最近我发现我们邢台冬天的大气污染非常的严重，每个人出门都要带着一个口罩，我们在学校里的学生出教室都要带上口罩，因为雾霾就连高速公路也封闭了，如果不封闭的话高速上什么也看不清会发生车祸的，阴位每年冬天的雾霾有非常多的人都会得呼吸道的疾病，比如气管炎、胃癌等等，最严重的是还有的人因为雾霾导致死亡，每到这个时候医院的人都非常的多，有的时候都排不上号。

根据我最近的观察我发现导致这种情况的原因是：到了冬天人们就大量的烧煤烧炭，烟囱里冒出来的黑烟和工厂里烧东西冒出的黑烟……这些都是导致大气污染的“罪魁祸首”。关于这种情况我想出了几条办法。

针对以上愿意我想提出以下建议：

1、人们要尽量少烧煤或者碳，都改成用电但是也不能不加节制的用电，

2、让大部分的工厂都停止开工，或者是每天的开工要有时间限制。

3、希望您派手下的人去下面调查，看一看他们是不是这样做的，一定要加大惩罚力度，加大宣传力度。

希望局长先生能考虑一下我的建议，希望这种现象早日消失。
