我和锴悦把网系好了，比赛开始了。首先是由我对阵锴锐。两人球技差不多，可谓是棋逢对手，难分高下。

但接下来的比赛令人吃惊，锴悦一上来就先声夺人，频频发起猛烈的攻击，屡屡得手，很快就以7比0取得了绝对的领先优势。情况危急！再不奋起反击我就要输掉比赛。此时，锴悦发球过高，终于让我逮住机会，来了一个扣杀！得分！7比1！我又打了一个后场球，锴悦措不及防，球落在界内，7比2！接着我发了一个前场球，锴悦回球下网，7比3！……我咬紧牙关一分一分的追，14比12！终于来到了赛点，我还落后两分，锴悦只要再得一分，就胜了。此时的我已是热血沸腾，锴锐刚把球发过来，我立刻抓住时机，竭尽全力地挥动球拍，狠狠地向球拍去。打了一个平击球，球像离弦的箭直朝锴悦飞了过去，他的回球力度比较弱，我紧接着再打第二个，第三个，锴锐渐渐抵挡不住，回击的力度一次比一次弱，我怒吼一声，用尽了全身力气给他最后一击。锴悦乱中出错，拍子的边缘碰着了羽毛球，出界！14比13！只落后一分了。此时锴悦对我这一招已有所防备，任凭我怎样打平击球，皆无济于事，都被他挡了回来。眼看强攻不行，只有智取。于是我装成要给他最后一击的样子，锴悦见状，慌忙退后几步。却没想到我用球拍轻轻地碰了一下羽毛球，球缓缓地飞过网的上空，轻轻地飘落在网前。锴悦回防不及，一脸无奈，只能望球叹息。14比14！比赛进入延长，最终戏剧性的一幕发生了，锴悦先是发球出界，再是扣杀时球下网。14比16！我羸了！我高兴得跳了起来！经过一番苦战，终于逆转成功，艰难的拿下比赛。

接下来介炀和我对打，由于他的实力教弱，我轻松的赢了他。

这次“会战”真是激烈，我们通过了练习，相互学习对方的优点，既煅炼了身体，又提高了球技，还增强了彼此间的友谊。

我喜欢的运动项目有：篮球，羽毛球，还有我最喜欢的乒乓球。

我最喜欢打乒乓球，是因为打乒乓球可以预防近视和闪光。以前我的闪光是三百度，但打了两个多月的乒乓球，我的闪光就恢复了正常，所以我喜欢打乒乓球。

打乒乓球是我的强项，打乒乓球讲究速度。假如我和对方正在打，突然，对方要是来了个扣杀，我们要拿着拍，轻轻地接一下，就让球弹射回去，就让对方很难接住球，这样，他就会扣下一刀。

打乒乓球必须要学会全神贯注，不能三心二意。也要练好眼力，要紧紧盯着这一个球，旁边什么也不知道，就像仿佛到了忘我的境界，旁边发生了什么，一切都不知道。我每次打的时候都很认真。

我喜欢乒乓球，因为可以练眼力，还能让人全神贯注。

“嗖……嗖……”瞧，一只“白鸟”在空中快速地飞来飞去。

“哔……红方扣球失误，2比1，蓝方获胜!”听，羽毛球场外，裁判员正兴致勃勃地宣布“战场”上的“战果”哩!

循声望去便能发现，少体校内的羽毛球学员，每次练习结束后总是舍不得离去，大家随后组织的羽毛球赛正打得激烈。队员们个个摇身一变，立刻成为一位位骁勇善战、驰骋沙场的老将，酷爱羽毛球的我当然也不例外。几场球打下来，我自信地觉得自己球艺进步了，便大胆地向教练挑战：“高教练，我今天想和您较量一局，可以吗?”“行啊，我可是手下不留情的，嘿嘿!”高教练爽快地答应了，那诡异的笑在暗示我：要小心哦!

比赛开始了，虽然很快我就以5比9落后了，但我士气仍旺，几个球后就意外地发现：咦?高教练可能是之前示范教学已经满身大汗，加上刚才他与“一鹤”与“二蚌”(两个球技比较高的学员)争得太激烈，消耗了过半体力，有幸让我捡了个大便宜。这个重要发现令我兴奋不已，那颗焦躁不安的心平静了下来。于是，我抖擞精神，结合几年来从高教练那儿学来的技艺，认真应对每个球，再耍点小聪明，灵活地让那只“白鸟”忽左忽右忽前忽后。呵呵，果然不出我所料，高教练不是扣球失误就是接球移动来不及，在我的努力下比分打成15比15。

比分打平了，高教练开始“着急”起来，心急地使出了看家本领———旋转球，“白鸟”一前一后、一左一右，看得我头昏眼花，简直难以招架，又连输3球。没想到，高教练突然发球“失手”，给了我一个高球，机会来了，我缓过神来，用球拍面猛力一击，球就如离弦的箭一般射到了高教练身后，而他却因“得意忘形”被我击了个“仰面朝天”;好不容易把球救过来，我又来了个“神龙摆尾”巧妙地吊了一球，害得高教练只得“狗爬式”接招，连连“失手”。场外的队员捧腹大笑，在一阵阵喝彩声中，我终于以21:19战胜了。

“哇，太好啦!我战胜高教练啦!”我高兴地在球场上又蹦又跳，尽情地享受这种从未有过的胜利喜悦。

“哎呀，你这只红袋鼠，这回让你当渔翁占了大便宜，下回定让你败下阵来!老庄，上，灭灭这个球技大增的嚣张小子。”高教练装作十分不服气的样子，搬救兵了!

“青出于蓝而胜于蓝哦!呵呵!”庄教练不经意地夸了我一句，乐得我一蹦三尺高，心中像盛开了一大朵甜甜的百合花儿……

虽然每次训练都很辛苦，但是能与伙伴们共同学习，分享快乐，并能得到教练的指导鼓励，我可开心了。谁都知道高教练是故意败给我的，但是我享受了比赛获胜的喜悦、信心大增，更喜爱打羽毛球这项体育运动了。
