五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

不会用英文写作文是绝大多数学生的通病。作文是由句子构成，一个正确的句子需要用正确的句型、正确的词组，正确的时态构成。训练学生的答题技巧和书写方面的好习惯。写好作文，没有诀窍，只有多写多练。

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。
