周日上钢琴课的时候，儿子哭了。因为乐理课上写音符和升降记号不过关，老师把他单留下来写完，一个同班的女孩说了句“他太可怜了，还得留下来。”老师可能也因为比较疲劳的原因，情绪也表现得比平时急躁一些，语气严厉，态度也很强硬。写完推开门的一瞬间，儿子已经是泪目了，然后扑到我怀里大哭起来。

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

In modern society, pressure is ubiquitous. As students, we have to endure

the pressure from examination, from homework and from our parents’

expectations.As workers, people are faced with the pressure from deadline, from

difficulties and from finance and so on. Here I would like to give some

suggestions about relieving pressure.

First of all, to confide to others is an efficient way for relieving

pressure. When we feel so anxious and worried that we cannot continue to work or

and feel better. Second, to do some exercises is another way to relieve

pressure. If we are under pressure for a long time, doing some exercises can

上午，我和家人们去了二道凹水库玩耍，二道凹水库里的水一眼望不到边，河岸两边都是树，有柳树、桃树、杏树，杏树上面结了核桃大小的杏;每年秋天，这里的杏非但没有长熟，反而开始慢慢变红 ，原来，变红的杏是被虫子咬过的。

跨过栏杆，就到了河岸边上了，这周围的河岸是用石头一块一块地堆砌起来的，要是你光着脚在石头上面走来走去，你就会觉得，石头上非常的热—烫脚，只有穿上鞋走才会觉得舒服、好走。最有趣的 要说这里的虾了。听说这里有个进水口，在进水口处有好多的虾，虾身上是透明的，抓它非常难。大人们用早已准备好的工具开始工作了。到了中午，大人们抓的虾已经有满满的两大桶了，用手抓一把 虾起来，可以感觉到虾滑过手指间，痒痒的;这里的鱼也非常多，有鲤鱼、鲫鱼、草鱼、鲶鱼等，(人们常说有水就有鱼)一点也不假。白天上钩的都是小鲫鱼，到了晚上，在有灯光的地方，会出现大 群大群的草鱼、鲶鱼，有经验的钓鱼者在晚上钓鱼，准会有好收获。

这一天，我过的非常快乐，不但高兴的玩了一天，而且也掌握了不少知识;高兴我终于认识了哪条是鲤鱼，哪条是鲫鱼，更明白了：知识是一天一天积累的。

有这样的理想，要看看有没有这样的本事。我的作文水平如同芝麻开花——节节高。但还不行，还要再努力些。要想写好作文，首先要审题、构思，打草稿。然后进入正文，文中不要些废话，要有详有略，可用修辞方法，过渡句段、首尾呼应，使文章流畅。最后检查，该改就改，不要画蛇添足。

我总是不知道自己的真实水平，自己的作文写得时好时坏，没有把握。有时候写得好，被老师当众朗读;有时候又是那么的无用，被老师批评。我完全是跟着灵感来写的，如果没有灵感，我会写不出，我又不懂虚构，即使编了，也不太成功，不符合实际。所以我反对老师的说法：作文可以虚构。(除了童话之类的)

我知道，我在作文方面还有很多不足。所以我会加倍努力，为自己的理想而奋斗。我相信有一天，我会拥有“魔法”，把笔变成花，笔下会创造出一个又一个辉煌，我的作品会让世人瞩目。我心中的幼苗总有一天也会长成参天大树。

世博园里，最有艺术性的，就要数意大利馆了吧，从外表看方方正正，但当你走进去时，就会被它那各种各样，令人神往的艺术造型所吸引，不由得惊叹起他们那独具匠心的创作。

走进意大利馆，就能看见一个巨大的凯旋门，米黄色的板砖上，雕刻了栩栩如生的人物和精心雕琢的花纹，花纹与人物有层次地排放着，不会让人感到眼花缭乱，又不会感到空荡，正是恰到好处。

再往里走，就是意大利馆的展厅了。走进第一个展厅，你会立刻被那奇妙的布局和超凡的想象所吸引，天花板上的一根根弯曲的铁棍上挂着无数把各式各样的椅子，就好像是从地上飞上去的一样，十分独特的艺术。

在这些“飞翔的椅子”下面，是一只巨大的红色高跟鞋，这个巨大的高跟鞋的跟部是无数的小高跟鞋组成的，各式各样的高跟鞋，顶着一只巨大的大红鞋，这真是意大利设计师异想天开之举。

走出这个展厅，你可以看见一面特殊的墙。这面墙上整整齐齐的排放着一个乐团的座位和相应的乐器，每一把椅子都是立着的，就好像那面墙是一个音乐会的舞台。那大提琴，小提琴，长号，萨克斯……连指挥的位置也有!它们的前面放着乐谱，白底黑字的小蝌蚪符，虽然我看不清，但可以模糊的想象到这个乐团将会带给我们多么美妙的音乐会，这一堵音乐之墙，俨然展现着意大利设计者们对音乐的热爱。

