在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

There is an old saying goes that failure is the mother of success. Everyone

confronts with failures even those famous and successful figures. Some people

say that failure lashes them to work harder. Some think that failures are so

depressing and we should not to make any failures. For me, I cherish failures

自己的事情都做不好，自己的责任都不承担，那么还能指望去承担什么呢？

这些天心情很是不爽，心底藏着隐隐的痛。这心痛不是为自己，也不是为家人和朋友，这心痛的诱因来自于几位因违纪而被学校处分的学生。我为他们轻率地犯下过错而扼腕，为他们自毁前程的行为而叹息。虽然他们是专科学生，但毕竟也经历了从小学到初中、再到高中、直至大学的十五年寒窗生涯，就在距离毕业还剩下不到半个月的时候，他们不得不与曾经的校园说“拜拜”，不得不与触手可及的美好未来说“再见”。

我们学校开设的专业有点儿特殊，学生毕业前都需要经过国家主管机关的职业资格认证考试，获取相应资格证书，方可在毕业后上岗工作。而这几位学生就是在参加这个考试的时候，因为一念之差，毁掉了自己的前程。他们利用从制售的犯罪团伙处购买来的假身份证，在职业资格证书的考试过程中替考和被替考，被主管机关的考官当场抓获。为了严肃校纪校规，根据学校的《学生学籍管理规定》，这四名学生受到了除名的处分。

在研究对这几名学生的处分决定时，我的心里很矛盾。会上，我的态度比较暧昧，与大家坚定的神情和一致要求严肃处理的强硬态度形成了一定的反差。我觉得：对待临近毕业的学生似乎应该宽容一些，“人性化”一些，要给孩子们一个改过的机会。我不希望这些学生得到今天这样的结局，尽管我心里也对他们隐忍着“恨铁不成钢”的愤懑。我宁愿给他们一个“留校察看”的处分，哪怕让他们留级呢，也能够保留一个相对美好的未来。“开除”——这样的处理对一个年轻人来讲是太过严厉了，这个决定，将他们原本晴朗辽阔的未来的天空一下子涂抹上了浓密的乌云。

我知道自己的想法有些“妇人之仁”，我理解参加会议的其他人员对我意见的否定，但我还是忍不住对这些孩子们惋惜——特别是那两个平时学习成绩较好的学生，他们可都是在第一次全国统考的时候就将七门功课一次性全部通过了的呀。而在他们基本上获得了专业资格证书的时候，就是为了所谓的“仗义”，就是为了那么一股子“哥们儿”义气，而不惜毁掉了自己。他们太忽视法律的威严，太轻视规则的力量了。“年轻”、“不懂事”是对他们这一行为的最好解释，但“不懂事”就需要付出代价的，只可惜这次的代价实在是太高了。

于是，我不得不想：我们平日里的教育到底缺失了些什么？我们应如何让学生们了解他们该怎样对自己负责？我们国家的教育是存在很大缺陷的，这问题并不仅仅存在于某个学校，这种现象是极为普遍的，也是我们国民所见怪不怪的。不论小学、中学还是大学，我们的教育总是更侧重于对知识的灌输，而不是对人生理念的培养。而我们现如今十分倡导的所谓“素质教育”，竟然演化成对特长、专长的盲目追求，好像只要是参加了某个特长班，只要是掌握了某项特殊技能，就算是完成了素质教育。正是这种教育的走偏，导致了国民整体素质的下滑。

如今，我们的孩子们一味地凭意气用事，根本就没有学会顾及后果，为自己或他人的将来着想。他们连对自己负责都做不到，将来又怎么能够对家庭负责、对社会负责呢？只有学会对自己负责，才能做到对他人负责，也才能真正对社会负责。如果那两个初次考试不合格的孩子能够更加努力的积极备考而不是想方设法搞歪门邪道，如果那两个好学生能够坚定不移地维护自己的切身利益、对自己负责或对自己同学的错误想法进行适当规劝而不是同流合污，那么事情的结果就将是另一个样子了。

涉险触“雷区”，使得这四名学生失去了继续学习的机会，也失去了本该到手的大学毕业证书。我不知道这次的惨痛教训会给这几个孩子留下怎样的人生印痕？但我可以想见他们家长得知这件事情后的失望与揪心。都是为人父母者，孩子遇到这样的事，家长如何能安心？但“教育”并不仅仅是学校的责任，我们的家庭、我们的社会在这方面又起到了多大的作用呢？特别是我们做家长的，在身体力行、以身作则方面，又做得怎样呢？

你现在还只是一个人，也许不是一个人。虽然你有很多的朋友，但你很纠结，不知道，该怎么选择。哦，我想起来了，昨天你才刚刚伤心了一阵呢？你最好的朋友要走了，也许吧，一开始呢？你并没有把她当做真正的朋友，但是她用心将你唤醒，你不得不承认：她对你太好了！

艰难无奈时总会想起她，可不幸运啊，你却阴差阳错的交了另一个朋友，你说你很无奈。还笑得那样无耻，别人问起你和她们的关系，你总笑笑说，我也不知道该怎么选择，一个在黑暗中给我光明，一个在孤单时给我希望，你真是不想让她们失望。

于是啊，你努力地撮合着她们。你还妄想着，有那么一天，你们会拉着小手，快乐地在世界里游荡着。可谁知道，世界上不如愿的事情多的多呢？你们没有如愿呵，恐怕，现在你都不知道为什么？有人说他们在互相说着对方的坏话，你倒也无所谓，那些有的没的，弄假成真的，搞那么较真干什么？搞老搞去太僵了也不好，是吧？！

可是，别人可不这么认为？你那漠然的态度，不得不使人伤心一阵了？你还真的无所谓了？！无知的人可能都会说：太忘恩负义了吧，这人，早死了好！

知道的也只能叹着气路过了。可昨天呢？剧情可高潮了，你居然知道你的朋友要走了，于是愤愤然的低了一封绝交信给朋友1，还告诉她原因了，朋友倒是很宽容的一孩子，又去找其他的朋友了，虽然很伤心。

你又一鼓作气，准备着给你最好的朋友来个“永远的记忆”，你们变得好了，虽然她很内疚，你也很内疚啊！对于朋友1你们还真是无奈。

朋友同样还是很喜欢你，对你还是有股不死心。

那天呢，朋友给了你一对本子，告诉你很朋友说：我走了，希望你们好。

你愧疚的笑了笑，没心没肺？不啊，心和肺都要掏了出来了，多感伤啊！

那天，你和朋友去送你最亲爱的朋友时，想流泪了，但你忍住了，还是那股漠然的模样，真想让人揍一顿啊，就这样，你们就分开了。

也许最后你才明白，最不珍惜的恰恰才是最值得珍惜的啊。

Today is Saturday. I stay at home with my parents.
