Cell phone seems to be one of the most important inventions of 20 century.

Using cell phones to surf the Internet has become quite common in our daily

lives. Cell phone has exceeded its original function such as making phones calls

or sending message. Its multi-functions have make people’s tedious lives more

colorful. Many people, especially the young generation, have found that they can

not live without their cell phones. Many people feel uncomfortable in absence of

their cell phones. This may become a symptom called cell phone dependency.

First, many people have addicted to cell phones, they spend considerable

applications. Some of them even use cell phones as computers that they keep the

phone open for all day long. As to some students, some of them even use the

Second, the dependency on cell phones has shown people’s anxiety towards to

their social interrelationship. A day without cell phone just feels like getting

lost in this big world. Every day, people tend to check their cell phones to see

if they have got any messages or surf the Internet, but the cell phone truly

affects their normal life.

There is no denying that cell phones have brought us considerable

convenient. However, we should be aware of the negative effects that cell phones

Last weekend, our class had a public benefit activity.

1、课堂表现

课堂教学很重要。只有课堂上注意力集中，认真听老师讲课，课下才能很轻松地完成作业。很多在家不能独立完成作业的学生最主要的原因就是上课无法做到认真听讲。为此刚开学我就狠抓课堂纪律。采取各种方式来提高孩子的注意力。目前大部分同学上课能专心听讲，课堂纪律比较好。还有一些上课总是游离在课堂之外，常常在抽屉里忙东西，做小动作，或者和同学说“悄悄话”，根本不听老师的讲课，也不积极思考问题，惰性很强的同学。

2、学习方面

开学以来，总有个别学生学习不在状态，上课他们也不乱说话，不做小动作，家庭作业也按要求完成，可是学习效果比较糟。这些学生我们要给予足够的关注，要弄清楚他们学习不在状态的原因，帮他们改正错误。否则，他们会越来越差。另外，值得欣慰的是，有一些学生进步了，开学以来，我发现他们知道学了，上课认真听讲，积极回答老师提出的问题，课下认真完成家庭作业，学习的积极性很高，很爱学习。另外，再说一下字体方面，作为小学的初级阶段，让学生养成一个字体书写工整的学习习惯尤为重要。有些学生已经养成的良好的书写习惯，不管写什么，在哪里写，只要拿笔写字就能把字写得工工整整。而另外有一些同学，字体是一天不如一天，根本看不清他写的是什么，如果让他再你旁边看着他写，他也能把字体写工整。原因出在哪里?一个字懒。态度决定成败，有什么样的学习态度，就会有什么样的学习结果。

二、期中考试分析

当家长拿到试卷的时候，有喜有忧，喜的是有的孩子考到了好成绩，忧的是有的孩子的成绩不理想，当你看到孩子的成绩时，不知你有没有想过你为孩子在学习上付出了多少心血，当然，现在的社会并不是一味地看分数，知识和能力不能划等号，知识和优秀不能划等号。我们更关注的是孩子的能力，注重孩子的全面发展，教师的目标也是一样的。不过，从这张试卷上也可以看出一些问题。很多孩子分析能力、审题能力、理解能力和检查能力还有待加强。出现问题比较多的原因主要有以下几方面: 第一:题目理解不到位，第二，计算不认真。在今后的教学中，还要把那些出错率高的题目多练习，扎扎实实的掌握。

三、家校配合

每个孩子都有一个家，家庭是孩子成长的第一所学校，父母是孩子的第一任老师。家庭环境的好坏，直接影响孩子能否健康成长。我也有孩子，我非常理解做父母的心情。我们白天工作，晚上还要担负起教育孩子的责任。好多家长晚上还有很多工作要做，的确非常辛苦。但是，大家再怎么忙，也不能忘记对孩子的教育和辅导啊。付出是有回报的，当看到自己的孩子一点点地在长大，一点点地进步，我们内心是多么地开心、是多么满足啊。

当然，您把孩子交到了我们老师的手中，我们不敢有丝毫的懈怠，尽我所能地教给他知识与方法，教给他做人的道理。但毕竟班级人数多，我们面对的是整个集体，不是个人。所以工作中不可能面面俱到。单靠老师的力量是不够的，孩子的每一点进步，除了老师的辛勤培育之外，家长的努力和付出也是至关重要的。所以家长也应该积极的配合起来，做好以下工作，做到家校合一：

这是我们今天开家长会的重点。首先讲家长如何帮助孩子养成一个好的学习习惯。 几年前，当几十位诺贝尔奖得主聚会之时，记者问一位荣获诺贝尔奖的科学家：“请问您在哪所大学学到您认为最重要的东西?”这位科学家平静地说：“在幼儿园。”“在幼儿园学到什么?”“学到把自己的东西分一半给小伙伴;不是自己的东西不要拿;东西要放整齐;吃饭前要洗手;做错事要表示歉意;午饭后要休息;要仔细观察大自然。”这位科学家出人意料的回答，直接明了地讲明了儿时养成良好习惯对人一生具有决定性意义。 青少年研究专家孙云晓最近指出：“习惯决定孩子的命运。”习惯的力量是巨大的，人一旦养成一个习惯，就会不自觉地在这个轨道上运行。如果是好习惯，则会终生受益;反之，就会在不知不觉中害你一辈子。通常我们说一个人素质不高，往往就是因为这个人有许多坏习惯。

