out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a familys home

altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory

is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing

food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers.

With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the

honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the

spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and

spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good

harvests and more children.

Generally speaking, life in high school is busy and fulfilling, due to the

ultimate goal---College Entrance Examination. Many people say that there is no

fun left but bored study and endless exercises. However, as a high school

student, I can’t agree with them. Personally, I live a fruitful but happy life

in high school. It can’t be denied that study is my priority that I must spend

我终于站在了断桥上，我的腿抖得更厉害了，我硬着头皮继续向前走。“我数3、2、1，你跳过去。”教练的喊声里充满了欣喜与鼓励，“3、2、1，跳。”我迈开脚步跳了过去，不等教练说让我坐我就坐了下来，先松一只脚再松另一只脚，很快教练把我放了下来。

明朝宋濂，家境贫寒，甚至读书也要靠借用“大方之家”的书。一贫如洗正是他最大的弱点，正是他治学的最大障碍！但他又何等顽强，负箧赤足在深山之中行走，脚上皮肤因为天寒地冻早已裂开，四肢因风雨侵蚀早已僵硬……但即便如此，也挡不住他求学之路。

他克服了自己最大的弱点——贫苦。在别人过着锦衣玉食的生活时，在他人腰白玉之环头戴红缨之冠时，他“略无慕艳”。是啊，“以中有足乐者，不知口体之奉不若人也”。

宋濂之所以成一代大儒，是因为他克服了自己最大的弱点，而弱点克服之时便是成功之日。

嗨！没我要你知道，你的路还很长，你才十二三岁，你可以让眼泪翻坠，可以让笑声染人，你记得周三早上吗？下早自习，你回家吃早饭，你看见路边深秋的落叶在路边铺了厚厚一层，不仅觉得叶子的生命好短暂，就想起课本中的《蝉》这篇课文，不禁想哭，可是突然觉得自己好娘。“我可是奔二的纯爷们儿了呀。”你在心里偷偷地鄙视了自己了一下。去学校，走进教室，你就看见同学们在努力地思考早自习语文老师布置的关于比赛的作文，有的在停停写写，有的翻阅作文书和自己的精彩语录摘抄本，当然教室里面最后两排的同学依然在哪里嘻嘻笑笑，你径自回到座位上，看到前座女同学的马尾辫，真好看。可是我该写点什么呢。上午的第四节课是体育课，你在打篮球，马尾女同学没有在球场边呢，算了不打了，还是回教室吧，毕竟我还没做完作业，嗨，你说实话，是不是真的没做完作业还是该在这儿的人没在这儿呢？下午放学回家，你和几个好朋友一路“勾肩搭背”，说说笑笑，谈起今天的作业，你仰起头大笑，笑声在偏僻的小镇是最美的存在，当然你的小秘密也是你内心的柔软之所在。

但是，你要知道，路还很长，种子的萌芽，长出第一片叶，抽枝、开花、结果是一个艰难的过程，在雪山上存活何其多舛，做一条会飞的鱼何其艰辛，可是你又何其所幸，你又家人的亲情灌溉，你有朋友的友情温暖，你有老师的关爱助你飞翔。

你要相信，你是一个优秀的人，你会开花，你会温暖，你会飞翔，飞到离太阳最近的地方，和我手舞足蹈聊着那些年，我们的事儿。现在只希望你好好学习，天天向上。

We are always told that time is precious so that we shall cherish it. Even

though most of us know the necessity of making use of time, when we start our

plans, we find that time is limited. Where has the time gone, we always feel

confused about it. Actually, it is the lack of efficiency that makes people feel

time is not enough. It is in need of improving efficiency. Most students cant

focus their mind on study because they think of all kinds of temptations, such

as delicious food and computer games. If they can finish task quickly, then they

can do other things. It is the motivation to improve efficiency.

People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty

in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the

morning, so I decided to take a walk. The street was very quiet and there were

many old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the city

looked so clean and beautiful. Some coffee shops decorates so well, which

attrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a green

city. I liked this feeling so much. At this moment, I found the city was so

lovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.
