我喜欢看所有的体育赛事，我崇拜运动员，他们很激励人，他们通过努力训练成为最强的人，最令人佩服的是他们的成功是通过努力，而不是宣传。但是最近，关于运动员服药而赢得比赛的新闻令人感到羞耻，诚实被视为运动员的品质，当运动员丢掉这个时，他也丢掉了人们的尊重。

The answer is their work hard for the champion, the sprit of never giving up, but when a athlete plays a trick to win the champion, there is no doubt that people will despite him. The spirit of sport game is respect your opponent, all the guys are fighting in a fair competition, when one of them takes the medicine, that means he breaks the game rule, he has no right to compete. Taking the medicine makes a athlete lose his honesty, he deserves to be abandoned, the basic thing is no longer find in him. We all like to watch the athletes compete in a pure situation, what makes them stronger is their will, not the medicine.

我喜欢的运动是跑步，到了冬天，学校规定每天课间操时间要去操场运动，一、二年级在操场外跳绳、踢毽子、转呼啦圈等各种运动项目。而我们三年级到六年级就在操场跑步，围着操场跑三圈。

跑完一圈的时候，我已经累得不行了，勉强才把三圈跑完。我们散操后同学们也跑得气喘吁吁，慢悠悠的在路上走，有的实在坚持不住了就蹲着休息。走回教室后同学们就拿起水瓶大口大口的喝水。

过了一段时间，我渐渐喜欢上了跑步，而且跑起来非常轻松，我很快就进入到跑步的节奏中了。

我上网查了资料，跑步是有许多好处：健身，预防疾病，锻炼肺活量，促进健康等。看了这些资料，我深有感悟，原来跑步有这么多好处啊！

当然跑步也非常讲究姿势的，如果跑步的姿势不对，就不能起到好的效果。老师告诉我们正确的跑步姿势是足中和脚跟着地，脚应该放在重心线的末端，头部保持正和直，目光看着正前方，不要僵直手臂，握紧拳头，完全弯曲肘部，保持放松。将手臂自然弯曲在腰线以上，不要太高或太低，两个手臂前后摆动，膝盖要抬高，呼吸要保持深度的均匀的呼吸，很多时候呼吸会自己调节，跑得快了，呼吸也就快了。

希望把我所知道的跑步的知识分享给大家，希望大家一起去探究一下跑步的王国，让大家体验一下跑步的乐趣。让我们一起爱上跑步。

我想：人人都应该热爱体育。大家一定会问为什么？因为体育不仅仅能强身健体，而且可以锻炼你的意志。

从小，我就热爱体育运动，经常和小伙伴们比赛，跑步就是其中之一，在老家的日子里，我就隔三岔五地和他们比谁跑得快。过年的前一天，我和朋友又比了一场。说好从村头跑到村尾，谁先到达终点，谁就是胜利者。

只听“嘟”的一声，哨子响了，对方一下子跑在我前面，我慢慢地跟在他后面。我想：他跑得这么快，等到冲刺时我能超过他吗？这时他转过身来看了我一眼，我从他眼神里看出了他的得意。“哈哈，别得意太早了，你就等着看好戏吧！”我心里暗暗嘀咕。这时，一边观战的女同学给我加起了油“琦琪琦琪，永远第一！”听了她们的加油声，我越加有信心了。眼看到了冲刺点我便一鼓作气地超过了他，胜利的哨声响了，裁判宣布：“黄琦琪，赢了。”

虽然这次比赛我胜利了，但和别人跑我未必能赢，跑步不光要靠实力，还要靠战术和运气，所以我要努力努力再努力地锻炼，超越自己的成绩，才能百战百胜。加油！黄琦琪！
