾经是我的爱好与目标。如今，则是我的一种爱好与习惯，一个恒久不变的梦想，已然成为了我生命之中无法或缺的一部分。

可是刚接受我是个大学生这个事实，的确让我迷惘，我的大学生活应该怎样过，我决定不会虚度这4年，我会让这四年变得充实，趁自己还年轻，去学更多的东西，我会在这个假期内设定大学生活的步曲。嗯，这样想着，我似乎不再那么的迷惘了，我的心中有了个明确的方向。

上大学了，真好？心中的梦也变成了现实，我期待。

幸好我把自己的迷惘写了出来，否则我就没有办法释怀了。

ladies and gentlemen, may i take your attention? thank you! today i will give a talk about biding to host the national civilized city. with the developing of societal science and technology in the earth which i love deeply, our life becomes more and more convinent and comfortable. but on the other hand, how is our envorinment and how is people’s cultural quality. iam very sad .because people throw rabbish here and there. and people drive car again sting the rules. how terrible our city is!

but luckly, the govenment of jiang xi province hosts an activity named "bid to host the national civilizd city".it can help to ehance our cultural quality as the same time the developing of sicence and technolog.

this activity let citizens know the ture meaning of civilizd city.besides,let people know more about the basic knoeledge and low.also, let us know hosting the national civilizd city is not a thing of a moment!so we must have perseverance to do what we can do and what we should do to help our city to be more civilizable.

for example, we can hold some good activities every month.we can make some speeches to arouse the public’s aware.

when we do our best to do it, we can see the blue sky being cleaner,the rival is more beautiful, the traffic is more convinent and our city is more civilizable.

只有忍住破茧的痛苦，才能成为美丽的蝴蝶。那就是追逐梦想的经历。——题记

一只蝴蝶轻轻落于窗边.它扇动着美丽的翅膀，可是谁又知道它从前的痛苦?其实我们的人生就是破茧成蝶的过程。

新生的蛹

一层层白丝缠绕在壳外，小小的蛹被缠成一个大圈，它静静地躺着，因为新生命才刚刚开始。

初入校门的我，对生活充满着恐惧与困惑，我只是一个平凡的蛹，在高手如林的对手之中，我只能怯怯地爬着。有时会碰到学习的棱角，有时会碰到同学嘲笑的冰山，有时会被卷进家长失望的旋涡。我羡慕蝴蝶的美丽，我梦想成为一只蝴蝶。

裹茧的痛

蛹拼命地挣扎，可是茧丝包裹得更紧，茧壳依旧无比坚硬。它早已筋疲力尽.却从未放弃成为蝴蝶的希望。

升入初二后，仍没有明确目标的我，被松懈带进了学业的低谷。有多少次我想放弃，有多少次我彷徨无助，但是只要想到痛的蛹，我的心也痛起来。我选择了挑灯夜战，奋笔疾书。我把自己挂在学习的枝头，吮吸着知识的露珠。我坚信自己会成为蝴蝶，我知道自己不能轻言放弃。

破茧成蝶

随着外壳“咔嚓”一声裂成了碎片，蛹的痛也逐渐消失。小小的蛹长出了翅膀，触角也随之长成，它在空中飞舞。

那小小的外壳终究裹不住我，初三的日子.经历了漫长的等待，我终于破茧而出，我才发现自己的翅膀也如此坚硬有力，我还发现，现在的我学会了飞翔，变成了一只美丽的蝴蝶。我在飞翔中追逐着梦想，我在追逐梦想中绽放着美丽。

痛苦，只是一瞬间：成功，却是一辈子的喜悦。那痛苦，是我珍贵的回忆。在磨砺中生活，在痛苦中蜕变。

因为，我不想停下追逐的脚步。

追求，追求是什么，我思考，想了许久才知道，是成功的唯一途径，而且只有高尚追求才能使生命绽放出璀璨的光芒。

如果梦想是一粒种子，那么追求就是深埋种子的土壤和甘甜清爽的水，成功则是荣耀鲜花的绽放之时。每个人都喜欢绽放之时鲜花，却不知土壤和水的重要，没有它们梦想一定只是空想。

古往今来，追求迥异。有先天下之忧而忧流芳百世，亦有不择手段追金拜银终化粪土。请用纯净心灵追寻更有意义的追求吧!造福他人，共享福音。

杜甫因有“安得广厦千万间，大庇寒士俱欢颜”的追求，所以才有“吾庐独破受冻死亦足”震撼的满足与欣慰。苏轼因有“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”的美好追求，所以才会在仕途不顺，一贬在下，却依然有着对明天的向往。“人生自古谁无死，留取丹心照汗青”的文天祥因有这样的追求，所以才把自己的灵魂锻造的如此不屈!

每个人必须有着自己的追求的梦想，无梦想既无追求。当然我也有梦想与追求。我的梦想是还地球一个湛蓝的天空、一片新鲜空气和翠绿的森林，一个和平的世界。不要用电线弄脏了纯洁的高山，不要用驯服马匹在森林中散步......一切似乎散发着人类异味。这就是我的梦想，虽然看起来非常遥远，但是我还是不断追求，向我的梦想狂奔而去。

追求让生命精彩，让成功绽放你的风采!

