每年过年，我们全家人都聚在一起吃汤圆，意味着全家团团圆圆，吉祥美满。

元宵节晚上吃完饭，妈妈和奶奶就开始忙着准备亲手包汤圆!我也兴致冲冲的跑上帮忙。我也想亲手制作“团团圆圆”!

开始包汤圆了，我先把面粉搓成圆形，然后压扁，学着妈妈样子，用汤勺挖了一点放在面团上。然后把口封住，揉成圆，可是里面的豆沙老是不太乖跑出来，妈妈笑了笑说：“傻孩子，豆沙放的太多了，当然包不住，你看还破了洞，煮的时候会漏出来!”就这样，第一个失败了。不过没关系，我用重新开始，这次一点也不贪心，比上次少了一点，双手合并，把它揉成一个圆球，豆沙是包了进去可是形状很是难看!妈妈，看了我一眼笑笑说没关系，继续加油!就这样我包了一个又一个，包的也是越来越漂亮!

该到了下汤圆时候，热气腾腾的汤圆在锅里沸腾，圆圆的汤圆，其中有几个最丑的一看就是我做的了!哈哈!不管怎样我都学会了包汤圆!真开心!

天，我刚从午睡中醒来，走出大厅看见奶奶正在搓着一团粉团，我问：“奶奶你搓粉团干嘛?”奶奶说;“彬彬想吃汤圆吗?”我说：“当然想吃。”奶奶说;“想吃就动手。”

这是宋代人诗人姜白石写元宵节的诗。今天是正月十五元宵节，更巧的是正逢我们学校的开学第一天。

以往的元宵节，我们吃的都是从超市里买来的汤圆，而今年却与往常不同，妈妈决定自己做汤圆，我一听高兴极了，马上自告奋勇地要求帮忙。我们先把糯米粉和水搅拌成一团。“水不可以太多，多了会过稀，少了又会没有粘性。”妈妈手把手教我。和成一团后，又使劲揉，因为这样才更均匀，然后搓成一个个小团，再取一小团搓成圆球状，用手指在上面按一个小窝，把做好的馅放进去。“馅不能放太多，否则会露馅的！”妈妈提醒我。最后把小窝的口封好搓圆，一个汤圆就做好了。

包好了！终于可以下锅了。妈妈故意要试我，便把煮汤圆的任务交给了我，并告诉我一些煮汤圆的诀窍。我先把水烧开，把汤圆小心地贴着边滚下去，然后盖上锅盖，站在锅前耐心地等。没过一会，汤圆浮出了水面，我迫不及待地掀开锅盖，在阵阵热气中，白白胖胖的汤圆在水中漂浮着，你挤我，我挤你，好像一颗颗硕大的珍珠。我用家里最大的五彩玻璃碗装好汤圆，然后往里面加了许多糖，端上桌，爸爸妈妈尝了都赞不绝口，我也咬了一口汤圆，咦？味道还真不错，香软糯滑，让人吃了一个想两个，吃了两个想三个。

我吃着汤圆，听着窗外此起彼伏的鞭炮声，看着热闹的元宵节晚会，我很开心，虽然没有像其他孩子那样出去放烟花，但我学会了做汤圆、煮汤圆。这真是个令人难忘的元宵节！

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses

are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at

the gate.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together

and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock

strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers

and other fireworks to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year,

almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. When

people meet on the way, they say to each other "Happy New Year". Friends

and relatives pay new year calls and gives presents to each other. Children

indulge themselves in games.
