屈原也有一个梦想：要使自己的祖国更强大，不受秦国的欺压。于是他有了“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”这句名言。

这不仅是他崇高气节的写照，更是他追逐梦想的勇气与实现梦想的决心。

世人大多都碌碌无为，度过了短暂的一生，成为伟人的屈指可数，为何生在同一个世界，吃着同样的粮食，处在同一个年代，人的成就却如此的不同？放眼望去，你会发现，其实每一位伟人都有一个伟大的梦想。是民族解放？

是使祖国强大？是为全人类造福？是为后人留下精神食粮？还是……不管是什么，每个伟人都为着自己的梦想而奋斗，从未想过放弃。慢慢的，他们就成了一代伟人了。

噢，原来做一个伟大的人是如此的容易！

没错，就这么容易。

这就是梦想的力量。追逐梦想，永不放弃！

老师告诉我们，有一种蝉叫十八年蝉，它要在潮湿、昏暗的土壤下生活十八年，然后破土而出，用一个夏天来歌唱，最后默默的死去。我思索：是什么能够让它孤独地生活十八年？最后得出答案：是梦想，是歌唱的梦想！是这个梦想支撑着它，度过了孤单伟大的一生！

不要感叹人生苦短。拾起梦想的种子，用一生的时间去播种，在最后一刻去收获。你会发现，你的一生，其实很精彩、很充实！

在校期间，李杨对各门课程都充满浓厚的兴趣，课堂上她是听课最认真的一个，课下她还善于总结，理论联系实践，每遇到学习上的困难，她都会及时向老师请教，也愿意帮助同学解决困难，共同进步，她和老师们建立了深厚的师生情谊，和同学们建立了良好的友谊。通过她不懈的努力，每次考试都取得优异的成绩。她出生在普通的农民家庭，祖辈们勤俭节约的生活作风深深植入她的心中。一直严格要求自己，她深知在生活上要向低标准看齐，而在学习中要以高标准要求自己，保持良好的生活习惯，不攀比不浪费，与班内同学和谐相处，积极团结同学并得到同学的普遍认可。假期多次外出打工，吃苦耐劳，把自己零距离放置社会予以历练，使她各方面的才能都得到了锻炼和提高。

她知道作为一名职中生，唯一的出路就是好好学习，掌握好技能，才能在社会上有立足之地。李杨一直以一名优秀的中国共青团员的行为准则严格要求自己，积极参加校团工作，锻炼自身能力，多次被评为三好学生、优秀班干部，她积极向党组织靠拢，提交入党申请，因表现优秀，很快被光荣地吸收为中共党员。

2005年暑假，李杨和同学们一起被学校安排到北京市北戴河干部休养所实习。餐饮服务工作是非常辛苦的一项工作，摆台、上菜、撤台、翻桌，站立式服务一干就是一天，每天晚上十一点以前没有下过班，李杨从来没有叫过苦，她出色的表现也得到了单位领导的认可。返回学校后，单位领导一直和她保持联系，希望他毕业后能回北干休养所工作。2006年李杨在北京市委机关招待所工作1年后，根据工作需要调往秦皇岛市北京市北戴河干部休养所工作，担任餐饮部领班一职。她每天早上要了解早餐运作情况，适时更换早餐品种，检查安排大厅、餐厅、包厢及相关部位的卫生，查看设施设备的运转状况，检查监督服务员的出勤、仪容仪表是否达到要求，重点清查卫生和餐具的准备情况。早餐后又忙着进行中午、晚上的准备工作。李杨经过自己的不懈努力和摸爬滚打，2010年被提升为餐饮部服务主管，负责暑期接待市领导的工作。首先是接待前的准备工作，对新来的实习学员进行仪容仪表、礼貌礼仪、中西餐摆台及专业服务技能的整体培训工作;在暑期，李杨负责接待北京市委常委、政协主席、部级、副部级、局级以上的领导干部，她在日常工作中注重细节，牢记每位客人的饮食习惯，为他们提供个性化服务，她每天早出晚归，带领员工以积极的心态去工作，不论工作时间多久，从不抱怨、不懈怠。由于工作单位季节性强，在繁忙的暑期结束之后，李杨送走了一批批来所里疗养的领导，又开始给自己安排到北京各大五星级酒店进修，强化专业技能，提高管理水平。通过几年不断的努力和学习，2014年李杨提升为餐饮部副经理，在她的职业生涯中又上了一个台阶。

青春永远是美好的，可是真正的青春，只属于那些永远力争上游的人，永远忘我劳动的人，永远谦虚的人!要做一个这样高素质的人不是一句空话就可以的，它要付出比别人更多的努力，吃别人吃不了的苦，受别人受不了的累，李杨用她的实际行动见证了她的青春没有虚度!她把最好的青春年华奉献给了自己所热爱的事业，她的情感也留给了她的岗位，这里的一草一木都浸透着她的汗水，对干休所她有很深的感情，十年如一日，勤奋扎实、埋头苦干，让干休所的每一位领导满意就是她的理想!
