We are all good at swimming. The water in the river is cool. There are lots of fish in the river, too. We often catch fish and cook them. Sometimes we climb up trees to watch the babies of the birds. And sometimes we make hats with grass and flowers. Summer is really interesting, isn’t it?

我很喜欢跑步。每当在电视里看到运动员们在跑步时英姿飒爽的身影时，我就觉得跑步特别的酷。

在我第一次跑步的时候，我只感到一阵风与我擦肩而过。跑了一会儿，风越变越大，直到我的身旁传来了“呼——呼”的声音时，我才停了下来，发现自己已经汗如雨下了。这时，我体会到了“汗水一淌多愉快”这句话的感觉。后来，作业越来越多了，我就很少跑过步了。然而，这样的困难并没有打消我跑步的念头，一有时间我还是会去跑步的，享受那种在风间穿梭的愉快感觉。

对于我来说，跑步不只是一种运动，还是一种发泄情绪的方式。有一次，我考了一百分，在回家的路上，我沿着小路狂奔，把来接我的外公外婆都忘了。这时，我高兴极了，风也发出了“哦——哦——”的声音，好像在配合我一起欢呼呢！还有一次，我的太公公去世了，我伤心极了，走的时候我是奔出去的。这时的风声变成“呜——呜——”的哀嚎声，好像在哭泣。一种悲伤的情绪在我心里蔓延了开来。

这就是我对跑步的痴迷、喜爱！

My Favourite Season

Dear Li Ming,

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! In this season, we can play “snow” soccer. On weekends, we can also have a field trip to the countryside and make syrup. There are plenty of fun activities in spring.

I am looking forward to the coming of spring. It’s a season full of hope.

我最喜欢的运动是打篮球，因为它给我带来不一般的乐趣。

记得最初接触篮球时，我才六岁。那天，我刚好去叔公家拜年，于是我就偶遇到了篮球。像很多人一样，从最初的懵懵懂懂，到学会投篮的欣喜，我们都在享受着篮球带给我们的愉快。在寒假，每天下午我都会去打篮球。被队友质疑的不解，被球砸到的痛苦，获胜之后的开心，这些都充斥在球场里，仿佛就是一瓶篮球化的五味醋。在球场上，你们总会看到我高高跃起的身影，因此我被队友戏称为“板神”。虽然这只是个称号，但我却为了不辜负队友为我的期望。打球除了互相切磋球艺，带来的更都是关怀。

还记得那次，我在抢篮板的时候，不小心扭到了脚。由于我们队没了我，篮板没有保证，士气又很低落，所以我们节节败退下来。输了球没什么大不了，但输球的那一方要做20个俯卧撑啊!虽然我的脚很痛，但我心里还想：算了，愿赌服输，我做就是了。我们的队长看见我扭了脚还要做俯卧撑，想帮我做。可他刚到喉咙里的话又咽了下去，因为这是规则啊!我认着疼痛刚要做时，对方的队长突然大叫一声：“诶，你看，人家XXX腿痛还做俯卧撑，我们可不能这样招呼他，这样他妈就会心疼他的宝贝儿子啦!”说完就带着笑容扶我起来。我看了他一眼，感激之情流露在你我的眼神里。

打篮球，真好!
