开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖……进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。

学校有许多社团，像是舞蹈社、直排轮滑社、棒球社等，而我最喜欢的则是直排轮滑。

我从小学一年级下学期开始上直排轮滑，刚开始，我溜直排轮滑都会一直跌倒连最简单的直直溜都会跌倒，后来教练就慢慢扶着我溜，久而久之我就会溜了，后来我开始学习更难的动作，像是画葫芦、单脚滑行、跳人等，直到现在，我可以跳三个人，马利欧持续五秒等困难动作，教练还教我们打曲棍球，我们曾出去比赛，还得第一名呢!!

我们的直排轮滑社发生许多事，而对我来说最恐怖的事则发生在四年级上学期，在为学校活动做准备，而我和同学偷偷在玩，后来我提议跳四个脚标，结果一不小心跌倒了，我用手去撑，左手骨头就断了，不知为什么哭不太出来后来的直排轮滑课就没有在上了。

我觉得直排轮滑社非常好玩，不但能和好朋友PK，还能享受溜很快时凉凉的风，希望以后还能一直溜直排轮滑。

I like to travel, its really fun. You can go to any places you want, beautiful landscape, clearly blue sky, different cultures and lots more you can met if you go travel. Landscape shape most peoples desiry, what I mean is, there are lots of places that theyre famous because of the pretty landscape. Cultures are another. 妈妈是我的羽毛球启蒙教练。规则是这样的，先用剪刀。石头布的方法分出由谁先来发球，并在运动前要充分热身的，运动开始时由妈妈先发球，妈妈一边发球一边说：“小心点，我可放马过来了。!”我也说：“别小看我，我来了。”一个跳高的动作，“砰”把球打到老远的地方。妈妈走过去把球拣了回来，第一局由我的胜利而告终，等爸爸讲完我高兴的一下子跳了起来。紧接着第二局开始了，这回妈妈不说话了，拼命地打，这一局由于我的骄傲，让妈妈给赢了，这时使我知道只有谦虚才能赢我从打羽毛球中懂得了，多运动才能身体棒，赢了不要骄傲，只有谦虚才能胜利。

第一次玩的时候我非常害怕，当我看到大绳甩起来时，像一条毒蛇在摆动，又大又粗又那么快，我的心都提到嗓子眼儿了，我壮着胆子，闭着眼睛一跳，嘿!还跳过去了;我刚要跑，沉重的绳子猛地打到了我的背上，我痛的眼泪弹儿都快掉下来了。第二次跳，由于过早地钻进去，绳子又狠狠得抽了我的眼睛一下，眼睛痛的睁不开了，我用手蒙住了那只打痛的眼睛，同学笑话我是独眼龙。我心里想，可恶的绳子，你气死我了。第三次，不仅打疼了我，还缠在我的手上，我费了很长时间解开了绳子。第四次，可真残，由于一条腿没有来得及抬起，结果我被绳子绊倒了，还把我的鞋子打掉了。我没有信心了，也不想跳了，站在一旁。老师发现我没了踪影，眼睛四处望我，终于找到了我。

我将为什么不跳的原因告诉了老师，老师鼓励我再跳几个，同学为我加油，第五次，我跑进去，一跳，跳过去了，跳过去后我使劲往前跑，什么也没伤着，我高兴的又蹦又跳说：‘‘我终于跳过去了”。

最后，我们还玩出了花样，有男女并跳，一男生一女生跳，边跳绳边在空中转圈。

我跳的越来越好了，而且越来越爱跳大绳了。大家一起来跳吧，从大绳中寻找快乐。

我一向喜欢体育运动，跳绳、踢毽子、打羽毛球、跑步都是我的强项，但我最喜欢的还是打羽毛球。

我打羽毛球的经历要追溯到上初中的时候，如今二十多年过去了，我对羽毛球的兴趣仍然有增无减，在备课、讲课、辅导、改作业的间隙里，依然忙里偷闲，打上一阵羽毛球。我经常打羽毛球的对手是王老师，操场上、楼前边，哪里风小，那里就是我们的战场。刚开始的几个球总是打得不顺手，或者球发偏了，出界；或是发的太低，不过网；或是对方打来一个好球，自己没接住，连连叹气。几个球过后，渐渐找到了感觉，随着砰砰的击球声，羽毛球飞得那么平稳，像一只白色的鸽子飞来飞去，在我们之间画着美丽的弧线，常常是一百多个回合也难分胜负。一会儿又打得险象环生，对方用力过大或正好赶上顺风，球来得又高又远，我要迅速后退，然后奋力跳起，尽全力挥拍把球打回去；有时对手用力太小或者赶上逆风，球打得既低又近，我就得紧赶两步，然后歇步蹲身，在球即将落地的一刹那迅速挥拍挑起，球又飞起来了，王老师会在那边大叫“好球”，我也感觉有一种成就感。王老师更是打羽毛球的高手，所以我们每次打球都打得酣畅淋漓，常常一堂课的时间过去了，仍然意犹未尽，别人穿着棉衣还冷得哆嗦，我们俩仅穿毛衣却汗流浃背。

打羽毛球是一项剧烈的运动，头几天胳膊腿会酸疼，只要坚持打下去，症状会慢慢消失，使人感觉浑身是劲，既健身，又取暖。

我喜欢打羽毛球还有另一个原因：颈椎病是教师的职业病，备课改作业时间久了，脖子会酸痛，打羽毛球既要仰脸看球，又要挥动臂击球，颈椎和脊背都得到了运动，脑力劳动和体育运动相结合，有益身心，胜于牵引。

生命在于运动，打羽毛球可以锻炼身体，缓解压力，让人身心轻松，充满生机和活力，我喜欢打羽毛球！

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! In this season, we can play “snow” soccer. On weekends, we can also have a field trip to the countryside and make syrup. There are plenty of fun activities in spring.

I am looking forward to the coming of spring. It’s a season full of hope.

I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends.
