Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared. Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not see these animals in the near future.

From the second picture, we can find some reasons. Why is the number of animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of fashion industry. Relief supplies finally arrived on a remote Arctic island where a group of scientists had been trapped in a weather station. 动物，它们是我们的朋友；动物，我们要保护它们；动物，也有尊严；动物；也有血有肉；动物，它跟我们一样，也是一条生命啊。

人们常常捕杀那些可怜的小动物，在他们的脑子里，只想着杀了他们赚钱，他们似乎已经丧失意志。如果我亲眼看见他们捕杀动物，我会问他们：难道他们没有家人吗？你没有体验过骨肉分离的滋味，你想过那是什么滋味儿吗？它们也有血有肉、它们也知道感恩，你想过在他们即将被你们杀死的时候，心里会想些什么吗？你们不知道，有那么多无辜的小动物经过你的手被杀死，难道他们有罪吗？难道他们生下来就应该被残害吗？难道你们不该被遭报应吗？

你们可以换位思考一下，假如你是一条无辜的小动物，在你生下来的那一刻，你亲眼看见你的母亲死于非命或你被那些人给杀害了，你们心里会怎么想？你们就会亲身体验到骨肉分离的滋味吧？既然你想到这些，你们就该好好反思反思，那些无辜的小生命就该死于你们这些心肠狠毒的人手里吗？就算它们该死，也轮不到你们动手。我不知道你们知不知道，那些小生命临死之前会是什么样的神情？你们不知道，为什么？因为你们没血没肉，你们杀了那么多无辜的小动物，该死的人不是它们，而是你们，因为当你给它们东西的时候，他们会知道感恩。

也许你们会想，就是一条畜生，有什么好值钱的？杀就杀呗，反正还能给我赚点钱，你们这样想就错了，不只错，而且大错特错。对，他们虽然是畜生，它们好歹是条生命，对，它们虽不值钱，但它们不该死

好啦，话不多说，我希望那些捕杀小动物的人，你们早一点改过自新，不然，你们早晚受到法律的制裁。

人类是生存在这个地球上的生命物种之一，我们在爱自己同类的同时，也应该尊重其他生命，善意对待和爱护我们身边的小动物。

每个人在一生之中，都会与各种生命相遇：小猫、小狗、小兔子、小乌龟??这些小动物是我们的伙伴、朋友，甚至家人。每一个有爱心的人，懂得生命意义的人，都会知道怎么善意关爱自己的伙伴。

被挖掉眼球的小狗、被汽油烧焦的小猫、被恶意投毒而死的动物??当这一桩桩骇人听闻的残害动物的事件不断发生时，我心里总有说不出的沉痛，我想这是任何一个有良知、有爱心、有正义感的人所不能容忍的事情。

虽然大多数人珍视身边动物带给我们的爱和友情，但是仍有人不负责任地抛弃他们的宠物，甚至虐待它们，于是才有了这一只只的流浪动物。

绝大部分城市流浪动物的生存状况令人十分堪忧：它们被遗忘在角落的生命，不受重视；它们身体遭受病痛的折磨；它们无时无刻不在忍受着残疾带来的痛苦；它们承受未绝育带来的生殖繁育风险，小宝宝一出生就面临着巨大的死亡危机；它们经常要面对酷暑、严寒和饥饿，四处寻找躲藏之处；它们时刻面临着各种危险，每一刻都有可能惨死在街边；它们甚至还要面对一小部分人为满足自己变态的心理而做出的种种虐待和伤害??

残酷的生存环境、悲惨的生活遭遇，使得我们身边的这些伙伴的生命凋零??

真正的爱是对弱者或蒙难者发自内心的悲悯和关怀，是不假思索伸出的援救之手。在此，我郑重呼吁各界尊重生命、关爱生命的有识之士：

1. 尊重生命，尊重动物，不吝啬自己的爱心；

2. 无论自己的宠物年老、体弱、生病还是残疾，都不放弃、不抛弃它们；

3. 保证动物不受饥渴、伤害和疾病威胁；

4. 保证动物有一定的自由，让它们生活无所恐惧，能自由表达天性；

5. 有能力和条件的人，对流浪动物进行有责任感的收养、领养、寄养；

6. 依法合理、人道的利用动物；

7. 不从非法商贩处购买伴侣动物；

8. 不虐待、不伤害流浪动物；

9. 将“关爱生命，善待动物”的理念传播给身边的每一个人。
