路经那个书摊，由于好奇，便停了下来。摊主似乎察觉我的存在，轻声问道：“想买什么书？”他合上手中的盲文书，站了起来。我没料到他会同我说话，有些无措，支吾着说：“先看看。”他听了又安静地坐下，继续“看”他的书。我随便挑了一本漫画，问他多少钱。他轻轻说：“你就按书后价钱给吧，我眼睛看不见。”我没想到他如此坦诚，微愣了一下，随即又恶作剧般说：“你不怕我少付吗？”他叹了一口气：“那我只能认赔了。”我呵呵一笑，把钱递给了他。他接过钱，小心装进口袋中。他用鼻子用力嗅了嗅，“望了望”四周问我：“这附近是不是有个卖桂花藕的老人？”我不知作何回答，因为我已经答应老奶奶不说了。他随即又笑了笑，自言自语道：“她一定又来了。她还是放不下我啊。我知道她一直陪着我。”我惊讶极了，原来这个年青人早已知道不远处有他慈爱的母亲。我的心中涌起一种说不出的感动。

带着满满的感动，我逆着夕阳往家走去。回首望去，那飘香的桂花藕，时尚的书籍，慈爱的母亲，自强的儿子，形成了古运河畔一道独特而又美丽的风景。爱，充盈于其间，弥漫着整个河畔。

有了自信的支援，你便可以横扫一切犹豫、胆怯与懒惰，勇往直前，大胆地向成功挺进。

有自信才能有欢乐。曾经听过这样一个故事：一个盲人曾经到处求医，想治好自己的眼睛。后来有人告诉他，从现在开始弹琴，弹断一千根琴弦，眼睛就好了。他信以为真，每天都在琴声的陪伴中度过，逐渐迷上了弹琴，感到自己的生活充实了，人也变得乐观起来，甚至不再想自己是个盲人。一千根弦弹断了，他的眼睛并没有亮起来，可他却不再求医了。因为他已对生活充满了自信，意识到自己有很多潜力，完全可以弥补身体上的不足，使生活充满情趣和欢乐。这就是自信的魅力。

“金无足赤，人无完人”。每个人都有自己的长处和缺点，所以你不必自卑，不应该把自信丢失，要相信自己，大胆尝试。既然做不了太阳，就做星星，在自己的星座发光发热;做不了大树，就做小草，以自己的绿色装点大地;做不了大海，就做小溪，用自己的歌声唤醒万物。
