乒乓球弹在桌子上的声音很清脆，你听，那“乒乒乓乓”的声音多么像清晨在枝头欢唱的小鸟呀！打乒乓球的桌子就像一个迷你的小型排球场，不过它只有两个人就可以“开战”了。打乒乓球时，球桌的两边各站一个人，其中一人拿球。发球的姿势有很多种，是按照“新手”、“熟练”和“老手”三个级别来划分的，而我吗，就只能算来回穿梭于“新手”和“熟练”这两个级别之，因为我的打球技术总是“忽上忽下”、“忽强忽弱”。唉……

打乒乓球时，必须要“眼疾手快”，有时还要用“凌波微步”，才不会接不到球。记得有次，我去练习乒乓球，老师突然心血来潮“指名道姓”地说要和我打，这可把我吓得一身冷汗、心惊胆战，我立刻想到了我被打败时狼狈的样子。开打了，首先是老师发球。老师可是老手级别的，看来我只有死路一条了。但是，我运气一向都很好的，要是我碰巧打赢了老师呢……我正想着，突然，一个“风一般”的球从我身边飞过……唉，第一球就这样输了。到后来，我是在打不过老师了，但我又在想：要是我侥幸能赢呢？于是，我便在坚持、坚持、再坚持……但最后，由于我和老师实力的悬殊，我还是以11-0的的得分“壮烈的牺牲了”……

我喜欢打乒乓球，它让我的体质变的更强了，它让我更热爱运动了，它让我明白了体育运动的真谛！

我喜欢上跑步是在幼儿园大班的一天。幼儿园不是小学，没有操场，我和朋友在一起玩耍。突然，她提出了比赛跑步的要求，我同意了。当时的我还太小，不太了解赛跑的规则，于是就模仿电视上运动员起跑的样子，双手撑地，身体下蹲。只听到“三、二、一，预备，跑”，她像兔子似的跑向大门，我拼命地追赶，但就是追不上她。最后，她兴高采烈地到达大门。事后，我默默练习，一心只想超过她。第二天，我和她又来了一场比赛，口令和上次一样。这次，我只差一点儿就胜利了。后来，我和她一次又一次比赛，从此喜欢上了跑步。

跑步可以锻炼腿部肌肉，对人的身体有益，我喜欢跑步。
