我的父亲始终扮演着一个严厉的形象，但他也是一个慈父。我现在能有这样的成绩，全来自父亲对我的谆谆教诲。

我的父亲是一个很不幸的人，他小时候就过继给了我的爷爷。在一个寒冷的冬天，我的两个爷爷把我的爸爸送来送去，结果全身冻得通红，在爷爷这里烤火的时候，一不小心就摔到了火坑里，导致爸爸的手在火里烧成了残疾。他就这样地生活了大半辈子。

但是，我的爸爸并没有被他的命运所压倒，而是坚强地和命作斗争。他上学时勤奋刻苦，努力学习，终于了小学，中学……终于可以找到一个好的工作，但是有人对他不满，并且嫉妒他，所以就向那个老板说爸爸是个残疾人，所以现在只有做苦力了。

爸爸做事情很认真。他总是要把一件事认真地做完、做好后才会去做其他的事情。即使是做苦力也非常地认真。爸爸总是起早贪黑地干活，做的事情比别人做的要多一些，也好一些，所以和爸爸在一起做事的人总是想着要和爸爸一组。因为他们那里都是四个人一组，四个人所挣的钱都取决于他们那天所做的事情，很多人都说爸爸做事很认真。

爸爸很幽默，也很严厉。爸爸在家总是喜欢唱歌，无论做什么事情，都会高歌一曲，即使唱的很跑调，但是非常高兴。爸爸不仅唱别人的歌，有时自己也会把一句话当成歌来唱。有一次，爸爸要找一双鞋子，到处都没找到，就唱了一句：“我的个鞋子哟，到哪里去了哟！”唱得我们哈哈大笑。但是，爸爸一生气，眼神里就像一把利剑似的望着我，让我不敢看他的眼睛，他也会毫不客气的骂我一顿，甚至打我一顿，所以我从不敢惹爸爸生气。

我的爸爸对我的学习很关心，也很重视。爸爸总是对我说：“我并不是要求你要考第一名第二名，但是你上课要认真听讲，作业要认真完成，不懂得要去找老师问，在家要少看一些电视，多看一些书……”每一次考试过后，他都会问我考了多少分，有没有什么做不到的题目，等到试卷发下来后，他都会看我的试卷，然后看我这道题是怎么错的，就给我讲。家庭作业做不到，爸爸也会给我讲。

我的爸爸很节俭。要买什么东西总是要到不能不买的时候才买；我的爸爸也很重情义，别人给了他什么帮助，什么好，他全部都记得，总是要等到一定的时候再去回报人家……
