在国庆假期里，最快乐的事就是妈妈带我去动物园游玩。

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

直到某一次排演时，我下定决心放手一搏，把这些日子累积下来的压力，化为深不可测的怨恨：奋力营造忧郁、懊悔的念头；竭力使自己沉浸在恐惧的氛围之中。在演出时发出悲痛的呻吟震慑台下的导演及技术指导，甚至连我自己都被吓到了，啪！啪！啪台下发出掌声，为我的努力喝采。正式演出当天，更成功地把气氛推到最高点，霎时阴沉、诡谲、懊悔充满全场，一举手、一投足，都散发着令人颤栗的气息，当我站上舞台的那一刻，我成功地诠释出这个角色，此刻我就是Marley。

对大多数西方国家来说，圣诞节是最大的节日，所有的人都会有一个长假，就像中国的春节一样。随着全球化的发展，世界各地的人们都在庆祝圣诞节。当这一天到来的时候可以在许多商店看到圣诞树，有些商品还会打上很大的折扣。

人们喜欢圣诞节的一个主要原因是他们可以从一些产品中获得很大的折扣，为他们节省很多钱。对美国人来说，圣诞节是全家人聚在一起享受家庭时光的美好时刻，而对于一些人来说，圣诞节就是购物日。

你们可能听说过这件事，前不久，一名高三学生在一家网以玩游戏时不停猝死。经过医生现场鉴定，这名学生猝死时脸色发白、心跳、脉搏、瞳孔反射等生命体征全无，属于典型的因过度兴奋而引发的心脏病的死亡。

网络能造就人才，也能诱使许多对事情辨别能力差的人走向无底深渊。一些不健康的网站对同学们的毒害很大，这已经是不争的事实：有的同学沉迷于网络游戏不能自拔，学习成绩一落千丈；有的同学因每天长时间上网，导致视力严重下降，甚至视网脱落；有的同这受不良信息的影响，竟铤而走险，走上了盗窃、抢劫的犯罪道路，甚至发生东人成自东的恶性事件。

青春少年的我们憧憬着美好的未来，而未来就掌握在自己的手中。那些沉迷于网络黑洞的同学们：当你坐在电脑前，手握鼠标时，请先调整好自己的心态，要利用好网络资源，而不是被它所控制、所奴役；争勿让网络这张大网网住手脚，束缚心灵，不要被网络里那些看不见的陷阱埋葬自己的花样年华！

良药苦口利地病，忠言逆耳利于行。同学们，希望大家能够告别网吧，把握自己。把握自己，就是把握好自己的人生航向，把握自己，就是给自己的未来一片蔚蓝的晴空！

有人曾问：在自然界，谁的力气最大？”回答是五花八门。有人说是大象，因为它可以把大树连根拔起;也有人说是鲸，他可以撞翻一艘远洋货轮。而我则认为，力气最大的是蚂蚁，它可以举起它体重十三倍的东西。原因很简单，其他动物都在想如何超越别人，而蚂蚁超越的却是自我。

其实我们人类也一直在超越。同行之间，你死我活的战场就是商场，这是一种彼此的超越。不同点有很多，而相同点只有一个，那就是超越别人。

在生活中，我们总为自己定一个很近的目标，一旦侥幸超越了自己所谓的目标，便开始洋洋自得，不求上进。殊不知山外有山人外有人，直到不久后目标又超越了自己，才开始慌慌张张的追赶，就这样反反复复的恶性循环着。

因此，在我们的世界中，成功的事不多，失败的事却也不少。即使失败了也有安慰的方法，回过头来看那些不如我的人，心里便有了无限的满足，让一切都从超越自我开始吧！只有超越了自我，才明白如何接纳自己以外的一切。

过去已成为历史，让我们把它装进行囊，小心而认真地说：“超越自己是成功的必要条件。”今天和明天才是真正该走的路。

Many years ago, I saw a science fiction film, which described a future

world. The way people lived was very different. They could drive cars in the

sky. Everything in the future world was so convenient. Since then, I was always

curious about how the future world would become. The fling cars seemed so

ridiculous for now, but thinking about more than 100 years ago, people never

thought about flying in the sky, but now we could take planes and traveled

around the world. Everything was possible. Whats more, the development of

technology is so fast that the world changes so much every ten years. Nowadays,

people can pay the bill online. No matter where they go, a cell phone can solve

most problems. I believe that future transportation will be much efficient and

will surprise us all.
