早上好!

下周学校将进行期中考试、教学常规检查、学生教学问卷调查等工作，期中考试周一、周二进行。考后召开教师质量分析会、学生期中表彰大会、家长会等各项工作。具体安排在上周的年级组长、教研组长、备课组长会议已布置。希望大家齐心协力共同来做好!

要有好成绩，就必须拥有好的方法及策略，为此，向同学们提出几点建议：

第一，希望同学们做学习的有心人，有计划安排好各科复习。要统筹兼顾，全面复习，切不可“单科突进”。同学们，要想考上好的高中，必须要平衡发展。有部分同学学习凭着自己的喜好来，严重偏科，这样只有害你自己。另外，要保证复习时间的有效投入，日常琐事，要抓紧处理。要学会统筹安排时间，合理的利用时间。时间是挤出来的，不管是整块时间还是零散时间，都要倍加珍惜。零散时间，都是宝贵的光阴，一样是“时不再来”。

第二，希望同学们系统复习，夯实基础，消灭“知识死角”。在本周，我们老师会对前面学过的知识进行疏理，我们一定要跟着老师来，复习课非常重要，我们前面学过的知识可能是零散的，复习课就是把这些零散的知识进行整理，进行优化，使知识系统化、规范化，以便在考试中能快速提取和迁移，触及一点，能迅速产生联想，真正变成自己的财富，形成自己的“血肉”。所以同学们千万别小看了复习课。要在老师的指导下，积累优秀试题和优秀解法，领会各学科的一些解题技巧，进行错题总结，从而使自己少走弯路。总之，就是要把平时学习的，掌握的知识、技能在试卷上充分反映出来。

眼看过年的长鞭炮已经燃了一半了(该清静点了吧)在过年前,我把全部作业的“烟花”点燃了,到过年前一天,圆满“燃放完成”(这样多好,起码在玩的时候不会想到未燃放的“烟花”吧)光阴似箭,日月如梭。初四,我经老爸老妈同意后，来到了一座山的最高的乡镇——大坪。路上,我见到了从未见过的高山深谷,由于阴天,山谷再高也是一种传说。路上,简直比内蒙古的环境还恶劣,车前一片都是白茫茫的雾,一打开车窗,一股冷流带着含水的雾朝我的身体袭来。到了大坪,我们又去了2个瀑布,到那,我才真正知道什么是冷,什么是内蒙古,同时首次领略了大瀑布的雄伟、壮观景象。

又是一年春来到，带来了大自然的万物复苏和欣欣向荣。今天又是3月12日植树节了!又到了植树造林的好时候。

可是，同学们，你们知道我们为什么要植树造林吗?

我们生活的自然界中，生物和气候、土壤、水等环境条件之间存在着错综复杂的相互关系。就像我们人体的各个器官、各种机能之间都是保持平衡的，一旦某个环节失去了平衡，人就会生病。自然界也一样，一旦失去了生态平衡，便会产生种种不良后果。

在自然界中，森林是保持生态平衡的卫士，森林让气候变得稳定正常。

有了森林，地面就不怕风吹雨冲，水土就不易流失。大风遇到了防护林带，会被大大减弱;雨水沿着树干慢慢地流到地上，被枯枝落叶、草根树皮所堵截，能渗透到地下而不会迅速流走。在少雨的季节里，这些储藏在地下的水，一部分汇成溪流，流出森林，滋养农田，一部分经过树根的吸收、树叶的蒸腾，回到空中，又变成雨，再落下来。许多国家的护林实践表明，当国家森林覆盖率占全国总面积的30%以上，而且分布均匀时，国家就不会发生较大的风沙旱涝等自然灾害。可惜的是，我国的森林覆盖率仅有16.5%,这怎么不让我们深感焦虑呢!

而且，人类自诞生起，一切衣食往行及生产、生活，无不依赖于我们所生存的这个星球，地球上的大气、森林，海洋、河流、土壤、草原、野生动植物等，组成了错综复杂而关系密切的自然生态系统，这就是人类赖以生存的基本环境。

但是，长期以来，人类把文明的进程一直滞留在对自然的征服掠夺上，似乎从未想到对哺育人类的地球给予保护和回报，在取得辉煌的文明成果的同时，人类对自然的掠夺却使得我们所生存的这个星球满目疮疤，人口的增长和生产活动的增多，也对环境造成冲击，给环境带来压力。

气候变暖，臭氧层空洞，酸雨，有毒废弃物，野生生物灭绝，以及大气、水污染等，这是我们当前面临的一连串全球环境问题，面对这些问题，我们该做些什么呢?

