广大人民群众：

蓝天白云、繁星闪烁、健康宜居的优美环境，是我们的共同期盼与向往。然而，治理大气污染绝非一日之功，也绝非仅凭一己之力，必须全民行动，共同参与。尤其是近期重雾霾气象条件频发，空气质量持续较差，更需要全县人民戮力同心，众志成城，打一场污染防治的人民战争。为此，我们呼吁：

一、关注环境，更新观念

大气环境同每个人息息相关，每个人都要关注大气环境质量，学习大气治理的政策法规、健康风险防范等知识，树立良好的环境价值观，做大气污染防治的践行者、推动者。

二、节约资源，降低能耗

自觉养成绿色消费的好习惯，每天节约一度电、少用一张纸、少抽一颗烟;日常生活中尽量减少垃圾产生，对可回收垃圾分类处理、循环利用，减少垃圾转运、焚烧过程对空气的污染。

三、绿色出行，低碳生活

尽量少开车、不开车，优先步行、骑行或公共交通出行，多使用共享交通工具，家庭用车优先选择新能源汽车或节能型汽车。

四、依法生产，主动作为

各行各业生产经营者，是大气污染防治的责任主体，应主动履行社会责任，防污减排，尤其是在重污染天气预警期间，要坚决落实各项应急措施，最大限度减少排放。

五、禁烧禁燃，减少污染

抵制露天烧烤，减少油烟排放，不焚烧垃圾、秸秆、树叶、杂草，不燃放烟花爆竹;推广使用清洁能源，抵制劣质散煤，尤其是实现“气代煤”“电代煤”的区域，严禁使用散煤，县城内散煤“清零”。

六、加强宣传，勇于监督

当好大气污染治理的宣传员、监督员，对严禁散煤木柴燃烧、严禁燃放烟花爆竹、严禁柴油货车进县、严禁露天焚烧等，进行大力宣传;履行生态环境保护义务，劝阻、制止或通过12369平台和环保热线举报大气环境违法行为。
