我在跑步时，都会试着用脚尖跑，因为用脚尖跑，会跑得快些。每当要跑步时，我都会事先做一些准备运动。这次，我参加运动会，在为运动会做训练时，我专训练跑步。预备姿势，摆臂，步伐都加强训练。“各就位，预备，咆!”同学喊，让我训练反应能力。我以着运动员永不摧毁的精神与执着，反复地练习，一次又一次……累得汗流浃背。

老师开始测试我们短跑的，老师用那洪亮的声音：“各就位……”哎呀!虽然不是正式比赛，但我的心直砰砰跳，两手不停地颤抖着……“咆!”哇!一阵风吹来，整个人像飞似的，在无限地狂奔着，血液循环加剧，激情斗志在脑中不停跳动，凉风吹过，仿佛浮在半空中，风“呼呼”地在耳边吼叫，人们激动得在我耳边呐喊……也许，是满腔热情让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是挑战的动力让我喜欢上跑步;也许，是那轻盈的脚步让我喜欢上跑步。在我的脑海里，有千千万万个也许，总言之，就是跑步的精神与动力吸引了我。

跑步让人烦恼像汗水一样流去，激动与斗志让风轻轻吹入脑中。让我们一起去努力，让我们一起去奋斗!

我最喜欢的运动要数羽毛球了，因为这项运动可以拿着球打来打去，和对手激烈对抗的同时，还可练习反应能力。

我刚开始学习时，经常接不到高球。一接不到高球，我就没有心情打球了；一没心情，我就更打不到好球了。每一次，练正手和反手的时候，总是打不到好球，我觉得自己好像学不会似的，怎样打球都很难接到。嗨，我像泄气的皮球一样，什么也做不到。后来，我发现其实是我的动作有错误的，我经过努力地练习学会后，发现自己居然很厉害了。

在张耀天和卢潇钧打败所有人时，碰上我和王烨的“强强联手”组合时被我们打败了。可以说，我和王烨这对组合在班上是“打遍天下无敌手”的。我每次羽毛球时，恨不得跟王烨比比谁更厉害。我和爸爸对打时，我总不敌过爸爸，因为爸爸技术很好，连我的“绝招”扣球都被爸爸打回来了，霎时，我呆若木鸡了。我爸爸的眼镜就象是个“瞄准器”，常常可以很准确地“发弹”打得我回击不了。

如果你在学习上解决不了难题、生活上有事情不开心的话，我建议去打打球，这样会很好地泄放你的坏心情。运动是我最好的“伙伴”，我愿意一生陪们着它！

Every morning, I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much, so I will run around my house. My Favourite Season There are four seasons in one year, they are spring, summer, autumn and winter. In my opnion ,spring is the best season.First of all, it is very warm.
