跑步时要注意的事项有：不能跑太快、才不会一直摔倒；吃饭后，不能跑，否则会消化不良；也不能在走廊上奔跑，只能在操场或空地跑；此外还要瞻前顾后，小心不要撞到别人；如此一来，才能玩得开心、安全 。

冬天悄悄地走了，它迎接了一位春姑娘。春姑娘迈着轻盈的脚步，来到了草地，在草地里捉迷藏，藏在了小草里，小草长出了嫩芽，变得生机勃勃;春姑娘又来到了森林，站在树梢上唱了一首优美的曲子，大树马上比以前更加翠绿;春姑娘又来到了小河边，看见柳树头发乱七八糟的垂在了小河边，春姑娘连忙跑过去，为柳树梳头，过了一会儿，柳树的头发变得焕然一新了。

春姑娘永远都不会忘记它最好的朋友——田野。田野的景色真美啊，美得像是走进了连绵不断的画卷;田野的野花真艳啊，艳得引来了许多的蜜蜂来采蜜;田野的菜真绿啊，绿得像被绿草染过似的。

春姑娘到麦田里，和田野玩游戏，春姑娘为农民伯伯拔杂草，给小树小花和白菜浇水，田野变成了绿色的海洋。

春姑娘使大自然的植物花草变得更绿更生机勃勃，给农民伯伯种的麦子和白菜浇水拔草打肥料，让害虫离开麦田和白菜……

春姑娘给大自然和农民伯伯种下的粮食添加了春意，我爱春天。

那是前年八月的一个下午，太阳顶在远处的树尖上，天气有些闷，没有一丝风，我们全家去操场打羽毛球。我不会打，便请爸爸教我。

以前我看过爸妈打球，洁白的羽毛球飞来飞去，爸妈都显得很轻松，我一直以为打球很简单。爸爸先教我发球，讲要领，做示范，我并没有在意，只是急着要试试。没有多想，我直接将球一抛，使劲打出去。不料拍子掉在了地上。球却不知了去向。我又接连试了很多次，可总也打不着球，我突然感到了打球的困难。

操场上锻炼的人很多，时不时有停下来看我们的观众。我有些不敢打了，害怕打不好，被他人笑话，心里像十五个吊桶打水——七上八下，紧张极了。接连十几次发球，我都没有打中，明显感到有些累了。“如果连发球都不会，还怎么打球呀?”我在心里不断督促自己坚持住。定了定神，我又一次用力抛球，正准备打出去时，突然一不小心踩到了鞋带，“啪”的一声摔到了地上。炎热的太阳好像把大地烤焦了，坐在地上，我头顶渗出了豆大的汗珠。在旁的妈妈关切地问：“怎么样?摔疼了没?能坚持下来吗?”我说：“没事。我不会轻易放弃的。您不是常说只有经过不断努力才能成功吗?”妈妈欣慰地点点头，我也笑了。于是我又鼓起勇气，按爸爸说的要领练习起来。我双手紧紧握着球拍，眼睛目视前方，嗓子火辣辣的，也顾不上喝一口水。我把球用力一抛，再向上一跳，看准时机，使劲一打，小小的球第一次听话地飞向了爸爸。“成功了!”我高兴地叫了起来，妈妈也鼓起了掌，引来了很多人的张望。我的信心又回来了，便继续练了起来，连发20多个球后，手已经很酸，衣服也湿透了，但我依然坚持着，直到百发百中。我学会发球了，十分开心，因为这是我克服困难取得的“胜利”。

接着，爸爸又教我接球。他边说边示范，我非常仔细地听，认真地体会，不一会儿就懂了。当爸爸发球时，我细心观察球打来的方向，判断准确后再跑过去，当球快落下时，快速地挥动拍子，把球打回去。我明显比刚才学得快，心中有种说不出的喜悦。但出乎我的意料，后面的几个球我居然一个也没打中，一会儿向左偏，一会儿向右偏，状态始终不太好。爸爸见状对我说：“怎么，是不是骄傲了?重新再来，不要半途而废呀。”听了爸爸的话，我默默地在心里给自己打劲，“我已经九岁了，是个有毅力的小男子汉了，一定要给自己争口气才行!”想到这，我便更加认真，把技术要领记在心中，集中注意力，不去想其它的事情。一个小时后，我接发球的技术都有了很大提高。

回家时，太阳已藏在了高楼之后，空气已没有先前的燥热，虽然我的衣服已经湿透了，可心里却是美滋滋的。

通过这件事，我更加坚定了一个信念，那就是：困难再大，只要我们勇敢面对，努力克服，就一定会战胜困难，取得成功。
