1、课堂表现

课堂教学很重要。只有课堂上注意力集中，认真听老师讲课，课下才能很轻松地完成作业。很多在家不能独立完成作业的学生最主要的原因就是上课无法做到认真听讲。为此刚开学我就狠抓课堂纪律。采取各种方式来提高孩子的注意力。目前大部分同学上课能专心听讲，课堂纪律比较好。还有一些上课总是游离在课堂之外，常常在抽屉里忙东西，做小动作，或者和同学说“悄悄话”，根本不听老师的讲课，也不积极思考问题，惰性很强的同学。

2、学习方面

开学以来，总有个别学生学习不在状态，上课他们也不乱说话，不做小动作，家庭作业也按要求完成，可是学习效果比较糟。这些学生我们要给予足够的关注，要弄清楚他们学习不在状态的原因，帮他们改正错误。否则，他们会越来越差。另外，值得欣慰的是，有一些学生进步了，开学以来，我发现他们知道学了，上课认真听讲，积极回答老师提出的问题，课下认真完成家庭作业，学习的积极性很高，很爱学习。另外，再说一下字体方面，作为小学的初级阶段，让学生养成一个字体书写工整的学习习惯尤为重要。有些学生已经养成的良好的书写习惯，不管写什么，在哪里写，只要拿笔写字就能把字写得工工整整。而另外有一些同学，字体是一天不如一天，根本看不清他写的是什么，如果让他再你旁边看着他写，他也能把字体写工整。原因出在哪里?一个字懒。态度决定成败，有什么样的学习态度，就会有什么样的学习结果。

二、期中考试分析

当家长拿到试卷的时候，有喜有忧，喜的是有的孩子考到了好成绩，忧的是有的孩子的成绩不理想，当你看到孩子的成绩时，不知你有没有想过你为孩子在学习上付出了多少心血，当然，现在的社会并不是一味地看分数，知识和能力不能划等号，知识和优秀不能划等号。我们更关注的是孩子的能力，注重孩子的全面发展，教师的目标也是一样的。不过，从这张试卷上也可以看出一些问题。很多孩子分析能力、审题能力、理解能力和检查能力还有待加强。出现问题比较多的原因主要有以下几方面: 第一:题目理解不到位，第二，计算不认真。在今后的教学中，还要把那些出错率高的题目多练习，扎扎实实的掌握。

三、家校配合

每个孩子都有一个家，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师。家庭环境的好坏，直接影响孩子能否健康成长。我也有孩子，我非常理解做父母的心情。我们白天工作，晚上还要担负起教育孩子的责任。好多家长晚上还有很多工作要做，的确非常辛苦。但是，大家再怎么忙，也不能忘记对孩子的教育和辅导啊。付出是有回报的，当看到自己的孩子一点点地在长大，一点点地进步，我们内心是多么地开心、是多么满足啊。

1、培养孩子良好的学习习惯。

(1)、培养孩子在规定时间内学习的习惯，力戒拖延和磨蹭。孩子在学校里的学习是有严格时间规定的，在家里也应该有固定的学习时间。例如，放学后应先写作业后玩，有关调查表明，学习好的学生，一般都在严格规定的时间内准备功课，这样做主要是使学生形成一种时间定向，一到什么时候就自然而然地产生了学习的愿望和情绪。这种时间定向能在很大程度上使开始投入学习的准备时间减少到最低限度，使孩子能够很快地专心学习。同时训练学生的专注能力，集中精力学习，而不是学习时摸摸这儿、看看那儿或迟迟进不到学习状态中，有的在学习时总有许多毫无意义的停顿，写着写着就站了起来，或者说几句闲话等等。这些孩子貌似学习，但实际上学习效果极低，既白白浪费了时光，又会养成做事心不在焉的坏习惯。久而久之，会造成思维迟钝，注意紧张度降低，影响智力发展，使学业落后，以至形成拖沓的作风，学习、工作都没有效率。所以在对孩子的要求上，不要只满足于孩子“一坐就是几个小时”，而要教育他们在规定的时间内精神专注，高效率地完成任务，帮助孩子学会控制干扰，训练他们高度的专注能力。

(2)、培养孩子认真听讲习惯。很多孩子在学校不认真学习，就是上课没有专心听讲，如何让孩子专心听讲?这需要家长和孩子之间进行沟通交流。家长要鼓励孩子学习，用励志的故事讲给孩子听，让孩子具有积极上进的心，学会专心听讲学习。

