当我踏上那鲜红的跑道，我的心就一直忐忑不安，是因为自己参加的是1500米长跑，也更因为自己在上场比赛就不幸负伤的腿。“要不就别去啦，还是找人帮你跑吧！”对于老师，同学关心的询问及提议我都拒绝啦，不是因为我叛逆，而已因为我想要证明我自己，即是当来到场上任带有一丝不安。

望着发令员手中举起的发令枪，咬一咬牙，心想豁出去啦！伴随着那清脆的枪声，我奋力冲了出去。起始，感觉状态不错，所保持的节奏非常好，当然我也一路领先。 渐渐的，虽然以感到有些吃力，呼吸也变得愈加急促，但我依旧保持着较大的领先优势。不好！我在心里暗暗叫苦，当我跑到第三圈时，右腿开始变得疼痛起来，并且疼痛感就如决提的洪水一般连绵不断的涌来，我险些就要倒在赛场上了。面对着这剧烈的疼痛的折磨，我几乎想要放弃啦。但有一股声音传入了我的耳帘，知道我的心里，噢！那是同学们在为我加油，加油声此起彼伏，就像一股振奋人心的热泉，流入了我的心房。“我不能就这样轻易地倒下，即是不能拿到第一，我也要继续坚持；即是疼痛的折磨在剧烈，我也要继续坚持。这不仅仅是为了给那些在为我加油助威的同学一个满意的答卷，也更是为我自己完成一次意志的考验。”想到这，我把心一横，继续奔跑在赛道上。

即是被其他选手超越，即是那痛感愈加剧烈，我以不再在意，因为我知道，我如今不再是只仅仅参与了眼前的这一场比赛，我更在参与一场自我超越的比赛。

当跑到最后一圈时我已落在了后面，但这一切已不再是重点。因为我在比赛中坚持了，并坚持到了最后。虽然我没有得到比赛的第一，而我得到了另一个第一，我成功超越了自我！感动是沁人心脾的甘泉，感动是熏人欲醉的春风……如今我的记忆中也有了一次感动，那是一次被自己的感动！

Good morning, everyone! my name is lu xin. i am so happy to stand in front

of you to introduce myself. i am thirteen years old. i graduated from the no.1

primary school of our city. i like reading books and playing badminton. i hope

we can take exercises after class. besides, i like watching movies and listening

to pop music. i am sure there are some classmates have the common interests with

me. therefore, we can communicate with each other. in primary school, i did well

in chinese but math is not so good. i hope i can make progress in middle school.

半球形高脚杯里灌入了半杯红葡萄酒。

酒在杯里漾出层层细小的漩涡，荡出圈圈微妙的涟漪。

静置，让细长的杯脚慢慢地拖起这片红色的海洋。

沉淀在杯底的酒，像被一把利刀细细的勾勒，浑然一体。

轻轻地晃着酒杯，诱惑的紫红色液体悠悠地流动，映出昔日故人影。

窗外灯火阑珊，车水马龙，可这一切都与我无关。

举杯，饮尽，酒精渐渐麻醉了我。一种从未有过的味道在舌尖蔓延，但又好像只是匆匆穿肠过，我变得异常清醒起来。

终于忍不住眼泪肆虐，模糊了眼睛，我不知道我为什么这个世界是什么，也不知道我是谁。

我就那么懵懵懂懂地活着，既不光彩夺目，也不遭人唾弃。

当自己被世界的阳光丢于角落时，我很害怕自己会被周围星星点点的黑暗吞噬、淹没。那种恐惧感从心底悄然爬向我，像只无所不食的恶虫，狠狠的撕扯啃噬着我。我无法理智的看清自己，我看到别人是那么的优秀，我心中的天平就一直在倾斜。

岁月无情，迷惘之中渐渐被时光雕刻，发觉自己虚度的光阴累积的越来越多。时间有条不紊的流逝，蓦然惶恐起来，彼此之间开始逐走。究竟是为了什么而活？

恍惚间，感觉自己朦胧在氤氲的水汽中，若有若无，虚无缥缈，独自踱步于海岸上。过往的候鸟静卧休憩，看长河落日，看訇然的河水一路东流。久久伫立，目眺远方，海面上的水纹盘旋交织，沉默平稳的波痕在朝晖夕照里犹如铜汁浇铸的块状肌腱，透出凝重的粗犷的血色。一轮古铜色的太阳悄然在河滩上方沉落，溅起一河金色波光。这是多么令人美好的景色，我开始陶醉无法自拔，仿佛踮在一朵轻飘的云彩上面，殊不知自己与危险近在咫尺。我的眼有些肿胀，眼前的景色变得扑朔迷离。我突然一惊，这里是个美丽的陷阱，可望不可即。这让我感到很茫然，我看不清此景下面的真实面目。

复樽酒，微抿，又觉头晕目眩。

镂空的几扇桃木屏风罗列在前，我穿梭其间，见一女持刀凝神作态。

姐姐，正作何举？

我犹豫着上前，好心的与她搭讪。

女子毫不理会我的存在，走近细看，她正在端凝的雕刻。

雕刻……和她的容貌一模一样的玉石。

我有些纳闷。

女子手中的刀奇妙的转动，在雕像平实的脸上细细的描出美丽的条纹，充满灵气与活力。在这间素朴的屋子里，这个女子认真地在做一项伟大的工程，她手中的雕像的轮廓清晰的铺展开来，被女子这双神奇的手勾勒的细致完美。

我嗅到了熟悉的味道。

雕刻自己。

我喜欢这样。

酒残存嘴角，一条优美的弧线悄然绽放。

当觉得自己变得模糊了，用心去雕刻自己吧，也许，你会找到你苦苦寻求的答案。

Health is the best treasure (which) a man can possess. Money can do many things, but it cannot buy happiness. However, so long as man has good health, he can enjoy the pleasures of human life.

In order to insure good health we must pay attention to three things. They are-nourishing food, fresh air and proper exercise.
