提起“体育运动”这几个字，我们肯定都不陌生。体育项目有很多种，如跑步、游泳、足球等等，现在各种体育运动都已经在全国普及了。体育运动不仅能带给我们乐趣，还能让我们感受到公平、团结、友谊、速度和激情。所以，人人都喜欢运动，而我也不例外。

刚开始我并不知道羽毛球是什么东西，对于它没有一丝兴趣，后来我却变了。一次散步，我就看到邻居家的孩子在楼下打羽毛球，羽毛球拍在他的手上一挥，就能让羽毛球在空中跳舞似的飞过去。我发现那动作特别潇洒。于是，我决定试一试。

因为我第一次打，并不知道怎么做。手忙脚乱不是发斜球，就是打不到，甚至直接打到了树上或者墙外面。这可令我不知所措，一次又一次，这些动作重复着上演，已经过了两个小时我都不会，于是，我怒气冲冲低扔下球拍走了。坐在石头上哭泣，责怪球不听我话，邻居姐姐问我：“你怎么了？为什么生气不练了？”“我，我实在不会打，所以准备放弃了。”我垂头丧气地说。“放弃？在我的字典里就没有放弃这两个字，连美国比阿斯都说过“要从容地着手去做每一件事情，一旦开始，就要坚持到底。”就连钱学森也说过不要失去信心，只要坚持不懈，就终会有成果的。比你小的孩子们都知道：只要努力就一定能达到你所想要的目标，难道你不知道吗？没有人一出生就什么都会，只要你坚持，拼搏到底就能赢。别人能做到的，你做不到？著名羽毛球高手林丹不就是努力拼搏才获得世界冠军的吗？”“我，……”我抬起头拿着纸巾擦擦泪水，便说：“嗯，姐姐我知道了，我现在就去练习。”

从那以后，一次又一次的练习，我终于学会了，我高兴极了。同时也懂得了只要不放弃就一定能做到。过了一段时间刚好学校组织羽毛球比赛，我终于可以大显身手了。比赛的时候我一直说：“坚持！坚持！”终于我赢了！我感激姐姐当时对我说的话，如果没有她就没有今天取得的成功。羽毛球这项运动至今我还在练，因为只有我继续练习才能取得更好的成绩。

一转眼好几年过去了，羽毛球不仅成了我的兴趣，更重要是在这项运动让我学会坚持。体育不仅能强身健体，更能让我懂得只有努力，坚持不懈就一定能做到你想要的结果。生活并不是十全十美的，有时更需要我们咬紧牙关努力拼搏才能闯过一道道坎，才能走向成功的顶峰。

羽毛球是一项运动量适中得锻炼方式，老少皆宜。因为这项运动对身体很有益处，所以我对它个性得感兴趣。

这天，我和爸爸去打羽毛球，到了那块儿空地，我们便打了起来。起初，我老是发不好球，之后，爸爸教我怎样发球，我才打得好了一点，打着打着，爸爸突然来了个扣球，我往前一跳，来了个“海底捞月”，还真救了起来，好险啊！一会，爸爸又打了个又高又远得球，我赶紧往后退了几步，使足了劲打了回去--哈！--我心里兴奋极了！！

在娱乐和锻炼得同时，我也学会了打羽毛球得基本动作和部分技巧，很充实得感觉萦绕在心头……我看见，爸爸得额头上也冒出了细细密密得汗珠。我看出来了，他是在有意引导我对运动得热情和对生活得热爱……

我清清楚楚地明白，我永远不可能像运动员一样去争夺全国冠军以及奥运冠军，但是，这个爱好已深深地渗透并且嵌入了我得生活之中了。我必须不辜负父母得殷切期望，做一个身心都健健康康得有为少年！
