《葫芦兄弟》起诉《奔跑吧兄弟》侵权，立即引发大量关注与讨论。这本是一场版权之争，然而由于《奔跑吧兄弟》受热捧，对《葫芦兄弟》形成了人气上的碾压，一些网友竟将关于版权的讨论引入谩骂的歧路，似乎侵权有理、维权该骂。

根据《著作权法》规定，作者享有作品的著作权，未经著作权人许可擅自发表、使用、篡改他人作品的行为构成侵权。《奔跑吧兄弟》未经授权大量模仿、使用了《葫芦兄弟》中的内容，由此看来,其侵权的嫌疑很大。当然，最终结论要看法院判决，在判决结果出来前，《葫芦兄弟》的维权行动应当得到理解与尊重。
