从父亲浓浓的老房情结中，我更加深了对父亲内心世界的了解，使我真正地读懂了父亲，自此之后，父亲的形象在我心中日渐变得高大和伟岸起来，它将使我对父亲更加得肃然起敬！

爸爸很注重我的学习。有一天晚上，爸爸回来得很迟，他也很累。那一天我的作业真多，写到十点才写完。我刚要睡时，爸爸问我作业在哪?我觉得很晚了，让爸爸先睡觉吧。但爸爸说：“这怎么能行?万一你有做错的题呢?”看到爸爸那着急的神态，我心里为之一振。爸爸判题时，他的眼睛注视着我的作业，仿佛查上几遍才放心。我躺在床上，假装睡觉，却注视着正在我写字台上判作业的爸爸。爸爸的头发里我隐约看到了几根白发。我鼻子一酸，不争气的眼睛里不知何时闪起了泪花。突然，爸爸皱起来眉头，好像生了气，或许是我做错了题。我恨自己为什么没有全做对?便不由得咬了咬牙。

爸爸像一本书，里面装有无穷无尽的知识。记得还有一次，我遇到了一个难题，怎么也想不出来，看来只好问老爸了。老爸看了题后过了一会儿就想了出来。爸爸告诉了我解题方法，第一次我没听懂，爸爸又耐心得讲了一次。直到我听懂为止，才满意地点点头。

爸爸还常常教育我做人、做事和学习的方法。我一直把爸爸当做“朋友、兄弟、哥们”。

此后，我才发现父亲原来一直都在默默的关心我，只是我不知道——父爱是默默无闻的!

世上只有妈妈好；这首歌我们小时候几乎都听过，人人都耳熟能详。我当然也不例外，可我觉得我们在沐浴阳光般的母爱时，我们的父亲在默默地为我们奔波忙碌，为了这个家，他的脸上不知多了多少条皱纹，母爱是伟大的，可你们仔细想想，我们的父亲不也如此吗？

记得我刚上小学一年级的时候，因为我有一次考试没及格，老师和我的母亲说，是我没认真导致的结果，并让我的母亲回家要督促我的学习。回家我摔下书包就和母亲大吵起来，当时我非常强，便和母亲顶嘴说我讨厌学习。后来我看母亲火冒三丈，又看事情不妙就溜之大吉。跑道父亲身旁，因为父亲是最护着我的，我有什么要求，能满足的他都尽量满足我。

可这次我却万万没有想到，当我向父亲诉苦时，父亲的举动令我不敢相信，吃惊不已。父亲什么也没有说，只是用他那严厉的眼神看着我。我继续向父亲撒娇，可父亲不但不帮我，却一把给我推到了一边，我的眼泪瞬时用涌出了眼眶，大哭起来。

父亲指着我说道：；难道你母亲说的不对吗？；接着又训斥我一番，我当时一怒之下跑出家门。踏着厚厚的积雪，我边哭边跑，我没来得及穿上大衣，寒风呼呼地吹着，可我也顾不上冷了，我边哭边想，父亲怎么这样，难道他不喜欢我了？我越想越伤心，最后我回到了家里已经烧到了三十八度多了，毫无疑问我发烧了，父亲二话没说连忙领着我赶往医院。挂号和办各种手续，爸爸楼上楼下跑了好几趟，累得汗流浃背，当我躺在病床上，点滴一滴滴躺了下来。父亲一直陪护在我的床边。那时我们互相看着，谁也没说一句话，我有点发觉，我似乎伤了父亲的心，就像一个钉子定在木头上，虽然可以拔出，蛋木头上的钉子口是永远去不掉的。这时父亲终于开口说话了：；孩子，爸爸也是为了你好，你可以记恨父亲，蛋你可不能放弃学习呀，你知道文化在这个时代是多么的重要吗？只有有了文化才能在社会上立住足呀。；我的眼泪又一次涌了出来，可这一次的眼泪是包含着我终于领会父亲的苦心而而后悔我所做的一切。

虽然这件事已经过去好几年了，可至今让我难以忘怀。

我的父亲，没有高大的身躯，但在我心中他如山般伟岸。他廋廋的，额头刻下了一条条皱纹，头上的白发宛如流星滑过一般，岁月在他身上留下了很多痕迹，但父亲温和率真的性格、吃苦耐劳的品质仍一如从前。

