在学校里，有一次，下课铃一响，我就冲出教室，飞快地跑下楼。结果我跑得太快，"咚"的一声，身体摔在了地上，这还不严重，严重的是我竟然把大门牙磕掉了一半。我捂着嘴巴，赶快去了医务室。回到教室，徐老师给我妈妈打了电话，把我接到了医院。如果我撞倒了小朋友，那后果不堪设想。

一、培育安全文化，营造安全法治环境。安全生产相关法则总结出：再好的技术，再完美的规章，在实际操作层面，也无法取代实际操作中职工素质和责任心。要引导职工树立“违章就是违法，违法就是犯罪”的意识，宣传安全法治理念，传播安全法治文化。一要加强风险辨识提升预控水平。职工的执业素质至关重要，素质提高了职工就有安全的自觉性，就有实现安全的能力。管好了危险源就不会导致事故发生。要广泛开展全流程、全覆盖岗位风险辨识工作，通过辨识、分析、评价掌握风险情况，排查各专业岗位、工序、设备等方面存在的风险，全面排查不同岗位习惯性违章的具体表现，提升风险预控水平。二要突出安全主题确保活动实效。思想决定行动，从思想上认清“生命账”和“家庭账”，才能确保行为规范，才能强化安全发展观念。通过持续开展安全主题活动，以形势教育、警示教育、法制教育为重点，充分发挥广播、电视、网站、宣传栏等媒体和群团组织的作用，融入视听多元化元素，加大职工参与度，上下联动，整体推进，增强辐射力，形成大宣传格局，为矿井安全形势长期稳定筑牢思想防线。三要注重文化宣贯提升教育实效。总结澳大利亚等国外煤矿先进安全管理经验，长期实现安全生产的原因源自安全文化深入人心，动态确保人的主观安全行为。要开展“安全生产十大定律”、“安全生产十大法则”、岗位描述必知必会等宣传教育活动，加大“安全警示、安全文化、安全理论”的教育力度，通过一系列宣传和主题活动，让职工从思想深处洞察安全事故偶然性和必然性、安全行为与事故的因果关系，始终保持对安全的高度警觉。切实让职工从思想深处树牢“违法就是犯罪”的理念，从行动上做到“眼观六路，耳听八方”动态实现“四不伤害”，做遵章守纪的“老实人”，及时发现并纠正人的不安全行为、消除物的不安全因素。

二、创新教育实践，构建预防为主长效机制。海恩法则告诉我们：每一起严重事故的背后，必然有29次轻微事故和300起未遂先兆以及1000起事故隐患。从这一法则可知，每一起安全生产事故的发生，表面上看似乎是偶然的，实则却是必然的，而这个必然性就是因为潜藏的安全隐患没有得到及时发现、有效控制和彻底治理。一要强化现场监察确保安全受控。为此，采取高压严管、强力制胜保安全的措施，扎实开展安全动态检查、剖析式检查、专项巡回检查和班组岗位动态检查，坚持“一检查一分析、一周一汇总、一月一通报”闭环处理制度，通过刚性制度，刚性落实，刚性考核，实现工作闭合管理。二要开展全员培训提升安全素质。开展“大培训、大提升”活动，树立“培训不过关、人人是隐患”的理念，创新开展“每日一题、每周一课、每季一评”活动。以岗位风险辨识、最基础的安全规程、必知必会、安全行为等知识为培训重点，与基层区队根据具体学习内容分工协作，联动培训。在职工中倡导“问题主义”，增强全员技能恐慌、本领危机意识，提升安全工作的自觉性、主动性和超前性，增强干部职工自身安全意识和安全技能。三要加强班组管理夯实基层基础。区队班组建设是安全的基础，是实现安全生产的“受控单元”。扎实做好班组管理工作，发挥“兵头将尾”作用，规范选拔任用程序、提升岗位效能发挥，推动管理全面升级，提升班组在安全生产、创新创效工作中的主力军作用。组织好“五型”班组创建、班组长竞赛活动等多种形式的群众性安全宣教和安全隐患排查活动，全力确保实现安全生产。

三、夯实安全基础管理，排查“人机环”重点环节。围绕安全管理的内在因素做文章，从“人机环”三个方面入手，关口前移，牵住安全管理“牛鼻子”;重心下移，深化安全生产“双基”建设。一要排查职工不安全因素。充分发挥班组长在现场的管控作用，做到重点人物重点监控，现场执行好“停想评定做”安全评估和安全确认，切实让职工做到互保、自保、联保。基层区队管理人员要通过谈心、谈话等方式，及时、全面掌握职工身体健康状况，动态抓好安全不放心人员的排查和管控。抓好单人单岗作业安全管理和异常情况安全管控。二要突出现场薄弱环节管理。严格监督检查，加强设备设施的管理，确保实现设备设施本质安全。突出顶板管理、火工放炮、提升运输以及设备管理等重点薄弱环节，组织立体全覆盖剖析式安全检查活动，严查安全风险评估、施工作业标准、安全规程措施等制度执行情况。针对发现的隐患和问题，坚持“一检查一分析、一周一汇总、一月一通报”的闭环处理制度，确保安全监管到位。三要保障作业环境安全受控。树牢精益化的管理理念，坚持“高标准、严管理”的态度，推进安全质量标准化动态达标，达到“以质量保安全、以安全促发展”的目的。采用安全动态检查、定期检查、剖析检查、巡回检查和联合检查等方式，实现各项隐患排查工作的闭环管理，确保作业现场实现安全质量动态达标。

