亲爱的自己，你还好吗?天气转冷了，要注意防寒保暖。不够穿就去买几件，别拿自己的健康去开玩笑，该花还就是要花的，别省着，在这个世界上，除了你的亲人不会有别的人把你死活当回事，此刻你亲人都不在你身边，你要好好照顾自己、爱护自己、明白吗?

亲爱的自己，你出来工作也有两年多了吧?就应也受过不少委屈，流过不少泪吧?别灰心，你必须要坚强，没有人会同情你、可怜你，你也不小了，要学会应对挫折，也要学会忍耐，明白吗?

亲爱的自己，两年多了，有没有给自己定了个人生目标?你也不小了，此时都十九岁，不要那么贪玩了，学生时代已经成为了你的过去，不要什么事都想得太天真，你要勇敢地应对现实，在外面必须要努力工作，不要经常玩手机了，没用的，它只会浪费你的时间和金钱，有时间就买些书回来看看，给自己充充电，你也不想一辈子打工吧?虽然读书时你让你父母失望了，但期望你能再次点燃你父母的期望，早日让他们两老过上好日子，明白吗?

亲爱的自己，发觉你此刻越来越少说话了，因为什么?在玩自闭吗?以前的那些同学朋友多久没跟他们联系了吧?你电话簙多久没更新了?可能拨十个都有八个就是空号了吧?不要老以为自己有多了不起，你没钱没权的，不就是人人都会主动找你。放下你高傲你心态吧，找个时间打个电话给他们，向他们问声好，不然朋友全都陌生了。人、没有了朋友活着也没意思，要明白朋友才就是你人生旅途护航的人。

亲爱的自己，看到同龄的人天天吃喝玩乐，你很羡慕吧?别想了，那种生活不属于你，人家家里有钱，你家有吗?人家家里有权，你家有吗?都没有吧?就是不就是以前也埋怨过父母?如果就是，那你就错了，父母为了你们几姐弟省吃省穿的，辛苦了大半辈子，也没得到什么，全都为了你几姐弟。你要学会体谅父母，理解父母，明白吗?

亲爱的自己，简单地说吧，总而言之，为了家人、也为了你自己，此时从此刻起，你必须要努力奋斗，创造一片好未来，明白吗?最后，也祝你能够天天快乐，幸福。

当今社会，人们的身体稍有一点儿胖就怨声载道，整天唉声叹气，努力去减肥。可是，你注意到了自己的精神脂肪了吗？

答案多半是否定的。所以，我要说：减去自己的精神脂肪吧！ 要想减去它，就要先搞清楚“精神脂肪”是什么，有什么危害，还有应该怎样减掉呢？

首先，所谓“精神脂肪”，这是什么呢？顾名思义：这当然是指精神，品格上一些不好的行为了，比如：贪赃枉法、见利忘义如此种种也是千百年来遭世人所唾弃的。即使是当今社会，也有很多人依然留有这样的恶习，如果放任这种不良的精神痼疾而不知悔改，最终只能咽下的是害人害己的苦果。例如重庆的文强，他滥用职权，拉帮结派，危害社会，最终走向了一条自我毁灭的道路。这难道不是典型的精神脂肪过多吗？！所以我们就必须要进行“精神减肥”。 当然，我们并不悲观。常言道“浪子回头金不换”。现实中也有许多成功“减肥”的人值得我们学习。

记得2010年春晚有这样一个根据真人真事改编的小品，讲的是一对夫妇俩经营着一家彩票t注站，他们帮一位老主顾垫钱买了一注彩票，没想到这注彩票却中了500万元。面对这从天而降的巨款，人人都会心动，更何况钱还是他们自己出的。可夫妇俩经过了一番思想挣扎后毅然把真相告诉了那位主顾，放弃了触手可及的500万元。这不正是使自己“减肥”成功，赢得世人尊敬和心灵宁静典型的例子吗？！不正是我们学习和努力的方向吗？！

朋友们，“精神减肥”，我们势在必行！精神脂肪过多堆积只能带我们一步步滑向黑暗的深渊；而剔除不良的精神脂肪，才能使我们找到人之为人的意义与心灵的和平宁静。所以，重中之重，我们自己要洁身自好，排斥不良诱惑。我们青少年分辨是非的能力还不太成熟，在各种各样的事物冲击下极易误入歧途。因此，常给精神世界减减“肥”，剔除不良思想，保留一份真善美显得尤为重要！

就让我们一起动起来吧！大声呼喊：“减去自己的精神脂肪！”
