来到大街上，只见大街路灯上都挂满了灯笼，16个路灯为一组，一边8个。我们走走走，走到桥上，桥上也支起了灯笼“门”。“门”的第一排有4个大灯笼，上面写着“恭贺新春”;第2排10个灯笼;下面就16个一排;直到倒数第2排，又是10个;最后排也是4个，上面也有4个大字，为“新春快乐”。

再看桥中心的小广场的休息长廊，一共有10个大理石座椅，大理石座椅上方有4个大灯笼，大灯笼也是10组。平均每个小格格，也是每个大理石座椅上都有4个大灯笼，呈弧形，最侧边还挂着一个大灯笼。

元宵·赏灯上

到了大广场中间，只见一个大灯笼，大概是我的10倍，大灯笼上边挂9个小灯笼。大灯笼中间有一头麒麟，麒麟代表祥瑞，而麒麟两侧刚分别有一只仙鹤守护。仙鹤旁边是一对小兔，小兔手中抱着一个金元宝，小兔侧边还是一对仙鹤。大主体后边则还有一些礼品，炮竹，对联福字等。其实，这是一辆花车!它的主题是“玉兔送福”。

元宵·赏灯下

别只顾看中心的，我们还有一些小兔在草坪上愉快地玩耍呢!

草坪中心有一对兔子，兔爷爷戴着一副小眼镜，向大家“恭喜恭喜”，而兔奶奶却提着一个果篮，可能在发给小兔们吧!瞧!兔奶奶旁边有两只小兔，一只小男兔一只小女兔，小女兔手拿一个苹果，哦，这是兔奶奶给她的吧!小男兔则一边笑，一边拿着灯笼想去看看元宵节到底怎样热闹呢!而兔爷爷身旁有三只小兔，两只小女兔，一只小男兔。看!兔奶奶也给了那小女兔苹果，她正开心地笑呢!另一只小女兔则坐在她最爱吃的大蘑菇上戴着大红蝴蝶结，笑嘻嘻地想说些什么。那只调皮的小男兔手拿一串鞭炮，也不怕把自己给炸喽!胆子真够大呀!

首先，就社会现状而言，当今的托管老师普遍都是女性，这就间接的影响到一些男孩的身心健康发展，从而缺少男性所特有的阳刚之气而趋向于母性化。所以，大力发展男性幼师推广父性教育是一项非常重要的工作。另外，我对托管老师行业具有很大的兴趣。在校期间，我所学习的教育学与心理学的成绩都非常突出，并且我具有普通话二级甲等证书。我认为这些也是对托管老师这一行业的基础。在思想上，我对现代幼儿教育方法也有一些自己的想法。当今社会中大都是传统意义上的幼儿园，其实质就属于寄托班，缺乏真正意义上的特色教育方式。虽然根据现有的国情和居民生活水平的差异使得我们必须面临这样的现实，但是渴望孩子受到特色教育的家长还是占很大的比例，所以特色幼儿教育是一项非常有发展前景的行业。我所说的特色教育不是单纯的双语教育和现在所流行的蒙式教育。我设想的教育方式是以发展儿童天性为基础，根据幼儿兴趣所选修的特定教育方法。如果园领导需要，我会详细的说明我的想法。

当然，对于我从事托管老师这个行业会有很多的困难，我自身也有很多的不足，我对特色教育的理解仅仅是我自己的一些粗浅的认识，而且我缺乏工作经验，专业不对位。这些我都能够清楚的看待，我相信我具有坚定的意志，对于自身的不足，我会通过不懈的努力和在工作中的锻炼、学习来弥补，从而提高自身能力不断完善自我。对于传统教育的改革，虽然我不会起到关键性的作用，但我也希望能贡献出自己的一份力量，因为我怀揣着对托管老师事业的理想。

最后，我真诚的希望园领导能够给我一次实现理想的机会，我相信我最后能否胜任这一职业靠的是实力而不是运气。同样，我也会为园里做出我最大的贡献。

大家好，我是一位男生，五官端正，而且长得又英浚我在学校遵守学校的规章制度，爱惜公共财产。我的思想品德很好，有一颗仁慈的心。特别是我不会乱扔垃圾，会扔到垃圾桶里。很少人有这个习惯，这个习惯是了解我的人都知道的。我也会帮助我的家人、老师、同学和陌生人等等吧!我的学习一样也很好，得过很多奖，其中学科的有：电脑、作文和数学。我的各门科目都是学得很好的。我也非常聪明。我体育比较好，每节课的热身长跑，我都是第一个跑完。我的体育成绩固然也不错。我喜欢踢球、打羽毛球、打乒乓球、爬山和旅游。我能积极参加劳动，劳动时从不逃跑，而且认真、负责地完成劳动任务。

我长着一头美丽的长发，散下来像一个瀑布。我的眼睛大大的，眼球黑黑的，像两颗宝石，看起来炯炯有神。

我爱好画画。有一次，我画了一幅画，画的名字叫《美丽的天使》，老师边看我的画边夸奖我，我心里开心极了！我的爱好不仅仅是画画，我还喜欢跳舞。去年，我和老师去上海比赛，我穿着美丽的舞蹈服，站在绚丽的舞台上。本来心里还很害怕，可是开始跳时，我心里就没有刚上台的时候那么害怕了，反而感到很开心。比赛结束了，我就和老师回去了。过了几天，比赛名次出来了，发奖时，我有点不开心。因为我只得了第二名，但是我告诉自己，不要泄气，明年一定会得第一名，加油！

这个星期一，是元宵节，但是我留在了学校度过这一年的元宵节。可是我没有想到这次还要自己来包汤圆自己吃。

我们这桌有8个人，过了一会儿我们这桌有四个人“失踪”了，这是为什么呢?过了一会儿我看到有一群人围在一个桌子旁边，我走过去看了一下，原来在和面!，我们这桌的四名“失踪”的人也在这里和面。只见她们一会把面团拿起来，一会又用手把面团按下去，她们一直反复的做这几个动作。不一会儿她们就把面团拿过来了。随后，我们就开始包汤圆了。

食堂阿姨没有给我们陷所以我们这桌把他刚才没有吃完的花生“奉献”出来了，只见他们拿起一个小小的面团，然后把花生塞了进去。我叫他们不要塞花生进去，可是他们不听。可我想到：这些汤圆包起来是我们自己吃的。等一下自己吃到了自己包的“花生汤圆”这就是自作自受了。可是如果别人吃到了，这真是害人害己呀!

过了一段时间，我看见我们这桌的汤圆有盗版的“花生汤圆”，还有各种形状各异的汤圆，比如：三角形的汤圆，大小不一的汤圆，正方形的汤圆……我又看了看我们后面那一桌的的汤圆哪像我们这一桌的汤圆呀!他们的汤圆排列整齐，汤圆的形状都是一样的，汤圆的大小出在微乎其微呀!而我们这一桌的汤圆大小不一，形状各异，还有盗版的“花生汤圆”。真的是一个天堂、一个地狱呀!

过了一会儿，食堂阿姨就把汤圆拿走了，可是我们这一桌还有一大团面还没有做完呢!所以就被那些人拿去玩了。过了几分钟，我早就已经排在队伍里面了。里面的水是甜的，所以汤圆也是甜的，这真是“一分耕耘，一分收获”啊!

这次包汤圆让我知道了团结就是力量，和一份耕耘，一份收获。
