与长跑结缘，始于幼儿园。那时，我经常感冒。因此，只要一有空，爸爸便带着我去晋江体育场跑步，50米，100米，200米……每达到一个目标，爸爸都会奖励我一颗糖果。而我，总抹着汗渍渍的额头，美滋滋地品着，那份快乐溢于言表。

可是每次跑步，爸爸都跑在我前面，我很不服气，下定决心一定要超过他。

游泳运动是一项人体在水中这个特定环境下进行的一项健身运动。游泳运动员们靠两臂和腿部动作产生推进力，使人体向前游动。现代游泳比赛在一八九六第一届雅典奥运会上就已被列为正式比赛项目。根据游泳的姿势，就可分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳和自游泳。再正式的比赛中，还有混合泳及混合游接力赛。常常游泳还可以增加人体的肺活量。自由泳还可以成为爬泳。我最喜欢爬泳了。游泳还可以让新陈代谢加快，还可以促进血液的循环。游泳也可以强身健体。

我喜欢游泳这种健身运动，是发自内心的喜欢，游泳是很好的体育健身方式，更重要的是，游泳还锻炼了我不畏艰难的意志，给我积极向上的活力，也让我领悟到一些深刻的道理。譬如，学习上也要有坚持不懈，持之以恒的精神。