保护环境，人人有责，但我们现在还只是学生，不可能为全人类的环境作出特别大的贡献，但我们可以从身边的环境做起，从保护学校的环境做起。

例如:遵守有关禁止乱扔各种废弃物的规定，把废弃物扔到指定的地点或容器中，避免使用一次性的饮料杯、饭盒、塑料袋，用纸盒等代替，这样可以大大减少垃圾，减轻垃圾处理工作的压力，爱护花草树木，少赠送贺年卡，保持校园清洁等。

这些虽然都是小事，但只要大家一起努力，一起动手，从节约资源和减少污染着手，调整一下自己的生活方式，我们就能为保护地球做出一份贡献。

亲爱的同学们，伸出你的手，伸出我的手，让我们一起播种绿色，让我们一起宣传绿色倡议，让大地妈妈拥有更多的绿色吧!

从最初的整理稿件到一字一句的斟酌酝酿，我从中感受到了一份充实和一种精神的力量，这将成为我人生道路上的一笔宝贵财富。今天借助这个平台，我将结合自身实际，用一颗真诚的心来和大家共同分享自己对“建文明华容，做知识女性”这一主题的理解。

仿佛白驹过隙，弹指之一挥间，回到家乡工作已经有半年时间了，说长不长，说短不短的这半年时间里，我从一个懵懂无知刚毕业的女大学生迅速转变角色，融入到华容大学生村官的队伍中，成为家乡新农村建设的一名光荣的基层工作者。回首往日的点点滴滴，我的内心百感交集，千般滋味齐聚心头，这真是一段叫人难以忘怀，感慨万千的时光啊。

还记得那是一个阳光明媚的日子，当乡镇领导热情洋溢地把我从市委党校接回任职村场的时候，之前培训时的慷慨激昂与热血沸腾突然一下子降落到了谷底。环顾周围清冷孤寂的农村环境，我开始怀疑自己放弃在大城市优越的教师工作，毅然决然辞职回家要建设自己家乡的选择。这就是我即将工作三年，为之奉献青春、挥洒热血的地方吗？在这样基础设施都相当落后的地方，我能够施展自己的才华吗？我可以找准自己的人生定位与价值吗？

带着种种疑问，怀着对家乡的热爱我还是勉强安顿了下来。乡镇与村场的生活孤单而寂寥，作为一个二十出头的年轻人，周边没有大城市的灯红酒绿，歌舞升平，只有一亩亩的稻田与棉海，只有青蛙与蟋蟀在夜半无人时的浅吟低唱，我的心里充满了困惑、浮躁、抱怨与不安。日子一天一天从指缝间溜走。秋天来了，窗外一地金黄，我却颗粒无收；冬天来了，凄冷的办公室独我一人辗转难眠，没有电视电脑与空调，甚至连一个可以说说心里话的人都没有。此时此刻，欲哭无泪，我的心里打起了退堂鼓，想到了辞职。

终于，我怀着沉重的心情敲开了领导办公室的大门。领导神色凝重地看了看我，递给我一堆书，只语重心长的说了一句：“看过这些你会找到答案的”。

我将信将疑地回到自己的办公室，像干渴的禾苗渴望雨水一样一头扎进了书海里，迫切地去寻找自己汲汲以求的答案。

我读到了李昌平的《我向总理说实话》这本书，他那一句“中国农村真穷，农民真苦，农业真危险”像一把尖刀深深的刺痛了正处于建设中国农村这个最基层岗位上的我。

我读到了《苦难辉煌》，从中国共产党血雨腥风的奋斗史中，领悟到了苦难其实是一种磨难，它孕育着卓越的辉煌。

慢慢的，我感受到了阅读的乐趣，我开始以破万卷的毅力与恒心，加强对政治理论、政策法规、文史知识、农村实用技术等等的学习。通过博览群书，汲取书籍中的营养与精髓，体味其中的微言大义，我终于慢慢的在无序与纷乱的世界里理出一条头绪来。古人说：“艰难困苦，玉汝于成”越是艰难的生活，复杂的环境，就越是要耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫，抗的住诱惑，经得起考验，就越要坚定自己的人生选择。温总理说“读书不仅给人力量，而且给人以安全感和幸福感”。是的，大量的阅读不仅丰富了我的内心，还平和了我的心态，让我充实富足，我的思想日益成熟，工作更是渐入佳境。

