可能在许多人眼里跑步很乏味，但跑步对于我来说。却很快乐，因为我跑步时不仅练习了速度，还练了我的好身体，跑步又能给于我物质上的需求，还能给于我精神上的需求，我不管在任何时间、任何地点、我都能拿出跑步的精神，我可以用双腿和朋友比赛跑步，我还可以用我的思想、我的精神来跑步。