最吸引我的赛事，当然是跳高了!因为我朋友洪晔要在这儿比赛。瞧，跳高选手们不顾烈日当空，如离弦的箭一般向目标冲去，奋力一跃，手一挥，便越过了杆。但有些运动员却让人胆战心惊，有的身体虽然越过了杆，但手一不留神就碰到了杆。只见那杆如同一个调皮的娃娃，在空中翻了个跟头，眼看就要掉到地上，可它又“跳”到了原来的地方，真叫人紧张;有的运气可没这么好啦!它如一只失去翅膀的鸟儿。一下子就跳到了沙地妈妈的“怀抱”;有的就在要掉下去的时候，突然不打算跳下去了。当别人心里悬着的时候，它又“砰——”的一下子掉了下去。

终于轮到洪晔了!只见他倏地跑向了目标，身轻如燕地一跃，便跃过了杆子，令人大卫惊讶!接着，裁判把高度不断增加，一些选手就被淘汰了。而只有洪晖和另外一个叫林奕汀的人奋战到底，一次次挑战，一次次突破!最后，林奕汀以身高优势战胜了洪晔。洪晔虽然拿了银牌，但他已发挥超常，笑声在操场上久久回荡……

运动员们真是好样的!运动会的拼搏精神也会一直激励着我。

雨，一颗颗晶莹剔透的雨点。千变万化，自盘开天辟地以来，它们便在天地之间游走，从不间断。

我们走过一片沙滩，就来到了海边，放眼望去。啊!大海真是辽阔极了，一望无际。我迫不及待地换上泳衣，想马上融入到大海里去。

这时大海的涨潮还没退去，那波涛凶的海浪把我托起，又把我放下，好像永远都沉不下去似的。又像一个恶魔张着血淋淋的大口，好像要把我吞下去似的。便像是一头发疯的狮子在吼叫着。忽然，一个大浪打过来，我没防备，就被她翻卷进去，呛得我喝了几口海水，那滋味真是“妙不可言”。

退潮了，大海又像是一个温柔的女子向后退着，浪花也温柔了许多，她漫漫地向往退着，我也随着向前游。但又一个浪打来，把我又送回了原处;我又向前游，又被打回来—— ——我索性不游了，在浪上荡“秋千”，惬意极了。

我游累了，又来到金灿灿的沙滩上玩起了沙子。我先做了一个储水库，引水的时候竞然引进了一个小沙蟹和许多贝壳。它们都试图往沙里钻，让我找不着它们，但我还是用锐利的眼睛找着了它们，真是太好玩了。接着我又让伙伴把我用沙子埋起来，只露着头在外面，那感觉真是棒极了。

夕阳西下，大海也累了，平静了下来，我也该回家了，该和大海说再见了。这次大海游泳、嬉戏，使我真正感到了大海的亲昵和热情，它将会成为我成长记忆中最美好的回忆。

It was a sunny day today,when i got up in the morning,i decided to see my grandparents.so i took the bus got there at noon,they were happy to see me,and i was very happy,too.

In the afternoon,my farther asked me to help him water the plant,and i was happy to see the flowers smiling in the wind.

In a word,today is a unforgetive day.because i saw my relatives helped people.

今天天气不错,太阳天.当我早上醒来,我决定去看看爷爷奶奶,我乘巴士中午到了那里,爷爷奶奶看到我很开心,而且我也很开心。

下午爸爸叫我帮他给植物浇水,看到那些在风中微笑的花儿我很开心。

总的说来,今天是难忘的一天.我去看了亲戚也帮助了他人。

Bus: This is the most common transporting means, because its so cheap and

efficient. You can go to other cities by bus, but its very slow in rush hours.

And sometimes its dangerous to take the bus, because the traffic accidents may

happen at any time on high ways.

Train: Its suitable for the long trip. Not only it is fast and convenient,

but also its so economical. Most people can afford it. Whats more, its more

pleasant than taking any other means of transportation. You can walk around and

open the windows on the train. Besides, you can have a rest when you feel tired.

And then youll get to your destination the next day.

Plane: Air travel is very fast and enjoyable. It seems that our world is a

small place to live in, but its too expensive for many people.

Ship: Even though ship voyage is slow, its still exciting, for one can

enjoy the beautiful scenery on the sea and feel the soft sea wind.

Subway: It can be easily seen in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai. Its

so comfortable, convenient and always on time. You can take it to every part of

the city. As its built underground, you neednt care about the traffic jams.

Now it becomes more and more popular.

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

strengthen language knowledge.

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

we didnt work hard, we would never do well in learning English.