(3)、培养孩子积极举手发言的习惯。

积极举手发言表现孩子好学，认真学的一面。当家长的需要鼓励孩子积极举手发言，家长可以和老师沟通了解孩子在校表现情况来鼓励孩子举手发言。当孩子在家时候，可以和孩子沟通了解孩子当天听讲举手发言情况，尽努力鼓励孩子举手发言，说明举手发言的好处，有利于开拓思维，提高学习积极性;有利于提高学习成绩。

(4)、培养孩子不懂就问的好习惯。孩子有不懂的地方，教师和家长不要埋怨孩子为什么不懂，更不能加以斥责，要鼓励孩子提出什么地方不懂，找出不懂的原因，然后积极启发他们，帮助他们动脑筋，切忌烦躁、死记硬背或放下不管。

(6)帮助孩子养成看书读报的习惯。家长需要为孩子购买、订阅适合的的图书报刊，创设一个阅读环境，但书最好不要订得过多，书要少而精。为防止“走马观花”，家长可以与孩子们一起阅读，共同讨论书中的问题，并指导孩子做读书笔记。在习惯养成之前，需要我们共同的配合，督促他们读课外书，让他们和好书交朋友。

(7)、教育孩子养成做完作业细心检查的习惯。做作业时一般都是整体知觉在发挥作用，不少孩子只顾赶进度、出思路，很少顾及到一些细节问题：在作业中常常出现差错，不是写了错别字，就是、看错运算符号或者少做了习题;做完作业之后，应该教孩子及时从整体知觉调整到部分知觉，从细微处检查是否有漏洞。因此，家长、教师最好教会孩子检查的方法，如看看是否漏题、漏答、漏单位等，养成细心检查作业的习惯。

(8)、培养孩子养成复习旧课和预习新课的习惯。经常督促孩子按时复习当天课程，预习第二天要上的新课，是帮助孩子巩固当天所学知识，为第二天上好新课打下基础的好办法。如果当天所学的知识不巩固，甚至没有学会，日积月累，在学习上就会产生积重难返的大困难。所以一定要培养学生养成预习--听讲--复习--作业--总结的系统学习方法。

(9)、培养孩子上课记笔记的习惯

很多孩子在上课时候不喜欢记笔记，当家长就需要做好孩子的思想工作，让孩子在课堂上记笔记。养成一个听讲记笔记的习惯。在专心听讲的同时，要动笔做简单记录或记号。对重点内容、疑难问题、关键语句进行“圈、点、勾、画”，把一些关键性的词句记下来。

2、重视家校沟通

我发现一个现象，一说叫家长很多家长都不是老乐意来。可能大家潜意识里都认为只要叫家长肯定没好事，真不想去。您想过没有，让你来肯定是出现了老师解决不了的问题，让你来是协商解决问题的方法的。发现问题不及时与老师沟通，只能使问题越来越严重。老师有问题会找家长，家长有问题也可以找老师。尤其是孩子思想上的问题，有时家长说的话孩子不听，孩子一般比较听老师的话，所以可以跟老师说说，让老师跟孩子说，效果还是比较好的。作为家长不要怕麻烦老师，教育孩子是我们大家的职责。但是，有些孩子比较调皮，对老师的话表面是很听的，而背着老师想干什么就干什么，所以，需要我们经常联系，多交流孩子的情况，双方相互配合，让小问题消灭于萌芽状态，不要等问题严重了再来找老师。

3、严把家庭作业关

孩子回到家里，要规定孩子放学后必须做完作业，必须检查背诵作业、书面作业、预习作业也不容草率。家庭作业是课堂教学的延伸，是巩固和提高当天学过的知识。孩子完成作业情况好坏跟家长地督促有很大关系。对不爱学习，或学习不自觉或学习习惯不好的孩子，家长要让孩子用个专门记作业的本，记好当天应做的各项作业，有怀疑的及时电话与老师联系，不给孩子不做或漏做作业的机会。培养孩子按时完成作业的习惯。每天不但要过问孩子完成作用情况，有条件的可以检查指导。不要让孩子的作业再回流到学校，因为第二天老师又要教新的知识，你前一天的知识没巩固就会影响新知识的学习。另外为孩子创设祥和安宁的学习环境，鼓励孩子静心学习。当孩子做作业时，不要在他身边大声讲话、争论、看电视等。只要孩子能听到电视的声音，是无法认真思考的，如果他在抄写，他能记住这几个字吗;如果他在做数学题，我想再简单的题也会做错。

