到了小学，我转学来到了深圳，因为性格的关系，没有什么朋友。下课时只能坐在自己的座位上，可能也是新生，没有人和我说话。不过我喜欢上体育课，因为这样我才能和同学们玩在一起，足球变成了我交朋友的方式。当我们一起在球场上一起踢球，不断的传递着对方的友情，渐渐的我和班上的许多同学已经因为足球而成为了好朋友。

到了初中，我代表学校参加了比赛，最后还得到了冠军，这是我们意想不到的。当我踢进最后的一球，听到比赛结束的哨声，大家心情都激动不已，全部涌上球场，抱在一起。那种心情，是足球带给我的，让我永远都忘不了。

现在我不再像小时那样不敢说话、不敢和别人交朋友了，足球让我知道了交朋友并不难。

时间如白驹过隙，转眼这个暑假就要过去了，新的学期即将开始。这个暑假我过的平凡而不乏精彩，平淡而不缺快乐。

今天，我吃完晚饭便和爸爸拿着羽毛拍下去对战了。第一球，我把球抛到半空中，瞄准目标，用力发了一球，爸爸躲闪不及，被打了个正着。第二球由爸爸发球，爸爸一下子就打了一个平高球，我不知所措，一个劲儿地向后退，结果还是没有接到。到了第三球，我先发制人，马上发了一个短球，让爸爸跑上前接住，爸爸当机立断，也发了一个短球，我抓住时机发了一个高远球，爸爸察觉到我的意图时已为时已晚，只有捡球的份啦。

接下来的几回合里，我想故技重施，可总是被爸爸识破，把我吊了回去，现在该爸爸发球了，爸爸轻轻跃起，来了一个漂亮的扣杀，我当然不甘示弱，发了一个高抛球，把球硬生生地顶了回去，球如同一颗绚烂的流星一样向爸爸坠去，爸爸没想到我会这样做，一时间措手不及，才打了一个短球，我轻松地回击，爸爸似乎已胸有成竹，一下子发了个平高球，我跑到后面接住了，爸爸再发一个短球，我只能再往前跑，这样循环几次，我已筋疲力尽，爸爸再发个高抛球，我就无力在打回去了。

接下来该我发球，我想：如果我发高抛球，爸爸一定会接住的，那我发平快球，爸爸一定不会想到的，爸爸一定会往前跑的，我就能制住他了。于是我就发了一个平快球，爸爸果然中计，他以为我还会一如既往地打高远球，所以爸爸接好球后迅速跑回后面，可我却出人意料地打了一个短球。这令他猝不及防，愣了一下才上前接球，可惜太晚了球早已落地。

爸爸开始反击了，他先用一个高抛球吊我，我接住后迅速向前跑，爸爸就再发一个高抛球，又把我吊了回去，我只得再往后跑，可爸爸又发了一个短球，我只能再往前跑，我暗想：爸爸分明是在消耗我的体力，不行，我要化主动为被动。想到这里，我就发了一个平快球，爸爸也只能跑到了网前，这样我就是主动的一方了。我再发个短球，哈哈，爸爸只能追着球跑了。十几回合过去了，爸爸的体力也消耗的差不多了，我再发一个扣杀，爸爸就没有了还手之力。此时的我早已满头大汗了，抬头看看天空，早已夕阳西下了，我们就只能回家了。

时间如梭，一眨眼，暑假过去了。两个月里有多少辛酸，苦辣和喜悦，成功。都入过眼云烟，消失在记忆的最深处。

俗话说：生命在于运动。不运动怎么行呢？一个个阳光洒在人们的身上，多么的美好，无比灿烂。当“沙沙沙“的扫地声响起时，我知道该起床了。吃完早点就是我的运动时间了，跑步、沙包、拳击、双截棍等等一样样的让我清醒了。每个周六周日的早晨，只要有空我都会出来锻炼，让我热起来，让肌肉更发达。不光是在早上，连下午我也没停过，滑板、溜冰、自行车这些也是我下午不可以缺少的运动。

我喜欢的活动是跳绳。

有一次我们上体育课，老师教我们学跳绳。我按照老师的要求，先拿起一根跳绳，开始做准备活动。准备活动做完以后，我双臂抡起跳绳，开始学跳。开始跳的时候，我老是跳不好，脚跟老是绊绳，跳不过去。我试了一次又一次，还是跳不过去，实在受不了了。这时候，我就看见旁边的同学，发现她却越跳越快，动作轻松自如。我有些纳闷，就问她：“你为什么跳得这么好呢?”“其实也没什么，只要你在抡绳的时候，眼睛注意看着跳绳什么时候落地，当它快要落地的时候你就用力跳，就可以跳过去了。”她边跳边说，为我做示范。我学着她的样子开始练习，跳了几次，最后果然也能够连续跳了起来。渐渐地我越跳越轻松，速度也快了许多。

我终于学会了跳绳，非常感谢我的同学，心里也非常高兴!