专家研究表明，3-12岁是人形成良好行为的关键期，12岁以后，孩子已逐渐形成许多习惯，新习惯要想扎下根来就难多了。孩子学会学习，必须培养良好的学习习惯，凡是学习成绩好而且稳定的孩子，都是从小培养形成的良好的学习习惯;而成绩忽好忽坏的孩子，往往缺乏良好的学习习惯。现在的一些家长非常看重学习成绩，千方百计地培养孩子的外语、美术、音乐等多方面的能力，而忽视习惯的培养，这恐怕是我们现在一些家长最大的误区。 如何培养孩子的好习惯，关键在于了解孩子。任何教育都应以了解教育对象为前提。作为成熟的父母，应当善于与孩子沟通，知道孩子在想什么，在干什么。当孩子做出一些成人难以理解的事情时，父母不是当即质问或训斥，而是平心静气地从孩子的角度出发思考一下：孩子为什么要这么做?经过这样的思考，父母就容易了解孩子，就能慢慢地帮助孩子养成良好的习惯。

孩子小时是培养习惯的最佳时期，一般的情况下，通过奖励和惩罚(注意：绝不是体罚，“惩罚”孩子是一门艺术!)反复几次，一个好的习惯就可形成了。

(1)、培养孩子在规定时间内学习的习惯，力戒拖延和磨蹭。孩子在学校里的学习是有严格时间规定的，在家里也应该有固定的学习时间。例如，放学后应先写作业后玩，有关调查表明，学习好的学生，一般都在严格规定的时间内准备功课，这样做主要是使学生形成一种时间定向，一到什么时候就自然而然地产生了学习的愿望和情绪。这种时间定向能在很大程度上使开始投入学习的准备时间减少到最低限度，使孩子能够很快地专心学习。同时训练学生的专注能力，集中精力学习，而不是学习时摸摸这儿、看看那儿或迟迟进不到学习状态中，有的在学习时总有许多毫无意义的停顿，写着写着就站了起来，或者说几句闲话等等。这些孩子貌似学习，但实际上学习效果极低，既白白浪费了时光，又会养成做事心不在焉的坏习惯。久而久之，会造成思维迟钝，注意紧张度降低，影响智力发展，使学业落后，以至形成拖沓的作风，学习、工作都没有效率。所以在对孩子的要求上，不要只满足于孩子“一坐就是几个小时”，而要教育他们在规定的时间内精神专注，高效率地完成任务，帮助孩子学会控制干扰，训练他们高度的专注能力。

(2)、培养孩子认真听讲习惯。很多孩子在学校不认真学习，就是上课没有专心听讲，如何让孩子专心听讲?这需要家长和孩子之间进行沟通交流。家长要鼓励孩子学习，用励志的故事讲给孩子听，让孩子具有积极上进的心，学会专心听讲学习。

(3)、培养孩子积极举手发言的习惯。

积极举手发言表现孩子好学，认真学的一面。当家长的需要鼓励孩子积极举手发言，家长可以和老师沟通了解孩子在校表现情况来鼓励孩子举手发言。当孩子在家时候，可以和孩子沟通了解孩子当天听讲举手发言情况，尽努力鼓励孩子举手发言，说明举手发言的好处，有利于开拓思维，提高学习积极性;有利于提高学习成绩。

(4)、培养孩子不懂就问的好习惯。孩子有不懂的地方，教师和家长不要埋怨孩子为什么不懂，更不能加以斥责，要鼓励孩子提出什么地方不懂，找出不懂的原因，然后积极启发他们，帮助他们动脑筋，切忌烦躁、死记硬背或放下不管。

(5)帮助孩子养成认真细致的习惯。孩子的作业一定要在规定时间内去完成，不能草率马虎。这就要求内容正确，书写工整，按时完成等方面。为使孩子养成良好的习惯，提高正确率与责任感，要求孩子养成检查的习惯。家长回家，无论多忙，请抽出时间帮助孩子检查一下作业，不一定要检查作业的正误，可以看看孩子作业是否已经完成，字迹是否工整清晰„„

(6)帮助孩子养成看书读报的习惯。家长需要为孩子购买、订阅适合的的图书报刊，创设一个阅读环境，但书最好不要订得过多，书要少而精。为防止“走马观花”，家长可以与孩子们一起阅读，共同讨论书中的问题，并指导孩子做读书笔记。在习惯养成之前，需要我们共同的配合，督促他们读课外书，让他们和好书交朋友。

