Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

Everyone has their own dreams, like the stars in the sky. Of all kinds, everybodys dream is different, some want to but a doctor, some want to be a soldier, some want to be a scientist... The appropriate an ordinary teacher of my dreams.

Teacher, this noun makes us feel very kind, another mother, just like our teacher told us how to face difficulties in life and overcome the difficulties. However, when we play in the classroom, who also have no thought of what our teacher do. Maybe the teacher corrects our homework in, maybe is serious lessons. Who is worried about the teachers body? Many people say that dream is only the thing for children to have. But in my opinion, each of us in the world should have his or her dreams all through the life. With a dream, you can fly further; with a dream, you will be stronger; with a dream, you will be successful easily.

When I was young, I showed a great interest in cars. My father bought me a lot of model cars, and I even consider them as part of my life and I take good care of them all the time.

Everyone has a lot of dreams. Some people want to be rich, dreaming of becoming millionaires overnight. Others want to be famous, dreaming of suddenly jumping to great fame. I have a lot of dreams,too. When I was a young girl, I dreamed of becoming a scientist like Hua Luogen in future.

However, I knew very well that I could not succeed without painstaking efforts. So I studied hard in the middle school and college in order to attain my goal.

After graduating from college, I found a job as a teacher.Although I was very busy with teaching, I never gave up my goal. I read a lot of books to get more knowledge. I made experiments to practise and apply what I had learnt from the books. Sometimes, I was so deeply indulged in my research that I forgot my meals and time. Now I have made great progress. Several of my research papers have been published. The methods proposed in my papers have been proven to be valuable for the solution of some problems. I am very happy.The ladder of becoming a scientist is still far ahead, but I have climbed the first rung anyway.
