1.对“材料作文”的基本认识

2.对本次作文材料的基本理解

材料为两句话，前一句强调时间的短暂易逝，后一句强调时间的恒久漫长。这是一道颇富有思辨意味的命题。时间作为一种客观存在，由每个不可重复的瞬间构成，永无穷尽。时间的长与短是一种客观存在，也可以是一种主观认识。从一定意义上讲，时间的长与短也可以理解多与少、快与慢。

3、对本次作文材料的基本立意

本道作文题的外延较大，立意时需化大为小，化虚为实，联系现实生活中某一话题来确定立意。从“人生”“生命”“自然”“文化”“艺术”等话题入手，紧扣“时间”这一核心概念，深入剖析或生动描述。

可就第一句话写：面对时间的短暂，我们无需感伤，而应珍惜；也可就第二句来写：面对时间的漫长，我们不应放纵，不能虚度。但也可就两方面来写：联系生命历程与生命价值，强调在短暂的历程中创造（追求、向往、思考……）永恒（伟大、有意义、有品位……）的价值。也可结合具体载体如文化、艺术等表达对随着时间长短的变迁或永恒或消逝的慨叹。

1.判分原则

作文阅卷要公正公平；坚持内容与形式统一的原则，注重考查考生运用祖国语言文字表情达意的能力，要从切题、立意、选材、结构、文体等写作基本能力和语文素养诸方面进行全面衡量，综合量分。

符合文体要求，指符合考生选定文体的要求。须注意的是，若出现具有个性化文体样式的作文，如杂文、剧本、故事新编等，只要运用恰当，要敢打高分。

2.判分等级

一类63～70；二类56～62；三类49～55；四类42～48；五类28～41；六类27分以下。

3.几点说明

【立意】

①立意偏差，但未完全偏，勉强符合题意，原则上定为四类卷；若语言功夫好，可适度上浮。

②立意从材料的某一词语或某一句话而来，断章取义，偏离材料基本含义。尽管立意不准确，但语言功夫尚可，此类作文原则上定为四类卷及以下。

③立意与和行文完全与材料无关，此类作文定为五类卷及以下。

【文体】

记叙类要形象鲜明、感情真挚，切忌平淡叙事；议论类言之有据、辩之有理，切忌泛泛而谈。对于体裁创新，立意准确，语言精当，可适当提高一档，以适应2015年江苏《高考说明（语文）》的要求。

【其他】

①作文评分应坚持兼顾“语文素养”。凡词汇贫乏、语言无味、面目可憎者，凡前言不搭后语、逻辑思路混乱者，凡书写潦草、错别字、病句较多者，一律下浮一个档次；严重者直接判入六类卷。

②文体模糊不明，最高不超过41分；文体不伦不类，且语文素养较差者，视为六类卷。

③特别提醒，不能只从立意上简单评分。一方面，同一角度中的立意表达有高下之分；另一方面，即使同一立意，也要看语言表达、思想深刻如何。

4.个案处理

①确认抄袭，其中有三分之二以上的篇幅与原作相同，最高不超过20分；内容基本相同的，最高不超过10分。

②写成诗歌的，一律提交阅卷组长处理。

③完篇而字数不足，正常评分之后，再扣字数不足分，每少50字扣1分，扣满三分为止；明显未完篇的，视篇幅和内容的实际情况而定，但最高分不能超过46分。（不满100字，0～5分；200字左右，6～10分；300字左右，11～20分；400字左右，21～30分；500字左右，31～40分；600字左右，41～46分）；未完篇的不再扣字数不足分。

④游戏考试、游戏人生、语言格调很低的“问题卷”，最高不超过40分；凡思想感情庸俗低下，即使切题，最高不超过20分；如果内容恶俗不堪，最高不超过10分。

⑤卷面、错别字扣分，每错（别）一字扣1分，扣满5分为止。

⑥缺作文题，扣2分。