当我把心思放到如饥似渴的学习与踏踏实实的工作上时，我终于明白，原来疲惫是一种享受，它让我无暇空虚；忙碌是一种幸福，它让我没有时间体味痛苦；奔波是一种快乐，它让我真实的感受酸甜苦辣的生活。

我也终于明白，作为大学生村官，虽然位卑权轻，却同样可以用自己的追求、智慧和汗水在农村这个广阔的天地展示当代青年的风采，华容1642平方公里广袤的土地就是我勇敢追逐梦想的绚丽舞台。

是啊!人的生命是最宝贵的,只有有了生命才能创造财富,才能使世界变得更美好。只有同学们的欢声笑语、活泼身影,才能使我们的校园充满阳光,充满生机。但是人的生命又是非常脆弱的,如果我们不重视安全,视安全隐患而不顾,对安全问题措施不及,防范不严,责任心不强,把生命当儿戏,那么造成的后果不堪设想。交通事故猛如虎狼,我们身边随时都潜伏着

张牙舞爪的杀手随时都威胁着你的生命安全。一件件,一桩桩血腥的报道,令人胆战心惊,一幕幕惨剧目不忍睹。只因为忽视了安全问题,一个个生命如鲜花在瞬间凋零,后果带给社会、家庭、亲人只是悲痛欲绝的伤心,沉重的打击,血的教训。到那时,这一切都为时已晚,我们失去的已经太多太多,对生命的关爱,不能成为美丽的词藻,难道只有失去之后才能醒悟。由于安全意识的淡薄,由于责任心的冷漠,玩忽职守而造成,难道我们不该反思,不该惩罚和加罪。而我们今后还能做些什么更令人深思。

人的生命也是脆弱的,生命如果发生什么意外,会留下永远的伤痕;健全身体一旦失去,将永远无法挽回。因此,我们应该好好珍惜我们生命中的每一天,在生活中注意安全,使自己平安健康地成长。让我们每一个人永远平安、快乐!让我们时刻牢记:珍爱生命,安全第一!

所以,我们要学会生存,珍爱生命,让我们在灿烂的阳光下沐浴一方平安,健康成长,愉快生活。人无远虑,必有近忧。面对中国2亿少年儿童,安全第一,预防为主不仅仅是社会对您或其他人的

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是祖国在我心中。

我们的祖国，有着广阔的土地，勤劳的人民，丰富的物产，更有着五千年的文化传统：扣人心弦的历史名着、刚劲端庄的方块字、如歌如画的唐诗宋词……五千年文化滋养着我们。冰山上的雪莲教会了我们纯洁美丽；海风中的乳燕教会了我们勇敢乐观；蓝天下的雏鹰教会了我们抱负远大；黄河边的山丹丹教会了我们热烈顽强。

祖国不仅有着五千年的文化传统，还有着壮丽的大好河山。万里长城像一条巨龙，盘在崇山峻岭之间；滔滔黄河水一浪接着一浪，拍打着岸边的岩石；昆仑山像一把利剑，巍峨壮观，高耸入云；而桂林山水则像一幅美丽的风景画，让人流连忘返……可谁又能想到，这个拥有着锦绣河山的美丽国家，却有着一段令人不堪回首的往事呢？

1860年，八国联军入侵了圆明园。他们能拿的就拿，不能拿的就砸。圆明园被洗劫一空后，他们还放了一把火烧了圆明园，大火烧了三天三夜。这座被誉“中华文化瑰宝”的园林就在大火中毁于一旦。1931年9月18日，次日攻占了沈阳。仅四个月内，整个东北就已沦陷，3000万人民变成了奴隶。1937年的南京城内，将近40万人民在日军奸诈的笑声中，冰冷的屠刀下惨遭杀害……