有句话说：“人因梦想而伟大！”梦想是人努力的原动力，人要勇敢追求梦想。像爱迪生、诺贝尔、史怀哲……等，努力不懈，追求梦想，不怕挫折，不怕失败，是因为他们心怀梦想，不轻易放弃，才有伟大的成就。

可是有些人，每天自暴自弃，他们直想不劳而获，完全没梦想，甚至烧炭自杀，自己想不开而做出不好的事；或者失败就一直责骂别人，怨天尤人，一切都是老天爷不公平，一切都是别人的错……却不知：“天下没有白吃的午餐”，“种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆。”只要努力追梦，就可能实现自己的梦想。可是努力不一定会成功，但 我相信如果不先努力，梦想就一定不会实现，正所谓“自助人助天助”。只要自己先努力，老天一定也会帮助我们完成梦想。

“奋斗就是生活，人生只有前进。”每当我看到电视上，有许多大厨师煮出香味四溢，叫人目瞪口呆、垂涎三尺的美食，让人看得不禁食指大动！那一道道色香味俱全的美食，真的叫我看得很入迷，几乎神魂颠倒。所以我的梦像是以后当个大厨师，一个世界第一的顶尖大厨，打片天下无敌手的大厨，就像啊基师一样厉害，让每个来我餐厅的人是高高兴兴地走入店里，心满意足的回家。这个梦想对我来说是一个很伟大的梦想，也是一个艰辛的梦想，因练习可能被烫到，也可能出一点小意外，要做得好还需要很多技巧，才能完成这个梦想。我深深的知道我不可能突然就变成大厨师，但我还是不会放弃，继续更努力的练习朝着目标前进。

“一分自求，一分真得；十分自求，十分真得！”只要有什么努力，就会有什么收获。我深深相信，我的梦想绝对遥不可及的梦，因为只要我全力以赴，一定追得到梦想的。

当地时间20日，中国女排在里约奥运女排决赛上先失一局的情况下连扳三局，以3-1战胜塞尔维亚，时隔12年再夺奥运冠军。女排夺冠的消息立刻引爆北美华人的朋友圈，大家都用这则消息刷屏，不少人表示这种永不放弃的精神正是真正的女排精神。

美西南中国学生学者联谊会主席、目前就读加州大学圣巴巴拉分校博士三年级的高松对《侨报》记者表示，当时他和一群留学生朋友们边聚餐边看了比赛，女排的精神十分让他敬佩，他说：“我们在一个中餐馆一起看大屏幕电视。夺冠实属不易!小伙伴们看的非常紧张，比分一直僵持甚至落后，但是女排挺住了，每一分都在顽强拼搏。能够战胜小组赛曾经3:0 击败过自己的队伍，女排一定付出了太多艰辛，意志上、战术上，团队协作上， 值得我们为女排感到骄傲!”

一同参加留学生聚会观看女排取得胜利的还有来自加州大学尔湾分校的留学生吕沐寰，他对女排夺冠感到十分兴奋：“作为一个体育迷，看到女排夺冠我真的特别激动和开心，好久没有在一个球队胜利那一刻这么激动和欢呼过了。众所周知，三大球项目在衡量一个国家的体育水平上的重要性，近几年中国三大球项目一直处于低谷，女排的夺冠对于体育迷来说真的是这次奥运最大的惊喜!今天早上看女排夺冠的新闻，看网友的评论和鼓励，还是热泪盈眶!”

已经毕业但留在美国创业的前学联主席王昊王表示，虽然没有从电视上看到中国女排夺冠的情景，但通过朋友圈得知后也非常激动： “我知道结果的时候也特别激动! 因为小组赛的时候中国女排在小组赛接连输给荷兰、塞尔维亚与美国， 但最终反败为胜……你看朋友圈都刷屏、佩服女排夺冠的那种精神。我觉得每个人都可以学习女排精神，像留学生会碰到很多困难，就需要克服困难、永不言败。”

除了青年留学生外，参加20 日在洛举行的南加州高校校友会联合论坛的各个成员也回忆往昔，赞叹现今的女排精神。论坛筹备委员会成员之一的李先进博士告诉记者：“我们是看着女排从1980年到1984一直走过来的，我们都是80年代在中国上大学的，女排这个心路历程都经历过。这也可以反映我们这一代人的梦想和追求，只要我们坚持、不要放弃，最重要的是中国人要团队合作，不但是在体育运动上、创业上、社区贡献上，只要我们有团队协作的精神就能做好。”

同是论坛组织者之一的南加大地球科学系郦永刚教授说：“冰冻三尺非一日之寒，郎平是非常有韧性，她的排球生涯从1984年到现在有三十多年，她一直持之以恒。而这次也是为国争光，我们也感到非常敬佩她们的精神。”
