接手新的班级，又是初三语文。几天下来，感觉跟我在易俗河带的任何一个初三班级都不一样。（75班的、121班的，127班的、128班，137班。。那些孩子，刻苦，勤奋，热情，单纯，当日的学生有很多今天已成为了朋友，那些倾心交流、智慧碰撞的课堂也成为了难忘的记忆！）初进教室，第一感觉就是这些孩子长得好高好大，良好的营养让他们一个个高大健壮，也只有50多个人而已，却把偌大的一间教室塞得满满的，课桌椅都显得逼仄而狭窄。第二感觉就是他们有着与年龄不相符合的漠然，初三了，似乎还缺少应有的紧迫感，课堂上，也缺乏交流的积极性，你说，他就听着，不吵，也不附和，更不轻易发表自己的意见，课堂上鲜见举手回答问题的人，但是他们又都很聪明，有自己的想法，而且不会轻易改变自己的看法。

我有些困惑，因为自己是一个凡事尽心投入的人，课堂上只有我一个人唱独角戏，感觉特别别扭，我希望他们动起来，希望课堂活起来，希望师生能够对话、交流、融入、擦出智慧的火花，也许我有点操之过急，毕竟他们面对的也是一个全然陌生的老师，与他们以前的老师个性、教学风格完全不同的人，这么短的时间怎么能适应的来呢？时间可以改变一切，真心可以换来真心，热情可以感染热情。我相信，无私的爱可以融化坚冰，师者的智慧可以点燃求知的火苗，执着的付出也一定会获得回报，是的，我坚信！
