可是，就是因为我从小有这样的心理，加上学校一个星期才两节英语课，我的英语只能勉强及格。自从转学后，我意识到了一些学英语的重要性，但是我并没有完全领悟，为什么中国人要学英语？我的语文和数学成绩在班上也算是优秀的，但是因为每次英语只有60到70分，庆幸的时候也就是80分左右，但是同学们的成绩，四分之一都是80分以上，虽然人数很少，就因为这样，我的英语成绩远远落后于一些同学，每次总分加起来，我顶多也是个第二名，这让我特别恼火，我没有去好好学习英语，而是更加厌烦英语，对于英语，只能用一个字形容——烦！

英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“

英语老师，我真的很想感谢您！但是，每当我看您的时候，刚刚来的勇气却又沉了下去，或许您已经把我列入学生中的黑名单了，可您还是我心目中的好老师！

我也不知道为什么，我爱上了英语，每当同学们说一个词、一句话的时候，我就会想，这些言语用英语来说是怎样的呢？学英语可以让自己更自信！我爱英语，IloveEnglish！

或许是因为老师对我的批评，或许是因为老师的教学方法，或许是因为老师给我们讲的道理。但是，无论是怎样，这都是来自于我的英语老师，他不仅仅传授于我、于我们知识，还有许许多多对我们人生很大帮助的启示。

英语是我曾经最讨厌的东西，但是我把他们搞混了，我讨厌英语而不是老师。而现在却因为我的英语老师喜欢上了英语。英语和老师两者皆不同，一个是……，还有ing也是……哎呀！又这样了！英语你完全进入我的世界了！

英语不是老师，老师不是英语。英语是给我们学习的，老师是来给我们教英语的，因为有一位有方法，又特别灵敏的老师，使我们再一次对英语有了重新的认识。

[初中1500字作文英语老师

我的英语老师姓张，她眼睛不大，戴着一副近视眼镜，高高的鼻梁翘起来，长长的头发飘起来，像一个仙女。听起来特别美吧！其实呀，英语老师还有一个特点，那就是喜欢占课。

上周五，我们正在上语文课，张老师突然走进教室，和语文老师商量说：“我下周有事，这节课我来上吧！到周一我把课还给你。”语文老师只好走了。英语老师快步走上讲台，大声说：“大家把课本P2——67页全读一遍，然后我们玩一个游戏。”同学们一听，兴奋地欢呼着开始拼命朗读。(中 国 作文网_)

20分钟后，把课文都读完了的同学们，都满怀希望地期待着老师的游戏。可老师却又扯高嗓门说：“下面我们把单词和目录读一遍。”无奈，我们就只好又读了一遍单词和目录。可不知过了多少分钟，下课铃响了，我们也没玩成游戏，只好一个个沮丧地下课了。

到了周一，早上开完了晨会，英语老师就走进教室准备上课。同学们都议论纷纷，有的说：“不是说好换课吗？怎么还来上课。”还有的人说：“就连英语老师都不做好榜样，太不像话了。”这时，语文老师也来到了教室，看见了英语老师已经站在讲台上了，只好叹着气下楼了。

这就是我们的张老师，因为她给我们上课多，复习多，所以我们的英语知识掌握得特别牢，英语成绩也有了很大的提高。

大家虽然都嫌弃她说话不算话，但是在心里还是很佩服她的，她是一个敬业的好老师。

我最喜爱的英语老师——汪老师。上汪老师的课，我总会被她的感情所左右。她不是演员，但她情感的微妙变化却似春末夏初变幻莫测的“云”，使我难忘。

这一天，汪老师又在投入地讲课。首先她在电脑上按出了这节课的内容，内容是让我们读出巧克力和花生小饼的英语单词。我们有许多人举起了小手，汪老师笑眯眯地请了我，我熟练地读了巧克力的英语单词，出乎意料的是汪老师从自己的小罐子里拿出了一颗巧克力放在我的桌子上当成奖励，我高兴极了。

后来，她又从讲台上拿出一罐的花生小饼，我们全班同学都高高地举起了56双手，汪老师又是高兴地让我们准确地读出了花生小饼的英语单词，每读一个就从手里掏出一个花生小饼奖励给我们。汪老师手上的零食都奖励给了我们，每个人脸上都洋溢着快乐，课堂的气氛真是好极了。最后，汪老师继续讲着下一个内容，她每讲一个内容都非常精彩、非常有趣，又能让我们简而易懂地记住句子和单词。

教室外面传来了下课的铃声，我知道这堂课又要结束了，恋恋不舍地说：“唉！怎么搞的，这节课的时间这么短，都还没过瘾呢。”汪老师的英语课真令人难忘啊……

您好!

您知道吗?每当我走过语音室时，总会透过明净的玻璃窗去看看里面的设备，语音室里的一切对于我来说都是那么新奇，那么吸引人。跟着您，在高科技设备装配的语音室里学英语，是我当时最大的愿望。可是，自语音室建好以来，您从未带同学们进去参观过，更没带同学们进去上过一节课，这使得我的愿望变得那样渺茫。

王老师，记得您每次在我们教室里上课时，起码有三分之一的同学在小声说笑，因此，教室里总是乱哄哄的，可您却很少制止。王老师，维持课堂秩序是您的职责呀，您为什么不去制止他们?还有，您每次提问学生时，一旦同学回答不上来，您总会露出一副不耐烦的神情，为此，许多同学感到很伤心，好多同学也不喜欢上您的课。

王老师，学校培育了我五年，我希望学校越办越好，希望老师能教得开心，我们也能学得开心。因此，我诚心诚意地给您提几条建议，希望您能采纳。

一、每周带同学们到语音室上一次英语课。

二、您不要不管那些上课小声说笑的同学。作为一名教师，您有责任对他们进行批评和教育。

三、今后，请您对那些回答不上问题的同学多一些宽容和理解，并耐心地讲解，这些同学会非常感激您的，他们也会越来越喜欢您的。