4、校讯通

As a matter of fact , everybody needs a proper purpose in order to struggle against life . A clear purpose not only guides us but also gives us hope and energy . When unknown challenges stop our steps toward the dream, our purpose will help us overcome the difficulties . Because of purpose and our efforts , we become useful for the world . Those who travel in life without direction sometimes turn confused and even lose their confidence . Considering the benefits of living a life of purpose , we seem to should establish our purpose as soon as possible . But we need to be careful to choose the purpose that will be suitable enough for ourselves .In my opinion ,the purpose of life must include two necessary aspects——Work and Love . Work is the basic purpose of our life . As a youngster,you are supposed to try your best to find the job which you love from the bottom of your heart. Then you may dedicate yourself to it with all your enthusiasm. Charles Moyers explains these :“Make sure the thing you’re living for is worth dying for . ”

On the other hand , only work is not enough to lead a life of purpose .Loving our families and taking care of friends are also indispensable parts in our life. When people really love their families ,they will surely find the purpose of life.In other words , our emotions can be surely content when we stay with our families and friends. One’s life without love is like the sky without sunshine. Work and Love play the most important two roles in the purpose for which we seek throughout our life . But other aspects such as devotion and learning knowledge also have an deep influence on our life . These things affect our behaviour and values more or less ,even though most of us can’t realize it clearly . As the saying goes :“When we do good , we feel good , and we are good.” Set the correct purpose of your life now , And you will make a difference to your life.

My holiday life is over. Since this holiday, I dont have a good learning, just have been playing. Despite the homework finished, but also had a lot of thought to play a game. 一是文明。关于道德、文明之类的字眼我们已经看得、说得太多了，目前我们需要的是体会、实践这些概念的真正内涵，就是要进一步净化校园，弘扬正气。文雅的谈吐和举止都是能够训练的，和声细语展高贵气质，谦恭礼让显优雅风度。礼仪不是为了给别人看的，是一种自我完善，要从自我做起，不要因为其他人的“无礼”，自己就能够不讲礼仪，这是两回事，这也是陋习。同学们，行动起来，从现在做起，从我做起，让我们的校园里少些陋习，多一份文明与美德!

二是习惯。伟大的哲人培根说“习惯是人生的主宰”。也有人说习惯决定命运。常听有人抱怨命运不济，上帝不公，他却很少或没有去反思自己是否有良好的习惯养成。习惯养成是从小事做起，从一言一行做起，持之以恒地坚持，才能形成习惯。不论是卫生习惯，还是学习习惯和生活习惯等一旦形成，便成为一种半自动化的潜意识行为，对人生、事业、生活起着永久性的作用。

三是坚持。俗话说坚持到底就是胜利,你可能会有疑问，不一定就会胜利,也有相反的一面,但是如果你不坚持就绝对不会胜利。坚持不一定能成功，但不坚持就一定不能成功。

无论什么人，无论干什么，要取得成功就必须坚持不懈。我们学生也是如此。中学阶段，我们的主要任务是学习知识，掌握技能。能够说，一个学生，要想在学习上取得成绩，就必须对知识坚持不懈的追求;一个学生，只有具备了坚持不懈追求知识的精神，才能在学习上取得成功。

i always think there is not enough time. for example， i have just taken a three-day holiday. but when i look back， i just feel that it‘s only one day. there goes a proverb， “time is money”。 now i want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. however， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

The First Day in New Term

Today is September 3rd, the first day of the new semester. I am happy to see all of my classmates come back to school. Today is the first day for school, so we get our new textbooks. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.

If you want to borrow books, you can go to the loan desk, look over the

correct call numbers in the card catalog and ask the librarian to take then, out

for you. Or youre allowed to enter the stack room to rind books for yourself,

you can look up the bound volume or index for the articles relative to the

subject, on which you are going to write thesis. If the library doesnt

subscribe to the magazine which carries the article you want, you can borrow the

magazine from other libraries by means of interlibrary loan service.

Dont forget to show your library card or I.D. card to the librarian before

you go into the reading room, where you can read magazines or newspapers. If you

find a good article and want to keep it, you can have it duplicated in the xerox

room. Besides, if you want to watch films or slides, you can ask the

projectionist to play the videotape for you in the audio visual room, where you

can also listen to language tapes and music tapes.
