每天早上上学时，总是可以看到地面上干干净净的;中午放学的时候，我总是能清楚地看见地上的垃圾，而旁边的垃圾桶里却干干净净的，难道这些人不知道垃圾要丢到垃圾桶里吗?不，他们知道，连幼儿园的小朋友都知道垃圾要丢到垃圾桶里，他们怎么会不知道呢?他们乱丢垃圾完全是为了省事，因为他们在乱丢垃圾的那一刹那根本就没有想过这会破坏环境，根本就没有想过这会给清洁工带来不便。我很纳闷，这些人究竟还有没有公德心?如果有，我请他们不要再乱扔垃圾，请他们一起来保护这座城市，保护我们美丽的家园。

天，曾经很蓝，可是由于工厂排放的废气，使曾经湛蓝的天空变得浑浊不堪;水，曾经很清，可是由于工厂排放的污水，使曾经清澈见底的溪水变得花花绿绿;森林，曾经很茂盛，可是由于人们的过度砍伐，使曾经郁郁葱葱的森林变成了荒无人烟的沙漠……

在我们的身边，有许许多多的“环保小卫士”，当然，也有很多破坏环境的行为;环保的人需要我们去鼓励他们坚持环保，破坏的人需要我们去告诉他们保护环境的好处以及破坏环境的弊端。

我希望，以后人们能够做到“保护环境，人人有责”，并且能够真正地意识到保护环境的重要性，并且使身边的人都做到这一点，这样，我们的地球就能够越来越美好，越来越富强!

Protect Our Environment It is important to beal with the rubbish in cities. Our world was colorful,beautiful and full of life. But these years, people have built many factories along rivers. Many trees have been cut down. Many animals have lost their homes. Factories cause pollution. Rivers become polluted. As a student, you should do every things in your everyday life to protect them. First, stop wasting more water. Second, throw waste things into different dustbins. For example, waste paper should be throw into paper recyclable bins. Third, stop cutting down trees. Instead, plant more. Fourth, pick up garbage in the park or on the road when we are free. Last, call on more and more people to pay attention to contrlling pollution. In a word, everybody has his duty to protect the world.

Some people believe that economic development should never be at the cost of the environment.They think the present serious environmental problems are largely caused by rapid?economic development.For example,land resources are shrinking because of the industrial development and the expansion of cities.Deserts are spreading because of over grazing,poor fanning,tree cutting,and strip mining.Our air and water supplies are being polluted by poisonous gassesand waste products.It is important,therefore,that we should take another look at the way in which our industries and cities are developing.

However,other people think it unnecessary to consider environmental problems now and our first priority should always be given to economic development.They believe that environmental problems are inevitable and unavoidable in the process of economic development.They are only the by products of economic development,which can be dealt with later when we have the time and money.

I think the second idea is completelywrong.Our ultimate aim in economic development is to provide a comfortable and happy life for our people.What is the point of economic development if we achieve it at the cost of our environment?There has been much evidence to prove that a balance between the two helps more rapid and continuous development.

Last summer holiday, I went to Hainan with my family.The weather was terrfifc! The sky was bule more than I could describe, the sea was blue and bright more than I could believe. Walking by the sea is just like being in the oil painting! We sailed to an island called Xidao. I swam there.Swimming is the sea is quite different from that in a pool. Because the depth is various all the time. Maybe the water cant afford you this minute, and then it will flow over your head! Besdieds the swimming, we also had a good meal there. We had a nice seafood dish. I forgot the name of that conch,but I bought back the shell. If you want to have a look, you may ask me. Or, we may go to Hainan together, for I am always hoping to come to that place again. I really like that place, a place of bule and brightness.
