一进校门，我就发现校园里多了好几面彩旗，彩旗随风飘扬，似乎在说："友谊第一，比赛第二。"校园里的同学们有的激动地看着四周，有的脸上挂着一丝灿烂的笑容，还有的高兴得合不拢嘴，好像想说："今天一定很有趣。"校园里播放着美妙的音乐，似乎也在为我们加油。

比赛马上就要开始了，选手们的心跳都加速了。观看的同学们一个个也都非常紧张，有的使劲抓紧了小拳头，似乎在说："加油啊！"；有的拿起"小巴掌"为集体加油助威；还有的眼睛睁得圆圆的，像颗黑葡萄，嘴巴张得大大的，像含着一块糖。只听裁判"啪"的一声枪响，我"嗖"的一声跑了出去，使劲地摆动着手臂，把棒传给了下一个同学，下一个同学一马当先的跑了出去，最精彩的是我们班的最后一棒的同学，当前一个同学把棒传给他时，他如同脱僵的野马一样向前冲去。其它同学也你追我赶，互不相让。

比赛结束了，最终我们班获得了接力赛第一名的好成绩。同学们高兴得欢呼雀跃，有的哈哈大笑，有的捂着嘴偷偷地笑，还有一个同学激动得都从桌子上掉了下来。

我喜欢运动会，因为它让我懂得了：生命在于运动；友谊第一、比赛第二；坚持就是胜利。

Amongall means of transportation, I like bicycle most. Its cheap as well aspopular.

Thereare many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding bicycle makesme feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially during rushhours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good forenvironment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover, bicycle ridingis also a good sport. 我有许多运动爱好，有乒乓球、羽毛球、游泳等。但我最喜欢的还是跳大绳这个运动项目。每当学校课外活动时，我们大家就拿着大绳跳。

第一次玩的时候我非常害怕，当我看到大绳甩起来时，像一条毒蛇在摆动，又大又粗又那么快，我的心都提到嗓子眼儿了，我壮着胆子，闭着眼睛一跳，嘿!还跳过去了;我刚要跑，沉重的绳子猛地打到了我的背上，我痛的眼泪弹儿都快掉下来了。第二次跳，由于过早地钻进去，绳子又狠狠得抽了我的眼睛一下，眼睛痛的睁不开了，我用手蒙住了那只打痛的眼睛，同学笑话我是独眼龙。我心里想，可恶的绳子，你气死我了。第三次，不仅打疼了我，还缠在我的手上，我费了很长时间解开了绳子。第四次，可真残，由于一条腿没有来得及抬起，结果我被绳子绊倒了，还把我的鞋子打掉了。我没有信心了，也不想跳了，站在一旁。老师发现我没了踪影，眼睛四处望我，终于找到了我。

我将为什么不跳的原因告诉了老师，老师鼓励我再跳几个，同学为我加油，第五次，我跑进去，一跳，跳过去了，跳过去后我使劲往前跑，什么也没伤着，我高兴的又蹦又跳说：‘‘我终于跳过去了”。

最后，我们还玩出了花样，有男女并跳，一男生一女生跳，边跳绳边在空中转圈。

我跳的越来越好了，而且越来越爱跳大绳了。大家一起来跳吧，从大绳中寻找快乐。
