3、建议重复使用物品，尽量少用一次性商品，多使用耐用品，减少白色污染。

4、开始分类回收废电池、废塑料等垃圾，变废为宝，造福人类。

5、下令保护自然，不猎杀、不食用珍稀动物。植树造林，爱护身边每一块绿地，每一片树木。

人类既是环境灾难的制造者，也是环境灾难的受害者，更应该是环境灾难的预防者。希望环保局局长能采取我的建议，让我们携起手来，共同保护环境，保护我们赖以生存的家园。因为：地球是万物生灵共同的家园，共生共荣来自万物的和谐！

[有关环境保护的建议书

局长伯伯：

您好!

我是实验小学的一名学生。近几年，家乡的变化大了。

马路非常宽广，每户人家也都有着大房子，过着豪华的日子。

但是一尘不变的还要数家乡的环境了。

人们随地吐痰，不讲究卫生。特别是正在骑车的人，不愿意停下车，走到垃圾桶边吐痰，而是随便一吐。

在此，我建议您能在路旁多设垃圾桶，要既环保又实用的垃圾桶。

还有，在花园里，经常有人踩踏花草，破坏树木。虽然在旁边常设有‘小草也有生命’等字样，但市民还是随意踩踏。

为此，我希望局长伯伯能派几位工作人员，轮流看守，不要随意践踏。

另外。我还发现许多工厂排放的废气都不进行处理，而是让它随着空气流动。有的时候，工厂排放的废气在天上形成一条又粗又长的巨龙。要知道，这种物体是有毒的，人类吸多了，会对身体不好。所以，我恳请环保局能请科学家发明一种把废气转换为对人类有益物体的机器。

当然，我更希望大家不要为了一己私利，而做破坏地球的事情。要知道，如果我们不加节制的破坏，必将加快地球的毁灭。

让我们从现在做起，从点滴做起，珍惜地球母亲赐予我们的一切，使我们的家园永远阳光灿烂••••••

地球晚们人类赖以生存的家园，它就像母亲一样，为我们提供生存资源和条件，谁不想让自己的家园变得更美，然而现实情况是我们地球已经伤痕累累了。保护环境已刻不容缓了。

人们经常把保护环境挂在嘴边，可真正做起来却不往往有些困难。就拿塑料袋来说，人们都知道使用塑料袋会造成白色污染，也知道国家的限塑令的要求，可是人们还是在用，我们身边环境污染的例子还有很多。例如人们大都知道废旧电池回收不当会污染环境，但许多的时候我们却把它们随手一扔。另外，我们周围浪费资源的例子还有很多很多，使用一次性筷子，常常忘了关水龙头等，为此根据实际情况我提出以下建议。

一、加强环境保护知识的宣传，教育市民收听、收看关于保护环境的节目，阅读环保知识读物，讨论环境保护问题，与破坏环境的现象作斗争。

二、倡导市民节约纸张，节约粮食，节约有水，节约用电，节约燃料，共同节约我们有限资源。

三、把损坏的物品修理好再用，延长使用期，多使用循环用的物品，不用或少用一次性纸制品。

四、设置专门回收部让垃圾及时回收并合理利用。

五、引导市民购买有环境标志和绿色标志的物品，不吸烟，不随地吐痰，不使用会破坏臭氧层的物品。

六、保护野生动物，不采摘花朵，不砍伐树木。

我们共同，一定会创造一个美好家园!

常熟是一座文化古城，自古以来，它都是以悠久的历史和璀璨的文化闻名于世，这些年来，常熟陆续被授予“国家卫生城市”、“全国环保模范城市”等称号，近几年还被评为了“国际花园城市”，常熟也是全国县级市中第一次获此殊荣的城市。

这些年常熟为我们增添了不少的光彩，但是人们渐渐地，开始并不怎么注意环境卫生了，随手一扔垃圾，随地小便，随地吐痰,扔废旧电池，把一些地方弄得肮脏不堪，更可恨的是，大多数的农民为了贪图省力，在高速公路旁的田里焚烧菜杆，烟雾弥漫在天空中，会影响行使在高速公路上的车辆视线，引发重大交通事故，还有更严重的，我们的自然书上说过：如果，人们再在露天的地方燃烧物品，下个世纪，世界将会升温两度。

这还不算什么，现在环境污染了，动物们也都会死的死，逃的逃，就像我们常熟的阳澄湖大闸蟹，田野里的青蛙，树上的小鸟……同学们，动物也是有血肉的，就这样对待它们，我们的心是否也太狠毒了，动物也是人类的朋友啊！
