犹记得初一第一学期的半期考试很不理想，当时的我很难过----这是一个不好的开始。我的同桌是一个活泼开朗的女孩，但成绩也很不理想，这次考试甚至还没有我好，我一天天变得沉默寡言起来，而她却依旧每天嘻嘻哈哈，当我还沉浸在过往的失意中无法自拔时，她的成绩已经慢慢提升，在班上名列前茅。当看到成绩单时，我不禁有些困惑，明明以前她考得没我好，为什么现在却超过我这么多?看到她明媚的笑容，我终于懂了-----她有着一颗乐观的心，面对挫折，她不像我一蹶不振，而是更加努力，面对失意，她不像我这般自怨自艾，而是用微笑去面对。想到这儿，顿时豁然开朗，潜移默化下，我也开始试着乐观的面对所有的事情，保持一颗永远乐观的心，这时，我发现生活中原来有这么多美好，这是我以前从未注意到的。

乐观，可以感染他人。

当今社会，人们的身体稍有一点儿胖就怨声载道，整天唉声叹气，努力去减肥。可是，你注意到了自己的精神脂肪了吗？

答案多半是否定的。所以，我要说：减去自己的精神脂肪吧！ 要想减去它，就要先搞清楚“精神脂肪”是什么，有什么危害，还有应该怎样减掉呢？

首先，所谓“精神脂肪”，这是什么呢？顾名思义：这当然是指精神，品格上一些不好的行为了，比如：贪赃枉法、见利忘义如此种种也是千百年来遭世人所唾弃的。即使是当今社会，也有很多人依然留有这样的恶习，如果放任这种不良的精神痼疾而不知悔改，最终只能咽下的是害人害己的苦果。例如重庆的文强，他滥用职权，拉帮结派，危害社会，最终走向了一条自我毁灭的道路。这难道不是典型的精神脂肪过多吗？！所以我们就必须要进行“精神减肥”。 当然，我们并不悲观。常言道“浪子回头金不换”。现实中也有许多成功“减肥”的人值得我们学习。

记得2010年春晚有这样一个根据真人真事改编的小品，讲的是一对夫妇俩经营着一家彩票t注站，他们帮一位老主顾垫钱买了一注彩票，没想到这注彩票却中了500万元。面对这从天而降的巨款，人人都会心动，更何况钱还是他们自己出的。可夫妇俩经过了一番思想挣扎后毅然把真相告诉了那位主顾，放弃了触手可及的500万元。这不正是使自己“减肥”成功，赢得世人尊敬和心灵宁静典型的例子吗？！不正是我们学习和努力的方向吗？！

朋友们，“精神减肥”，我们势在必行！精神脂肪过多堆积只能带我们一步步滑向黑暗的深渊；而剔除不良的精神脂肪，才能使我们找到人之为人的意义与心灵的和平宁静。所以，重中之重，我们自己要洁身自好，排斥不良诱惑。我们青少年分辨是非的能力还不太成熟，在各种各样的事物冲击下极易误入歧途。因此，常给精神世界减减“肥”，剔除不良思想，保留一份真善美显得尤为重要！
