An Unforgettable Travel My families plan to visit the interesting place p of Shanghai.We are led to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower ,a famous tourist attraction,which is on every Shanghaineses lips.It is a magnificent building located in Pudong New Area,it is the tallest building,so its very easy to see this building,even if you are several miles away it.As we get to the high floor of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower,we see the attractive viwswhich includes the Huangpu River through the window.At the moment,l suddenly moved by the builders put their soul and energy to this building and let it be a landmark of this city. This is the trip l never forget.

时间过得真快，转眼间，寒假就已经来到了。

大年初一的早晨，爸爸说：“儿子，咱们一起去放鞭炮吧!”“好啊!”其实，我早就想放鞭炮了。只是父母们不让放，害怕伤到自己。我与老弟一溜烟地跑出了家门，心里十分高兴。虽然我嘴上说喜爱放鞭炮，但心里却是十分害怕的。因为鞭炮扔出后会发出巨响，我都吓得捂住耳朵，连忙跑开。曾经，我在报纸上看见过一个新闻：三年前正月的一天，有一个小男孩和伙伴们在放鞭炮，大人们在喝酒吃饭。这个小男孩突然想到“把鞭炮的火药全部倒入易拉罐中，然后把它点燃。”当时，小男孩以为只能喷出漂亮的火花。点燃后，胆小的人都跑得远远的，唯独那个小男孩站在离易拉罐不远处。想不到，那个易拉罐变成了“炸弹”爆炸时，飞出的铁片击中了小男孩的`大腿，顿时鲜血直流。伙伴们急忙跑到屋里去找大人，大人们也顾不得吃饭喝酒了，开着车就把小男孩送进了医院。从此，那个小男孩就再也不敢放鞭炮了。爸爸用鼓励的语气对我说：“儿子，过年了，你又长大一岁了。男子汉要勇敢!我教你放鞭炮，不用害怕!”说完，爸爸先给我做了个示范。只见他在纸盒擦燃处一擦，熟练的动作，然后将鞭炮一扔。“砰”的一声响，吓了我一跳。

轮到我放鞭炮了，我小心翼翼的按着爸爸教的办法。擦燃后，立刻扔了出去，我又捂紧了耳朵转身向家中跑去。没等我跑到家里，只听见“砰”的一声鞭炮就炸开了花。爸爸问我：“放鞭炮可怕吗?”我想了想，说：“就是声音大了点，并不是那么可怕。”

难忘的寒假已经过去一半了，我何时才能再放鞭炮啊!

On Monday I went to school for the second learning. The weather was still very hot. But I was ready to face with my lessons.

This Saturday the typhoon came. It was really terrible. My father said that a pillar fell down when he was driving， and it nearly fell onto his car. It was really dangerous. But this Saturday my journalist lesson began and I had to go to the Youth Cnulture Communication Center (near Shanghai Railway Station) to have classes.

I had to go out! The wind was really heavy. And I nearly couldn’t walk! Many trees collapsed and when I arrived there， I was late. But I was surprised to find that there was only about 10 students. Our teacher said just now on an art lesson， only two students came. The typhoon was really horrible.

Although the winter vacation, I will continue my learning, in the morning,

is a good time to read, with the early morning, our family to read with relish,

three people has become a bookworm. Dad read the literary works such as crazy,

my mother read prose leisurely affectionate, for me, I read catchy childrens

poetry. A book, lets open horizon, increase knowledge. Reading good books is

like and wise in the communication, the author of often we read happy place,

could not help but laugh; Read moving place, can flow was moved to tears... . A

good book, often make us forget all about eating and sleeping, really achieve

"reading a good book, three days and I do not know meat".

Winter vacation, there is a Spring Festival, this is my most happy moment.

The New Year, my father came back from the street to buy a dozen small red

lanterns, and string them into 2 series, dad smiled and said: "the twelve red

lanterns indicates our whole family, in the New Year, twelve months are

prosperous". Mother, busy preparing for dinner, but rich, seafood, vegetables,

beef, little of course not a fish, in the traditional Chinese Spring Festival,

eat fish means "more than" year after year, good luck. I have not been idle, and

come back to the supermarket to buy necessities such as orange juice and

beer.

Winter vacation, I could have just like all the children have a blast, but

my eyesight is bad, only looking at the computer to buy, occasionally WangSha

several renju experience, very good!

Happy and short winter vacation life, really want to keep the pace of time,

大年三十吃饺子是中华民族的传统风俗，所以一大早，我、妈妈和外婆就来到菜市场买包饺子的原料：面粉、猪肉馅儿和韭菜等。

回到家，我们便开始忙活起来了。我们先把韭菜洗干净，然后切碎，再打一个鸡蛋，切姜。将买来的猪肉馅和切好的韭菜、姜还有打好鸡蛋倒在一起，然后开始搅拌，在搅拌的过程中要洒入适当的盐、味精做为调料，再用筷子搅拌均匀。接下来就要开始做饺子皮了。首先把面粉倒入盆中，加上水，用手把面粉和匀，直到揉成一团，拉起来顺手为止，然后把面团放在桌子上，用擀面杖把面皮擀成长方形，再把面皮均匀地切成一张一张的，切好之后用左手拿面皮，右手拿面杖，使面皮边绕着一个圆心转动，这样才能使每个地方都厚薄均匀。在做活时心必须很细，而且技术必须熟练，如果太厚了，就不容易煮熟，太薄了，刚下锅饺子就自动“解体”了。接下来就要开始包了。包饺子时，把面皮摊在左手心，右手拿筷子把馅挑到面皮上，要注意挑的馅不能过多，也不能过少。如果包多了，就很容易把面皮挤破，太少了又影响味道。包时面皮两边要对齐，形成一个圆形，再用手捏重合的边，此时下手一定要重，不要让馅露出来。包完了，接下来要煮饺子，先把水烧开，再将饺子倒入锅里，过一会儿饺子便会浮起来，这就证明饺子已经煮熟了。

最后把饺子盛入碗中，加上葱、醋之类的调料，一碗色、香、味俱全的饺子就完成了。