(7)、教育孩子养成做完作业细心检查的习惯。做作业时一般都是整体知觉在发挥作用，不少孩子只顾赶进度、出思路，很少顾及到一些细节问题：在作业中常常出现差错，不是写了错别字，就是、看错运算符号或者少做了习题;做完作业之后，应该教孩子及时从整体知觉调整到部分知觉，从细微处检查是否有漏洞。因此，家长、教师最好教会孩子检查的方法，如看看是否漏题、漏答、漏单位等，养成细心检查作业的习惯。

(8)、培养孩子养成复习旧课和预习新课的习惯。经常督促孩子按时复习当天课程，预习第二天要上的新课，是帮助孩子巩固当天所学知识，为第二天上好新课打下基础的好办法。如果当天所学的知识不巩固，甚至没有学会，日积月累，在学习上就会产生积重难返的大困难。所以一定要培养学生养成预习--听讲--复习--作业--总结的系统学习方法。

(9)、培养孩子上课记笔记的习惯

很多孩子在上课时候不喜欢记笔记，当家长就需要做好孩子的思想工作，让孩子在课堂上记笔记。养成一个听讲记笔记的习惯。在专心听讲的同时，要动笔做简单记录或记号。对重点内容、疑难问题、关键语句进行“圈、点、勾、画”，把一些关键性的词句记下来。

2、重视家校沟通

我发现一个现象，一说叫家长很多家长都不是老乐意来。可能大家潜意识里都认为只要叫家长肯定没好事，真不想去。您想过没有，让你来肯定是出现了老师解决不了的问题，让你来是协商解决问题的方法的。发现问题不及时与老师沟通，只能使问题越来越严重。老师有问题会找家长，家长有问题也可以找老师。尤其是孩子思想上的问题，有时家长说的话孩子不听，孩子一般比较听老师的话，所以可以跟老师说说，让老师跟孩子说，效果还是比较好的。作为家长不要怕麻烦老师，教育孩子是我们大家的职责。但是，有些孩子比较调皮，对老师的话表面是很听的，而背着老师想干什么就干什么，所以，需要我们经常联系，多交流孩子的情况，双方相互配合，让小问题消灭于萌芽状态，不要等问题严重了再来找老师。

3、严把家庭作业关

孩子回到家里，要规定孩子放学后必须做完作业，必须检查背诵作业、书面作业、预习作业也不容草率。家庭作业是课堂教学的延伸，是巩固和提高当天学过的知识。孩子完成作业情况好坏跟家长地督促有很大关系。对不爱学习，或学习不自觉或学习习惯不好的孩子，家长要让孩子用个专门记作业的本，记好当天应做的各项作业，有怀疑的及时电话与老师联系，不给孩子不做或漏做作业的机会。培养孩子按时完成作业的习惯。每天不但要过问孩子完成作用情况，有条件的可以检查指导。不要让孩子的作业再回流到学校，因为第二天老师又要教新的知识，你前一天的知识没巩固就会影响新知识的学习。另外为孩子创设祥和安宁的学习环境，鼓励孩子静心学习。当孩子做作业时，不要在他身边大声讲话、争论、看电视等。只要孩子能听到电视的声音，是无法认真思考的，如果他在抄写，他能记住这几个字吗;如果他在做数学题，我想再简单的题也会做错。

4、校讯通

到目前为止，我班有一部分学生开通了校讯通，我感到很欣慰，充分说明我们家长朋友对自己孩子学习的重视。今天我想强调的是一些使用方面的问题，很大家长只是开通了校讯通，但很少关注，老师发的短信他们很少看，这样会耽误很多事，因为有了校讯通，学校有什么事，学生学习上应注意的事项，老师大部分会以校讯通的形式通知到各位家长。所以请各位家长多关关注短信。另外，如果你更换的联系方式，请及时的通知老师为你修改信息，以免接收不到信息。如果谁想添加，会后请找我联系。

四、生活方面

1、培养学生科学的时间观念

在时间方面有以下几个方面需要家长注意：

(1)牢记学校作息时间。

(2)午睡问题。

夏天到了，很多孩子下午有瞌睡现象，请家长朋友督促您的孩子午睡，以免影响下午的学习。另外晚上让孩子早睡觉，有些学生早上第一节课就没精神，请家长给予关注。

(3)个人卫生。

夏天到了，是手足口病的高发季节。孩子爱活动，动不动就一身汗，请关注你孩子的个人卫生。为孩子勤洗头、勤换衣服、勤洗澡。注意孩子的饮食起居。让孩子有一个健康的身体。

(4)其他方面。

有其他事情及时和老师联系、沟通。做到有事及时和我沟通。

五、安全方面

总之，家长和老师的沟通是相互的，只有相互了解，才能相互配合好，才对孩子的教育有真正的帮助，才有利于您孩子的成长。我们希望通过学校、家庭、社会形成合力，共同教育培养孩子。
