寒假喜从天降，老师还“没收”了我的寒假之友，除了我心头之患，真是双喜临门。这次寒假总算能过得逍遥自在，无拘无束了。

一到寒假，我就成了一头懒猪，每天睡到十点、十一点才起床。作业不用做，还能干吗呢?每天吃完就睡，睡完再吃，那我就真跟猪没什么两样了。我就这样走来走去，走来走去，愁眉苦脸的。但越急大脑越是一片空白，真想不出什么好点子。直到第二天早上，我躲在被窝里思索着，“有了，这几天，我的好朋友一直在羽毛球场打球，甚至把她们班长都叫来了，家里正好有一副羽毛球拍，和她们打球，多爽啊﹗”说干就干，我从床上翻腾起来，把那副已经被我遗忘多年的羽毛球拍拿了出来，“啊﹗”我不禁大吃一惊，羽毛球拍的线很多都断了。“不是吧，咋这么倒霉啊﹗”新的希望这么快就灭了，我是坐也坐不住了，在屋里晃来晃去，“老天啊，怎么在这个节骨眼上出问题啊﹗”就在最危急的时刻，姨父雪中送炭，送给我一副新球拍。那时我高兴的啊﹗立刻约了同学，飞快地往羽毛球场冲了过去。

那个下午我们可欢了，一会儿球鼓足了劲往上冲，一会儿像个钻土机往下冲，一会儿起死回生，一会儿直落头顶，争论声碟碟不休，欢笑声直上云霄。其它人也陆续来了，别人玩双打，我们玩三打，说是比赛，不如说是一个把人逗笑的游戏。有时球正好押线，双方直接玩起了高尔夫，越打火药味越浓，最后总要冒出个和平大使来劝架。有时三个女生一起抢球，结果呢，球拍打着球拍，球却掉了下来，这总让那些男生捧腹大笑，女生们则斤斤计较，互相抱怨。我总是喜欢站在两个女生后面，因为男生们总喜欢把球打出界，我总是抢先一步拿到球，为了不被其他人抢到，我像闪电般发出了球。心急吃不了热豆腐，球就在差那么一点点，还是没过，大家都没笑，反而我先笑了，那种笑最为开心，能笑到手软，没有力气发球为止。

Sports meeting bring me so many beautiful memories.

每年，我的学校都会大约在十月份举行运动会，对此我很激动，我可以观赏美妙的比赛和不用上课。

学校的运动会维持三天并停课，所有的学生都去操场上观看比赛。作为一名观众，我很紧张，大声对同学喊“加油”，看着他们冲过终点线，为他们感到自豪。我最喜欢的部分是接力比赛，很刺激，所有的学生大声呼喊，运动员一个追一个，没人可以肯定谁是冠军，直到最后的时刻。

运动会带给了我很多美好的回忆。

Let’s Do Exercise Together

It’s very important for us to do exercise. Doing exercise can not only help us keep fit, but also help to train a person’s character. What’s more, doing exercise helps us to study better.

We can do exercise whenever we want. It is good for us to go to school on foot or by bike. In PE classes, we can do all kinds of exercise, such as running, jumping, playing basketball and so on. On weekends, we can climb mountains or go swimming with our friends. Also, we can go hiking during the vacations.

健身对我们非常重要，不仅可以令我们保持健康，而且可以塑造一个人的性格。更为重要的是，运动健身可以让我们学得更好。

只要我们想，我们随时都可以做运动。上学时步行或者骑自行车是不错的选择。在体育课上，我们也可以做各种运动，比如跑步、跳高跳远、打篮球等。到了周末，我们可以与朋友结伴爬山、游泳。另外，我们还可以利用假期去远足。