就在祖国母亲遭到侵略者铁蹄践踏的时候，中华儿女站起来了！邓世昌、黄继光、董存瑞、杨靖宇等先烈抛头颅，洒热血，与侵略者进行了激烈的斗争。终于，先烈们的热血没有白洒，侵略者被战士们打败了。

祖国的屈辱历史已经成为过去，现在的中国人民创造了新的辉煌：当2008年的奥运会在北京开展时，我自豪；当中国科技更上一层楼的时候，我自豪；当中国宇航员第一次登上月球时，我自豪；当奥运会上中国夺得一枚枚奖牌时，我自豪。我自豪，我为我是一个中国人而感到骄傲！

今天，历史和未来将由我们焊接，时代的接力棒要靠我们相传。让我们从身边做起，从小事做起，节约每一滴水，节约每一张纸，节约每一度电，为祖国贡献出自己的一份力量！

Genghis Khan, "Khan of Khans", was the great leader of Mongolians. At the end of 12th century, he united Mongolian tribes and challenged other powers to expand his huge Mongolian empire, which extended from South China to the Caspian Sea.

In 1277, Khan attacked the West Xia Kingdom (presently Ningxia) and encountered strong resistance. He died of disease and age. The great emperor was later buried secretly according to Mongolian custom. It says that after the burial 2,000 men were slaughtered by some 800 soldiers who were in turn executed so that the location of the real tomb remains a secret.

There are four sacrifice ceremonies held annually to commemorate the great hero and leader of the Mongolian people. The ceremony, held on March 21st on lunar calendar, is the grandest. After the ceremony, horse racing, archery and wrestling are held as entertainment.

在大人的生意上，我所见到的，几乎都是讲诚信的。例如：坚决不卖三无产品，绝不把过期的东西摆在货架上。记得有一次：我蹦蹦跳跳到了面包店，正买单时，我摸了摸钱的边缘，感觉手感不太对劲，我对卖面包的阿姨说：“阿姨，你给我的这张貌似是假钱呀，可不可以换一张呢?”充满诚信的阿姨接过了这张一百元，看了看，然后连忙从抽屉里换了一张崭新的一百元给了我，嘴里不停地念叨着：“抱歉，抱歉，我真的没太注意······”我看出来了，她的眼里充满着的是诚信，大家都说“诚信是金。”这个阿姨，多么充满充满诚信呀!、

说着说着，我突然想到了四年级下学期品德与社会这本课本上一个讲诚信的小故事：有一个小男孩，找同学借了一本课外书，这个小男孩对那个同学承诺，一个星期后必定把书还回去。时间飞逝，转眼间，一个星期就要到了，可这个小男孩还没有把这本书看完，怎么办呢?于是，这个小男孩把他还没有看完的内容抄到了自己的本子上，然后准准时时的把书给还回去了!这个故事让我联想：这个小男孩那么讲诚信，他一定受到很多同学的信任吧!

一颗高贵的心是无法用金钱买到的，一片纯美的心地也比金子更珍贵，当你播下一粒诚实的种子，你的心灵大地上收获的将是无价之宝!

我们现在的祖国科技发达、环境优美，大家都过上了小康生活。以前的人们吃的是草和树叶，过着贫穷的生活。现在的人们吃的是大鱼大肉。上海的夜晚，灯光灿烂，马路上川流不息，就像一群发光的蚂蚁在地上爬动.街道上，人们走来走去，有的在玩手机、有的在聊天、有的在……不过，你们知道吗？其实我们现在的美好生活是以前战士们用鲜血换来的。

1940年2月，我们的英雄杨靖宇将军率领直属部队的少部分同志，可却在联系大部队的时候被叛军告密，陷入日寇的重重包围之中。杨靖宇将军带领部队左冲右撞，日夜抗战，始终没有甩开敌人。

为了保护有生力量，杨靖宇将军决定只留下两名警卫员跟随自己，利用自己吸引敌人的注意，让在突围中受伤战士转移。几天后，杨靖宇将军身边仅有的两名警卫员也在下山寻粮的途中被敌人发现相继遇害。杨靖宇孤身一人与敌人周旋五昼夜。鬼子劝杨靖宇投降，可杨靖宇高喊：“共产党员宁死不屈！为革命牺牲没有什么可惜！”最后，杨靖宇将军关荣牺牲了。