1、在校时间学生不得无故离开学校，有事外出得向班主任请假。

2、学生上课要遵守纪律，要听从老师指挥，特别是体育课、活动课等，应在老师的指导下使用体育器材。

3、课间玩耍不打闹追逐，严禁爬围墙、爬树、爬走廊栏杆、攀校门等。

4、上下楼梯靠右行，不在楼道玩耍，严禁从楼梯扶手上滑下。

5、不喝生水，不买无证小摊的食品，不吃过期或变质食品。

6、不带利器及易燃易爆物品来校，不做危险游戏。

7、午间用膳要服从教师的要求，不在用膳时讲话、嬉戏或做其他事情。

8、注意用电安全，不要乱摸乱动教室、走廊等公共场所的电器设备、开关、插座等。

9、学生放学回家要按时离开学校直接回家，不要在教室、校园内逗留，也不要在街头游逛。

10、上下学要遵守交通规则，过马路时看清来往车辆，要走人行横道。学生乘车一定要遵守交通法规，不乘坐不符合规定的车辆(如摩托车、三轮车、货动车等)，不乘坐超载车辆。

二、校内临危逃生的基本原则

1、保持镇静，趋利避害。2、学会自救、保护自己。3、想方设法，不断求救。4、记住四个电话：“119”火警电话、“110”报警电话、“120”急救电话、“122”交通事故报警电话。打电话要说清地点、相关情况、显著的特征。

三、校园内集体活动安全知识

1、升旗、做操等大型活动或集会时，上下楼梯要靠右行，不得拥挤、不得推拉。遇见楼梯上有人摔倒的时候，要静候原地不动，不得推搡、观望。要劝阻制止后面的同学继续往前拥挤。

2、自觉遵守公共场所秩序，课间做正当游戏。严禁追、赶、打、闹和攀高走险。

3、每天放学后全体同学必须在指定地点统一站队回家。路队行进时掉了东西、或散了鞋带要迅速出队等路队过去后在捡东西或系鞋带。

四、校园内其他活动安全知识

(一)、课间活动应当注意什么?

在每天紧张的学习过程中，课间活动能够起到放松、调节和适当休息的作用。课间活动应当注意以下几方面：

l.室外空气新鲜，课间活动应当尽量在室外，但不要远离教室，以免耽误下面的课程。

2.活动的强度要适当，不要做剧烈的活动，以保证继续上课时不疲劳、精力集中、精神饱满。

3.活动的方式要简便易行，如做做操等。

4.活动要注意安全，要避免发生扭伤、碰伤等危险。

(五)、游戏时如何保证安全?

游戏是同学们生活中的重要内容，在游戏中也要树立安全观念：

1.要注意选择安全的场所。要远离公路、铁路、建筑工地、工厂的生产区;不要进人枯井、地窖，防空设施;要避开变压器、高压电线;不要攀爬水塔、电杆、屋顶、高墙;不要靠近深湖(潭、河、坑)、水井、粪坑、沼气池等。这些地方非常容易发生危险，稍有不慎，就会造成伤亡事故。

2.要选择安全的游戏来做。不要做危险性强的游戏，不要模仿电影、电视中的危险镜头，例如扒乘车辆、攀爬高的建筑物、用刀棍等互相打斗、用砖石等互相投掷、点燃树枝废纸等。这样做的危险性很大，容易造成预料不到的恶果。

3.游戏时要选择合适的时间。游戏的时间不能太久。这样容易过度疲劳，发生事故的可能性就会大大增加。最好不要在夜晚游戏，天黑视线不好，人的反应能力也降低了。容易发生危险。

(六)、课间活动是应该注意什么?

(1)不要在教室内跑、追逐打闹和做游戏。

(2)不要在门口追逐打闹和做游戏。。

(3)不经老师允许不得出校门。

(4)在校园内活动时不得急跑，不得追逐打闹，不的做恶作剧。在人少的地方活动或游戏，且不要危及他人安全。不要做有危险的活动和游戏。

(七)第一遍上课铃响后立即停止活动，以正常行走速度走进教室。

每天上、放学时应该注意什么?

(1)按规定时间到校，到校后立即到教室做好课前准备。

(2)放学时要以班为单位站队下楼，不得私自提前或拖后。

(3)放学时要随队离校，不得私自提前出校门或在校园停留。

(4)出校门后直接回家，不得在路上停留、打闹、游戏或做其它事情。

(5)需要家长接送的学生，如果放学时家长未到，不要独自回家，在电话通知家长后在校园内静静等候。

I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

these books can broaden my vision, I know there are so many places that I have

never heard of before. I also learn the different culture. I am so eager to go

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

travel to the places that are around me first, and then when I grow up, I will

travel further. This is my little dream, it is also my motivation to study

well.