我的父亲是地地道道的农民，现在，由于经济的需求，他不得不重操旧业，当瓦匠师傅。他每天6点多钟就从家里出发，晚上7点多才回家。为了这个家，他不辞辛苦的劳作。每次看到他的那双手，我就忍不住想流泪。那是怎样的一双手啊，手掌结出了厚厚的老茧，有的地方甚至裂开了口，犹如高山峡谷一样，关节突起，皮肤黝黑，没有一处不写满辛苦。虽然如此劳累，但他没有任何埋怨，他总是乐观的面对一切。他让我明白了，生活虽然艰辛，但我们一定要笑着好好过下去。

父亲很关心我。记得在全福河上小学时，父亲每天都会给我送来香喷喷的午饭，虽然不算是美味佳肴，但是里面含着父爱的味道。所以我总是洋溢着幸福的笑脸。在我的记忆里，我从来没有挨过父亲的打，我若是犯错了，他会耐心地跟我讲道理。我从小身体素质就差，经常是医院的常客，为了治好我的皮肤病，父母也是想尽了办法。我的肠胃不太好，父亲经常要冒着风雨送我去弄药。想到这些，我便常感叹父母的不易，更感谢父母一直以来对我的照顾。

以前家里为我治病，花了不少钱，手头紧时也会找别人借，因为父亲诚实守信，所以大家也会很乐意地帮助。记得有一次，父亲找他人借了一笔钱，答应在十五以前还给那人（只有十天了）。眼看期限就要到了，可钱还不够，别人都说推迟几天也不要紧。但父亲认为答应还就一定要按时还，说话要算话。为了凑齐欠款，父亲每天都给别人加夜班，在那十天内，父亲憔悴了许多，最后，钱终于如期还给了那人。这时，他才开心地舒了一口气。父亲也用他的言行告诉了我：要做一个诚实守信的人。

父亲很孝顺，很懂得体贴人。在我父亲12岁时，爷爷就去世了，只有婆婆一人撑起整个家庭。从那时起，他每天早上就随婆婆到田里去劳动，晚上还要洗衣服，即便是现在，也是如此。他对婆婆总是嘘寒问暖的，而且不发脾气，有好动西就给婆婆吃。父亲还是“五好丈夫”，每到过年，他都忙里忙外，会准备好所有一切，为母亲减少了很多事情。

父亲在我学习上、生活中、做人方面，给了我无尽的帮助，“滴水之恩当涌泉相报”，请相信吧，我不会辜负他的期望！

父亲的爱

The only thing on my husband‘s description would be the word fun written in big red letters along the top. Although he is a selfless caregiver and provider, our children think of him more as a combination of a jungle gym and bozo and clown.

Our parenting styles compliment each other. His style is a nonstop adventure where no one has to worry about washing their hands, eating vegetables, or getting cavities. My style is similar to Mussolini. I‘m too busy worrying to be fun. Besides, every time I try, I am constantly outdone by my husband.I bought my children bubble gum flavored toothpaste and I taught them how to brush their teeth in tiny circles so they wouldn‘t get cavities. They thought it was neat until my husband taught them how to rinse by spitting out water between their two front teeth like a fountain.I took the children on a walk in the woods and, after two hours, I managed to corral a slow ladybug into my son‘s insect cage. I was cool until their father came home, spent two minutes in the backyard, and captured a beetle the size of a Chihuahua.

I try to tell myself I am a good parent even if my husband does things I can‘t do. I can make sure my children are safe, warm, and dry. I‘ll stand in line for five hours so the children can see Santa at the mall or be first in line to see the latest Disney movie. But I can‘t wire the VCR so my

children can watch their favorite video.I can carry my children in my arms when they are tired, tuck them into bed, and kiss them goodnight. But I can‘t flip them upside down so they can walk on the ceiling or prop them on my shoulders so they can see the moths flying inside of the light fixture.I can take them to doctor appointments, scout meetings, or field trips to the aquarium, but I‘ll never go into the wilderness, skewer a

worm on a hook, reel in a fish, and cook it over an open flame on a piece of tin foil.

I‘ll even sit in the first row of every Little League game and cheer until my throat is sore and my tonsils are raw, but I‘ll never teach my son how to hit a home run or slide into first base.

As a mother I can do a lot of things for my children, but no matter how hard I try--I can never be their father.

A Visit to the Flower Show

Last week Nature Park held a flower show. I went to visit it with my friends. I was very glad to see so many beautiful flowers in the park. I was really amazed to see a sea of colourful

flowers. They told me that some rare flowers came from Taiwan. Thousands of people stopped and watched them carefully. I took many pictures there. Taiwan has always been a part of our country. I am sure sooner or later we can go there to see many more beautiful flowers. What great fun it will be.