杨靖宇将军这种勇敢无畏、舍身救人、为国牺牲的精神是可贵的，我们难道不应该向他学习吗？

为了不再让历史悲剧重演，我们一定要好好学习，为祖国的建设作出自己的贡献，我再让祖国受别人的欺负！我的演讲完毕，谢谢大家。

朋友，如果我问你什么是最高兴的事，也许你回答出各种各样的答案，但是，你无论如何也不会想到我们一位战士的回答，他说是“见到人”，见到人是最高兴的事。是啊，也许你会觉得诧异，但这却是酒泉卫星发射中心专用铁路巡线员的真实写照。这是今年春节我在军报上看到的一篇感人的--不!应该说是震撼心灵的报道。

自从我国在巴丹吉林沙漠深处建起酒泉卫星发射中心，就有了一条横穿戈壁、直达发射场的300公里的专用铁路。它是现在全国惟一一条由军队管理的铁路。路边上，孤零零有几座被称为“点号”的小屋，“点号”四周，沙海无边，荒凉得象月球，只有几丛骆驼刺在寒风中颤抖。“点号”里，就蹲着三两个长年巡线护路的兵。他们每天与外界交往的时间是一分钟。因为每天有趟军用列车路过这里，扔下点邮件和给养，停留一分钟。这就是他们见到人的惟一时刻。日复一日、年复一年的寂寞，这一分钟也就成了他们久久盼望的、也是他们最最高兴的时刻。

在过去担任中队干部的四年里，我勤奋学习，做事认真，尊敬师长，团结同学，热爱班级，常常受到老师和同学们的夸奖，连续两年被评为校级“三好学生”。我品学兼优，爱好广泛，我的作文多次作为范文在班级或学校交流，还在《中国少年先锋报》上发表，绘画作品获重庆市小学生“课堂内外”杯一等奖，国际象棋获重庆市二等奖，参加“重庆市小学生说普通话、写规范字”知识竞赛两次获二等奖。我还参加了全国“10岁小小记者看香港”选拔活动，在10万名参赛选手中脱颖而出，被《中国少年报》小灵通记者团录取，并于2007年7月代表中国大陆少年儿童到香港参加了为期7天的交流活动，与香港小朋友同台演出，为国家和学校争得了荣誉。

这次我竞选的岗位是大队部学习委员。假如我能当选，我将在大队辅导员的指导下，树立“为同学们服务”的思想，严于律己，以身作则，用一颗纯洁的心和实际行动，来感染同学们，出色地完成学校和大队部交给我的任务，认真搞好少先队的各项工作，做一个名副其实的好干部。

假如我落选了，我绝不灰心。这说明自己离大队干部的标准还有一定的差距，我要取长补短，不断完善自己，争取参加下次的竞选。

Now, our college students have many ways to study except listen the teacher said, we can scan the knowledge on web, we can download the electronic edition of the textbook, if necessary, we even can listen other college’s teacher’s class on the internet. All of these depend on the development of internet; it makes our study in college more efficient, more interesting, and quick.

The internet brought us so many benefits, does it mans it haven’t any disadvantageExactly not, it is so obvious that so many college students have damage for it. There is a example, a seiner high school student was eolled by Tsinghua University in a high scores but after 1year he was dropped out by the university, whyThe reason is sample, after he stepped into college he began high on or suspected to addicted to web game, he started to be truant, violate the college rules, finally, he failed many courses, and the university didn’t forgive him anymore. There are lots of other stories like this one, because of internet, college students had to give up their college life. What makes these unhappy things happenedIn my opinion, the main reason is that under the Chinese education system, every student is strictly surprised by their parent’s, the teachers and school before college entrance examination, they have little freedom. After they go to the college, the parents left them alone, the teachers started to give them enough belief, so they can do everything they want include surfing the internet without control

Even so we still .shouldn’t give up our right study life, we shouldn’t forget the reason we spend extra 4 years in college: we need more useful knowledge, so that we can have a good job, a good future.
