2014年7月，我被提拔为板桃站的副站长，这对我来说是一个全新的考验，如何在新的岗位上干好本职工作，这又成了摆在面前的一次挑战。经通过近半年的实践，自己也积累了一些不算太成熟的心得：首先作为管理者业务一定要熟练，当职工遇到解决不了的问题时要能够处理好;其次在平时的工作上要按照高标准、不懈怠的要求，杜绝三种行为，即“视而不见”、“手懒腚沉”、“讲人情面子”。“视而不见”就是见到别人违章指挥、违章作业而不去制止的不负责行为;“手懒腚沉”就是不去积极地排查隐患，导致事故发生的失职行为;“讲人情面子”就是碍于人情关系，处罚力度不到位，不敢管，当“老好人”的行为。自觉做到五勤，即脑勤、眼勤、手勤、腿勤、嘴勤，带着责任干好本职工作。同时要注意工作方法，要本着诚实、尊重、相互关心的原则，以诚待人，打动人心。三要摆正自己的位置，要有大局观念，整体意识，作为副职要在日常工作中做好站长的助手。

既然我们选择了这个行业就要“干一行，爱一行，干好一行”。年轻的我们，是铁路新的血液，我们就好比那草原上奔腾的骏马，蓝天上翱翔的雄鹰，以年轻人的蓬勃朝气和迎难而上不怕吃苦的勇气展示作为，放飞梦想。

每次走过以前的教室，总是习惯地往里看。

那毕竟是我生活了一年的地方。

记得以前下课时，在那里自己看书，或和同学说笑。看，那个是我的坐位，在第五排，第五个位置。正好是我以前的班别，055班。以前，我经常想，我的位置好特别，也好巧。

现在走过，真想进教室走一圈，走到我以前的位置坐下，闭上眼睛，回忆着，那里一切的一切。

至少在走过时，多看一会儿这个教室，我想多看一会儿我以前擦过的黑板，还有那个曾经被我讨厌的讲台，老师总在那儿上课。

只是很多时候，我都是匆匆走过，只看了一眼。甚至有时我还没看清楚，就走过了，但我仍习惯性地往里面看了一眼。

我不知道是否有人注意到我有这个习惯，我不在乎，没人知道也好。

如果我很早就来到学校，我定会在走过这个教室时，停下脚步，往里面看，看得很细。我发现，教室的窗边，多了两盆花;我发现，教室角落的书架上，多了好多新书;我发现，教室的天花板，多了一个天使饰物;我发现，教室的门的背面，多贴了一张课程表;我发现……

但那只是很少的几次，我不喜欢教室里很多同学都在看我，那样我会很不自然的。

再次走过时，有几个以前同班的朋友走出来，和我打招呼，当时我竟然像定住了似的，说不出话。当他们转身时，我才向他们打了声招呼。哦，我的朋友，你们还没有忘了我，我很幸福，很满足。

又走过了这个教室，教室很安静，同学们都在看书，使我不忍心去打扰这份安静。是呀，又要考试了，同学们都很努力，争着想进我现在的班，追求自己的梦想。

想想我当初也是这样，拼着命冲进了现在的班，可之后，对原来的班还有所留恋。

很多很多次的走过，许多许多回的转头，早已成了习惯。

只是想，也许不久之后，又会有同学走出这个班，来到我现在的班。

只是想，这个班会有更多人往里面看，情不自禁的，最后成为习惯。

只是想，每次走过时，都能和朋友聊上几句，而不是只看了一眼。

只是想，在我追求梦想的同时，也为这个班祝福。

梦想是什么?梦想是人们对未来的追求的动力;梦想有时又等于理想，可有时又不等于理想;梦想其实就是一种不符合实际，在梦境中所能实现的理想，一种高度。每个人都有自己的理想，并为之去奋斗。

我的梦想很平凡：一名女警。当然我也知道我自己的实力，所以我开始每天加强体育锻炼，好好学习，争取长大考上警校。

记得，刚开始有这个念头时，我还不那么认真，可日子久了梦想给我的魔力便一下子突显出来了。

就在暑假时，我为了实现这个梦想，让它变成现实，我每天都坚持在楼下跑步，由爸爸监督。有一次，因天气十分炎热，我跑了一圈便跑不动了，可爸爸却不同意。我当时就想：不就是一个梦想吗，大不了再换，我自己的事，还用你管!当时我憋了一肚子火，终于爆发了出来，头脑一热，朝爸爸喊道：“你凭什么管我，我自己的事不用你管!”当这句话说出口时，才意识到闯祸了，我本以为爸爸会骂我，可他并没有这样做，而是心平气和地对我说：“孩子，我知道你累了，可你不应该面对困难就退缩，更何况这还只是一些小问题，你要坚持下去，为梦想而奋斗!”听了这句话我就像喝了兴奋剂一样，在烈日下顶着炎热和劳累，跑了10圈。可能对于跑步好的同学，跑10圈不算什么，可它对我来说意义重大，因为它象征着我向梦想迈出的第一步，它也是我成功的奠基石。