最近我们学习了关于体育运动的单元，老师告诉我们，体育运动不但可以增强体质，还可以预防疾病，所以，我们要经常做运动。这使我想起了我最喜欢的一项体育运动。

妈妈对我说：“要想打好羽毛球就必须看球精准然后用力打向对方。”我想，看来羽毛球还真是不好打得。于是，妈妈把球扔向空中，然后用球拍用力一击，球立刻向我这边飞来，我跳了起来准备接球，但是球好像故意躲着我一样，打了好几次都打不住，我十分恼火，说：“不打了，不打了，谁爱打谁打去吧，反正我不打了。”妈妈说：“你怎么可以这样呢，既然你要学就必须坚持，像你这样半途而废是不行的。来，我妈妈的来教你。”没有一会工夫，我就会了，并且接球是百发百中。

从此以后，我只要一有时间就会打羽毛球，它成为我无法割舍的爱好。

到了检察院，我们自信满满地拿起羽毛球拍，大摇大摆地向大厅走去，丝毫没有害怕对方。比赛开始了，我首先发球，用力向上一抛，眼睛注视着球，判断好位置，使劲一拍，球呈抛物线飞向对方那边，对方也不是吃素的，他老早就聚精会神地盯着羽毛球了。首先，他向右移了几步，将球拍挥至身体右侧，卯足了劲儿，虽然球是重重地砸在了球框上，但是球仍然飞到较远处。而我呢，早已判断好了球的走向，但是球飞得不怎么远，我只能快速地向前冲去，可球已经落得很低了，已经接近了地面，眼前就要死了，幸好，我急中生智，平衡地将向上一托，球弹得老高，接着猛地将球打向对面，这下，我才松了一口气。由于对方以为球已经落地了，得意洋洋，再轻松地挥挥球拍，却没想到这个球竟然起死回生了，并且现在已经非常接近对方了，还好对方第一时间跳了起来，但是球就是甩着小顽皮，竟然是擦着球框出了底线，多么可惜啊!而我却高兴得一蹦三尺高，没想到这个球帮助我反败为胜，这难道是幸运女神在眷顾我吗?

经过今天激烈的羽毛球竞争赛，让我明白了运动不仅能带来健康，还能带来快乐、幸福以及一些深刻的道理……

王一梅她胖胖的,身高 米9 ,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的."包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面.奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至, 比 (局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第 局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急.唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术.

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳.

Last month we had a sports meeting.Though the weather wasnt very fine that day,the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

Not long after,the game began.The first person was great.He jumped over easily.I was too surprised to say a word.The second was good,too.The third nearly jumped over,but he wasnt bad…

It was my turn.I had a deep breath and then ran towards.In front of the pole,I began to jump.Oh,no!My right foot hit the pole.“I failed.” I thought.And then,another unlucky thing happened.I didnt stand firm and I tumbled.I hurt my back badly.At that moment I felt my back was broken.It was too painful.It seemed that the people around field all didnt know that,they only laughed at my foolish posture.After a very short rest,I stood up.

I push my pain back and then went out of the field with my red face.My friend hurried to come to me.He asked me if this was terrible.I was too pained with my back to answer his questions.I only shook my head.I was sad.Not only I had hurt my back but also I couldnt go on in the game.I had to see the others jump and wish them to get a good place.

Though I didnt have the whole game.I was still very happy.Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places.They were all best in my eyes.I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

Mooncakes are delicious round cakes.Some have eggs or nuts in it ,and some have meat.People usually buy them in a food shop.They look like the moon,so we call them mooncakes.On the Mid-autumn Day Chinese people like having mooncakes.At night,we often stay in the open air.We look the moon,eat mooncakes and talk about happy things.We always have a good time.
