我想和你说一下，就在英华小学的英华家属院附近，有一座工厂，这工厂每天都排放大量的黑烟，有一次冬天这个工厂烧煤烧的很厉害，都产生了雾霾，导致我们连续十几天不能上学，很长时间才上的学，连高速都封了。有时候在学校里也会有雾霾，我们小学生出教室就要都带上口罩。

经过思考，我觉得原因就是在这座工厂里，工厂每天都会燃烧大量的煤碳，来发力，上面的的大烟囱里会冒着大黑烟，飘向天空，天都变的灰蒙蒙的，且只有封厂时候这个大烟囱才会不冒烟。

根据以上问题，我想提出以下几点办法：

1、要严惩那些污染环境的人，封闭他的厂子。

2、要让他们少烧有烟煤炭，并且要资助他们来买空气净化器，来净化那些烟。

3、还要举报有奖，要奖励举报他的人，惩罚被举报的人，加大宣传力度。

4、要频繁的监视，检查，不能让空气净化器当个摆设。

最后请环保局局长采纳我的意见，并尽早处理这些现象，让空气更加清新。