同样在学习上我也绝不放松，在课上，认真听老师讲课：在课间，准备好下一节课的学习用具：回家，认真完成作业。从中，我也体会到了如同巴尔扎特一样的感受“学习有如母亲一般慈爱，它用纯洁和温柔的欢乐来哺育孩子，如果向它要求额外的报酬，也许就是罪过。”

这些在我看来，可真算得上是体育、学习“齐头并进”。

日子一天一天的过去，我也一天天在长大，同时也离我的梦想越来越近了，在这段艰难的道路上，我要斩断所有荆棘，去努力、追逐我的梦想。

暑期八月，我参加了全国少儿才艺盛典总决赛。比赛前一周，我就在紧张地排练了，每天一练就是好几个小时。听说这次比赛的节目很特别，它不仅仅有街舞，还集合了武术、戏曲、现代舞、表演等元素，对我来说是一个全新的尝试。我非常期待！

8月14日，比赛在横店影视城如期举行了。小杰老师带着我来到现场，天呐，这里人山人海的，聚集了来自全国各地的小朋友。他们看上去各个身怀绝技，我不禁有点紧张了。在走红毯时，我遇到了喜欢的偶像——优漫卡通电台的西瓜哥哥。他鼓励我说：“加油哦，小帅哥！”我瞬间信心倍增。

我是第21号出场的。一上舞台，所有的灯光都聚焦在我身上，看着台下黑压压的一片人群，我不由得紧张起来，心跳加速，心脏都感觉要从喉咙里蹦出来了一样。但是，熟悉的音乐一响起，我便全身心投入其中。前半段，我的表演都很顺利，可就在接近尾声之际，我发汗的手心一下打滑，手里的金箍棒突然掉了下来。我懵住了，1秒钟，我的脑子一片空白。幸好，我立刻回过神，捡起棒子继续表演。演出结束了，台下一片喝彩声，我不由自主地泪满眼眶。

因为自己的小失误，最后与金牌失之交臂，只拿到了银牌。我伤心到了极点，无论老师和爸妈说什么，我都听不进去，一直责怪自己不争气，平时练习都不曾失手过，怎么在最关键的时刻掉链子了呢？

后来，小杰老师告诉我，没关系的，只要你努力了，争取了，有所收获了，就是成长！不要因为一次失败就伤心放弃，最重要的是要在失败中吸取经验教训，争取下次的成功。我仔细想了想老师的话，觉得很有道理，回去我要更认真地练舞，争取下次拿金牌。

相信自己，努力的自己，冠军一定不会远！

有梦想的人都是伟大的，无论是富翁还是平民。我觉得贫穷的人更伟大，因为在要实现梦想的话一切都得自己去创造，还要承受外界所带来的压力。“穷人孩子早当家”我算彻彻底底明白这话了。能去完成梦想是多么幸福的一件事。看看现实生活中，有多少人不能去完成自己的梦想。那些一生下来就是得绝症的人、那些没有钱而被迫放弃的人等等。想想那些人，我觉得我好幸运好幸运好幸运。可能因为失去过所以懂得珍惜，有些东西太容易得到它，价值自然就会下降。

好吧，是这样的。可你知道吗?那些因为绝症而不能去追求自己所想要的东西的人，他们却活得比我们快乐。因为他们知道自己生命将要结束了，他们不想自己来人间还没有学会快乐就要离开。于是，他们珍惜在世界上的每一分每一秒，他们在足以短的时间里学会快乐，也学会快乐地面对死亡。再想想我们吧，我们会因为一件小事就烦恼生气，因为遇到了一点困难就垂头丧气，甚至丢掉梦想把自己彻底地败了。要知道我们现在所遇到的困难和死亡比起来，太渺小太渺小太渺小。他们可以快乐着，我们又有什么理由不开心?

我的心还不够强大，还不够装得下一些东西。我要向他们学习。不要害怕生命的结束，害怕的是它并没有开始。我想等我老了得时候我也会笑着面对死亡。

在追求梦想的时候，梦是遥远的，路是很长的。可我不怕。困难一次次的发生就是要打击我，可我知道困难害怕什么，它害怕的就是我的毅力，我的理想、我的坚持。如果我把这些丢掉了，那还谈什么战胜它呢?

我相信，无论我多么落寞多么孤单多么困难，梦在天上，路在前方。活着的人应好好活着，追求梦想的人应好好追求，我们应该好好笑。
